Valery was our server and she did amazing the whole time. Very attentive and professional. Food was great and well done right. Ambiance in the patio was perfect. Definitely coming back again.

We stopped at Cabo Blanco for some Peruvian food. There were not many people in the restaurant around 7pm on a Saturday, which was kind of odd....the host was very pleasant and our server was very sweet (she spoke mostly Spanish, not much English). We ordered a Lomo Saltado and a beer. We asked for the fries to be well done. A few minutes later, the food came. The beef was very tender, moist and nicely marinated. The white rice was also moist and fluffy. The black beans were delicious. The fries were not very crispy, as we had requested. The food was not bad and the service was a bit sporadic...we did not see our server for a long time after we started our meal. Overall not a bad choice for Peruvian in the area.

I had a great experience here. My boyfriend and I were walking around looking for food and stumbled upon this great all day special. We were skeptical at first because of the reviews but decided to still give it try. We did the whole chicken special along with a few drinks for happy hour. Food and drinks were great and the waitress was very attentive. Definitely coming back again before I leave!

First we found a hair on the inside but then as we are starting to eat a few, we found this shrimp wrapped in a hair, disgusting!!!

We actually go here often but always eat in, not sure what happened this time but we found not one but two hairs in our Shrimp Ceviche! The second one was wrapped around a shrimp, so nasty!

I decided to try some pick up at this restaurant after hearing recommendations from my coworkers. Cabo Blanco is a Cuban-Peruvian restaurant located on downtown Hollywood. This time we ordered pick up. I had the ceviche mixto Classico and the menu lomo saltado. The ceviche was really good and fresh, although it was definitely missing in the seafood department. The octopus were so tiny!! Other than than, it was actually really good. The lomo saltado was not bad at all but I felt the rice was no fresh and the French fries were saggy. Overall not a bad meal but not good enough to make me want it try it again.

The rum and Diet Coke did not disappoint.. and the band is AWESOMEEEE!!

Oye que bueno está esto!! We are at a bar night with this rock band playing rock in Spanish... and we got hungry... omg whatever- just get food: we ordered a Jalea (mixed seafood dish) so it took a long time getting here but... once it did... wow! Really not expected such good quality!! Great job in the kitchen!' Woohoo (The band today is awesome as well/ so woohoo arriba Cabo blanco !! )

Ducked in because I live in the neighborhood and I follow this place on the Instagram and they looked good there. So I went in for lunch and had a half a chicken special with black beans and arroz blanco and it was delicious. Their side sauce is where it is at. Lunch was served pretty quickly and with a Sprite and un vaso de aqua I was in and out for $12 bucks with tip. Totally worth it. Looking forward to working my way through the menu. See you there, Cabeza OUT!

Spot on, authentic flavor and portions (not too large). Was scouting places in the Hollywood walking strip, and noticed this place. Someone had mentioned they had previously been located off the strip, until they moved a little over 3 years ago. For a Thursday night, when a few places were already busting with tourists (in our post-apocalyptic Corona world), we decided for this quieter spot. The soft pastel lights were surprisingly pleasing, there was no music (as they were having an issue with their sound system), the staff was helpful and friendly. We ordered passion fruit pisco sours, which arrived quickly and were a bartender's dream: a perfect balance of sweet, passion fruit flavor, and alcohol. For our main courses, we had the ceviche (fantastic), and the churrasco with spaghetti, in a basil and queso fresco. We closed dinner with a peruvian donut, known as "picarones". These were yummy, and a must-try, if you have a sweet tooth :) Will definitely be coming back before the end of my visit!

First time coming here! Went on a Wednesday night. We were the only guests. The ambience was very quiet and calm. I went for the ceviche mixto. The octopus and all the other seafood mix was great except the ceviche that definitely needed more time. The flavors were delicious but couldn't finish everything due to the ceviche not being cured enough. My boyfriend got the lomo saltado. He enjoyed the whole meal. It was perfect. Our waitress Jessica was very friendly!! Customer service is very important and she fulfilled that. Very happy about that. Can't wait to come back and try something else!

Service was great friendly and attentive. The food was just average. We got a shrimp ceviche and Chorros a la Chalaca.

Food was delicious, from appetizer to main entree. Recommendations were made and I went with all of them. Pork belly chunks that were seasoned with salt and pepper, and lemon was added afterward for a little more punch in the flavor. Shrimp creole was delicious. The red beans and rice mix makes you want to keep having more and mixing it all together gives you a flavorful punch in your mouth. Mofongo, aka , masked green plantains are only for those looking for something a little dry with flavor. Mines had steak and it was drizzled with mojito sauce and oil. Our server was excellent and recommended flipping it over to have the juice flow into the mofongo which she went ahead and did.. steak was well done and when mixed in had a great combination of flavor.. Ambiance feels like a local P.R spot, flags, art, music, and very fun ambiance. Enjoyed it. Definitely when I'm in the area will come again..

It's rare to find a spot that draws you back 24 hours later, but this place is a total standout in Miami. Despite having a larger group this time, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The service was excellent from start to finish--attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced for a family dinner. We kicked things off with the Cuban sampler, which was the perfect introduction to the menu and got everyone excited for the main event. Every dish that hit the table was a hit: the Red Snapper was incredibly fresh, and the Chicharron de Pollo had that perfect crunch. My wife really enjoyed the Chicken Milanesa, but for me, the Paella was the star of the show--rich, authentic, and packed with flavor. It's safe to say everything was delicious yet again. We've officially added this to our "must-visit" list for every trip to Miami. If you're looking for a meal that feels both high-quality and welcoming, you can't beat this spot. It has…read morethree locations in Miami, with this one in North Miami being the original, opened in 1991. We dined in, and the visit blew away the food from the previous week. I really like Cuban sandwiches, so will be something my brother and I keep seeking out during short visits to Miami. We had a one-day rental car, so found Little Havana Restaurant, coming a bit after peak lunch time. It's on a major street, with surface angled parking in the back. There are a lot of wild birds in the area, with their guano being everywhere outside. It's a big dining area inside, and we were immediately directed to a prime location with views of their small lush adjacent green space, and the birds that live there. Elizabeth was our server, with water and complementary rolls being immediately offered by helpers. She and her team were great throughout, offering suggestions and bringing the food nice and hot. We ordered off the Happy Hour menu (11:30 - 18:00 M-F) and the Lunch Special Menu (11:30 - 16:00). We were greatly satisfied with every dish Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, appetizer size ($14.99) - 5 jumbo tail-on shrimp, sauteed in a scampi type sauce. It's what you expect when you douse good shrimp with a butter garlic sauce. The appetizer does not come with rice/beans, but we had plenty of it from the other dishes...loved spooning the sauce over the rice while eating. Roast Pork Lunch ($12.99) - what a deal. A dish of pulled pork with a big piece of fried pork skin on top...reminded me of the Filipino lechon, or even the Hawaiian kalua pork, with the tenderness of the mean. It came with a big scoop of rice and a bowl of red beans. Lamb Shank ($18.49) - This was recommended by Elizabeth when asked by my brother, what he shouldn't miss. It's a Cuban special, cooked in wine sauce. It was a big piece, still on the bone, coming with a big plate of rice and fried plantains. He enjoyed it, though he was struggling a bit at the end. Cuban Sandwich ($12.49) - A full size Cuban sandwich, cut in half. It had been grilled on a sandwich press with a little oil, resulting in the cuban bread being crispy at the top. It had the right mix of that same delicious pulled pork, along with ham, melted swiss, mustard and pickle slices. It was very good, great value for the price. Paying was done at the top, and we intentionally did not take any leftovers. There is a framed newspaper article from 1991 in the lobby, where you can read more about their origins.
