Delicious food! A lot of spicy options which isn't particularly my thing, but if it is yours, you will love this! My favorite was the fish tacos- absolutely delicious. I was not a huge fan of my margarita, but that may be personal preference. Our server was OK, not the most attentive and not the friendliest, but got our orders correct. Despite my criticisms, I recommend trying this place out for a good stop right off the strip!

Best thing about Cabo Wabo Cantina is its location. Located on the strip, next to planet Hollywood it's easy to get here by foot and by car. We dropped by before a show at Dolby Live in Park MGM -- and it was less than a 15 minute walk. I got the queso fundido which comes with chorizo and 3 flour tortillas and it was honestly not up to par.. Service was fine though -- and the DJ was playing some hits!

I recommended this place to our group because it was an option on The Strip with plenty of marg options on the menu, but none of us ended up getting one (let's thank the very strong margs we had at the casino beforehand for that). Decided on the queso and chips with added chorizo because I wasn't super hungry. Honestly I recommend sharing it with someone because it was a massive serving of chips. I expected it to be ground chorizo, but it was not... still good though. Washed it down with a cider that never misses. We were seated inside but right in front of the door that leads to the patio - which is also where the DJ is stationed - so it was loud but not overwhelming enough to not hear who you're talking to. Shoutout to the DJ for keeping the vibes on theme and playing BTS since that was the biggest event of the vegas weekend.

This was so refreshing at the end of a long day of walking... sit down underneath the umbrella misters with a frozen marg and relax. We went twice during our stay for drinks and enjoyed both times! Awesome decor inside with guitars and pictures to look at all over. The service was great both times as well. It's a nice respite from the Strip craziness while still having a fabulous view of it.

If you're in Vegas and looking for an incredible breakfast spot, Cabo Wabo Cantina absolutely delivers. The chilaquiles with green sauce were phenomenal -- perfectly crispy chips, flavorful salsa verde with just the right amount of kick, and everything cooked fresh. Easily some of the best chilaquiles I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the portions were generous. Great spot to relax, people-watch on the Strip, and enjoy amazing food. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to every time I'm in Vegas.

We just popped into this place for a snack since was close to our hotel, and it ended up being great! The appetizer sampler was so much food, all delicious. My standouts from the sampler were the cheese quesadilla and nacho skillet with the queso. The vojito was also an amazing, refreshing drink with fresh berries. Our server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ambiance is casual and lively, with music later a night. Nice patio with covered seating. The only thing holding my score back is we need to go back and try more! Definitely a place I would try again.

While exploring the Las Vegas Strip we stopped by Cabo wabo Cantina for a frozen margarita and chips and salsa. It was super hot and thankfully there was a mist of water spraying us. Our seats looked over the strip and we were able to people watch.

I have probably been to this Cabo Wabo in Las Vegas about a dozen of times over the past decade. I come back because food is delicious , service is pretty good and location is on point (plant Hollywood but you can sit outside and look out into the strip). This time around I had the mushroom and veggie burrito with a margarita verde. My husband had the crispy beef tacos with their signature regular margarita . Food amazing. Caesar salad /dressing pretty bland but enjoyable none the less . My drink was absolutely wonderful. I have a sensitive stomach and am quite allergic to most alcohols, so this tequila / lime cucumber and cilantro was perfect . I went back several times to get it Togo because I loved it and to be honest it was different each time. I really enjoyed the first (pictured ), it was clean and crispy. I went back again the next day and the bartender put a decent bit of sours in it which unfortunately ruined it for me . My husband ordered their signature /house margarita and it was quite sour. (Please note we are quite the margarita connoisseurs.) There is a reason this place has been here 16 years ! You must visit !

Our server was so intense...in other words not that good. Maybe if they have better service and prices they would have more business. 3 tacos minimum really?

Stopped in for an Easter lunch while I wait for my plane back to PHL. Steak fajitas were on point. House margaritas hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh. The steak was nice and tender. A little less done than you get at some places. And that's a good thing. Prices a little elevated.

Food was great. Shrimp tacos! Chipotle crema was perfect. Seated quickly. Asked for a short table after being offered a table with bar stools and it was no issue. Bri was my server and she was great! Quick service and recommended the berry drink over the strawberry lemonade. Great choice!

After sitting for about 10 to 12 minutes in a not very busy dining room, Tayler came to take my order. She was the sweetest and most helpful server ever! She regularly checked on me, but not in an annoying way. Danny, although not my server, also checked on me. Amazing customer service between the both of them! As far as the most beautiful burrito I've ever seen, this was a work of art. (I'm very dramatic ha) It comes with a small side of chips with cheese and chipotle sauce. It was full of flavor and there is a decent amount of meat inside. I chose the short rib and while it was tender and delicious, I wouldn't get it in a burrito again.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
