She was absolutely amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. We also had an issue with charging the room, and she was incredibly attentive, constantly keeping us updated on the progress without us ever having to ask. Extremely disappointing experience on August 30th, especially for a restaurant with the Vanderpump name attached to it. We came to Pinky's to celebrate both my friend's birthday and mine, and unfortunately the service completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday brunch. Our server was practically nowhere to be found throughout the meal. At one point, we actually found him out on the casino floor just hanging out while we were sitting at the table waiting for service. We had to ask multiple times just to get WATER, and the overall attitude from the staff made it seem like no one really cared. The timing was also a mess. Food came out randomly instead of together, and some of our food was brought out before we even received our drinks. There was no sense of organization or attentiveness whatsoever. What made it even more disappointing was that our reservation was specifically for two birthday celebrations. Not only did they do absolutely nothing to acknowledge either birthday, no one even bothered to say "Happy Birthday." We weren't expecting anything extravagant or free--a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated, especially considering we specifically chose this restaurant to celebrate. The restaurant itself is beautiful, which honestly made the terrible service even more frustrating. You expect the experience and hospitality to match the atmosphere and the Vanderpump reputation, and it absolutely did not. For a birthday celebration in Las Vegas, this was a huge letdown. Quite possibly my favorite vibe of the Vanderpumps, it's for such a laid back art deco vibe. The cocktails are delicious, the atmosphere is very Bugsy Siegal and it's centrally located on the strip. They have food and a late night menu as well, it's pub food that is presented very beautifully but the portions are on the smaller side. Staff is fun and the bartenders are chatty and engaged. The food isn't worth the money but if you're a little peckish give it a try. read more

The espresso martinis here are what dreams are made of! My friend and I got here right at opening on a thursday and had no problem getting a seat at the bar. The decor is so cute! Definitely a brighter, more summery vibe than the other Vanderpump bars. We got the espresso martini and split the grilled cheese bites. It was the perfect mid-day pick me up! Pinky's is a bonafide girls-night out kind of spot. We stopped by for brunch and this spot is so beautiful! They definitely took a lot of time in the decor and very thoughtful little touches (to even flamingo toothpicks). However Pinky's is located inside the seedy Flamingo hotel, which was not nice at all. Walking through the lobby and the casino of Flamingo it felt so grimy but then you see Pinky's it just looked so out of place. The staff and service were ok, nothing out of expectations. We ordered many dishes to share. All of their dishes were small plates and expected to be shared, basically apps. Upon first glance, the menu just seemed like typical fried American apps, like those you would get from a Fridays or TGIFs, so I was really not excited at all. We ordered the cheese balls, pull out bread, lobster rolls, crab cake, beets salad, tater tots, pigs in a blanket, fried chicken sandwich! We shared everything. I am normally not a fan of this kind of food, especially all fried. But I did enjoy the meal! For example the pigs in a blanket were made out of bratwurst, which was delicious. I also enjoyed the tater tots and fried chicken sandwich! However the lobster roll and crab cake was so bland. The lobster rolls barely had lobster and it was all shredded pieces and the crab cake was no flavor at all. Also while there was a drink with matcha I was surprised that they could not make me a matcha latte or something with matcha. They only had mainly alcoholic drinks and no cafe drinks! Only coffee. No matcha or cappuccinos. Guess they don't make money from those kind of drinks and only from alcoholic drinks. So overall decor is beautiful, food was a hit or miss. No matcha lattes! While I enjoyed pigs in a blanket, tater tots, the lobster roll left nothing to be desired. Overall while decor and all is nice the food was just not a hit for me. read more

I had the best birthday brunch here! The aesthetic is so cute and our server took wonderful care of us. We all loved our food and drinks. Two of us got the Crispy Rice Spicy Everything and it was phenomenal, and not overly spicy! I also tried a chicken tender and a breakfast slider, which were also amazing. I had a hard time choosing a drink because so many of them sounded get (and I knew I'd only be getting one based on the prices), and I was happy with the Pinky's Pumptini - it was fruity without being overly sweet. There were also rave reviews for the regular espresso martini and the salted caramel espresso martini! Our server was kind enough to deliver a round of Lisa's Shot for my birthday, which was fruity and a little spicy. Fabulous cocktail bar with the most exquisite decor. We came here before a concert for drinks and appetizers. My friend had the Daddy issues French 75 and I had the "Pump n bump" dirty martini which came with a bump of caviar. To get a waiter to just get your drink orders took a long time and when the food was put in, took about an hour till it came out. Lisa Vanderpump has done it yet again! Pinky's By Vanderpump is an absolute must-visit while in Vegas. The space gives off major Great Gatsby vibes, showing old films on a video wall surrounded by lavish pink, gold, and green decor. Elegant artwork highlighting Lisa and her dogs lines the walls, alongside unique flamingo art that pays homage to its location inside The Flamingo hotel. The staff and bartenders were super welcoming and friendly. Because I was only having drinks and not dining, I sat right at the bar. The bartenders were incredibly attentive and offered excellent recommendations. Two cocktails I tried and can't recommend enough are: The Dirty Dog: A brilliant, everything-bagel-inspired dirty martini. The Birthday Baby: A dessert inspired martini with flamingo shaped macaroon. A friend of mine ordered the Less Depresso, More Espresso martini alongside Pop's Scotch, which comes served with a side of gourmet popcorn. Went to Vegas and had a reservation for Pinky's by Vanderpump for brunch. It was pretty busy so I expected the service to be a little slower. My table got sat at the section where the bartenders had to take both tables & the bar, so we had to wait a while. The food itself was great though! The deviled eggs had different components in each bite and was well worth the money. The salmon Bagel tower was the best thing on the menu. It was worth the price ($40 ish dollars) and had so much variety. I slammed my bagel with everything. The Vanderpump shots were so strong. It was a mixture of Tequila and Vodka / Rum and Vodka. We get it, there was a crowd getting ready for a concert, but if you're going to be on the strip where there's always something happening, the service needs to up its game. The food? All amazing minus the dessert. I had the spicy honey marg- so good. We shared the everything spicy rice, the bread, the goat cheese balls, the burger and the truffle Mac and cheese. Everything was so so good. Then the dessert. We ordered the baked Alaskan. It was described as a Neapolitan semi freddo on a vanilla shortcake. It came out and it was so frozen we couldn't put a fork thru it. It felt like it had been frozen for days, pulled out with some meringue put on it before torching. Super disappointing. To have such great food and then end with this was not the way I wanted to end our night. We'd go back for the food, but we'll skip the dessert. read more

Loved their Parmesan Caesar Salad and edible bowl - great presentation. Super crunchy and fresh without and overpower Caesar dressing. The star of the show was the beet carpaccio. From the moment you walk in, you're struck by how beautiful the restaurant is. We visited on the Fourth of July and had a 7:30 p.m. reservation. My husband and I were meeting two friends who were visiting from out of town, but we made the mistake of underestimating how long it would take to find parking. We ended up joining our party about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and the staff couldn't have been more kind and understanding. Our server, Breyana, was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly accommodating while half of our group was running late, but she was also knowledgeable about the menu and provided 10/10 service from start to finish. We started with the Goat Cheese Balls for the table, and they were delicious. I ordered the Mini Lobster Rolls, which were an easy 10/10. My husband had the Burger Sliders, and he agrees they were another 10/10. Overall, this might be my new favorite Vanderpump restaurant! We ran into someone we knew on the street. After the initial shock wore off we jumped over to get a drink at closest bar and chit chat. It just happens to Pinky's by Vanderpump. We just took a seat at the bar and thought a bartender would eventually take our order. We prolly chatted closed to 10 minutes then we figured we better hunt them down. For a bar on the strip located in one of the best hotels, we thought we'd get A quality service. My husband and our friend both got beers but I got the Papa Nick which was something like almost 25 dollars which it was good but was there even alcohol in there......it seemed very little and not 25 dollars worth I think. After that, we just barreled outta there. I think they were closing and gave last call. Well who can say that the decor and ambiance is a bore when it comes to Lisa Vanderpump? The place is so beautiful and everywhere you look there is something that catches your eye. I ordered two drinks and we ordered goat cheese balls because I cannot go to one of her restaurants and not get them and yes each restaurants taste different. We also ordered the grilled cheese pretzel bites. The goat cheese balls were on point as always, the grilled cheese pretzel bites was something unique and different and we savored every bite. I order the Bump and Pump or might have been Pump and Bump Martini, it's a caviar martini and I can officially say I am Hooked (Lisa has me hooked on caviar martinis now). I also got the pinky pumpkin I and while it was a little too fruity for me, it wasn't horrible. Now, while food and drinks were great, our waitress was not so great. She never came buy to check on us. We had to flag her down to get the check and I would have probably had 3 drinks but took so long for her to show her face for me to get the 2nd drink that I didn't want to wait any longer. Even with slow waitress our food came out fast and so did the drinks by other staff members. I would eat here again. read more

Visited Pinky's for the first time on Wednesday. Had reservations at 9 for 4 people. Wasn't super crowded so might have been fine without them. The decor is fun and different than the one in Paris hotel. It's more like old Hollywood meets Art Deco meets Flamingo's and the Roaring 20's. It's very chic. The one in Paris is beautiful but I like the layout and overall design of this one more. It's a bit more open. We ordered the pull apart bread which was amazing! It came out piping hot with the honey butter. Soooo good! And then cocktails. All the presentations are amazing. A little flair like cotton candy on top or the chocolate bridge, or the espresso that had the tiramisu brownie on top. Drinks were very good and came out fast. Service was excellent. We sat in Nick (Nikki's) section and he was on fire. Super knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with our different flavor palate questions. Very nice and fun to talk to. Attentive. An excellent server. Joseph (Joey) also came over and he was very nice too. All the staff was super friendly and seemed to be enjoying being there. Request Nick - great server who will make the experience worth it. The vibe at Pinky's seems a little more hipster than brunch-like, which is what the Paris one seems. My friend and I knew exactly when we were going to be in Vegas, so we made a dinner reservation almost two months in advance, just in case. Thursday at 6pm wasn't too busy yet. We were seated at a table in the center of the restaurant with a view of the beautifully decorated bar. The careful details are exactly what you'd expect from a Lisa Vanderpump establishment. DRINKS: ~The Pinky's Pumptini - had to get this iconic drink. Presentation was beautiful, and the raspberries were fresh and sweet, but I wouldn't order it again. ~Flip the Bird - I saw someone else hold a small gold cage with a drink in it, so I asked the waiter what it was and ordered one. It's a green goddess margarita with a spicy kick. I loved it! FOOD: ~Pull Apart Bread - we absolutely loved this buttery, cheesy bread, with honey butter and highly recommend it! ~Grilled Cheese Pretzel Bites - delicious bites to snack on. I would definitely get these again. ~Macadamia Dusted Chicken Tenders - these thick pieces of chicken paired with a sweet chili sauce were flavorful and filling. SERVICE: All of the staff that we interacted with were great, including the guy pouring and refilling our water, the staff that cleared our plates, and our assigned server. A photographer also came by to see if we wanted to get a photo. Just before that, Lisa Vanderpump showed up with a couple others and sat at the table behind me. So we asked the photographer if we could get a photo with Lisa. Lisa graciously agreed, and we were ecstatic! I had just finished binge-watching 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules, and it all led up to this moment. She is even more gorgeous in person! After the photos, the photographer printed them out and gave us options - a booklet with two photos just bigger than 5x7 or a smaller booklet with two smaller prints. She said if we get both then she'd also give us a digital copy. We did that, but she never came back with the digital. Glad we at least got the prints. Made a Saturday night reservation, it is a beautiful and very aesthetic restaurant! As most of the Vanderpump restaurants are. The food was very tasty, and the drinks were good. I wasn't a fan of the espresso Martini it wasn't made properly unfortunately. Although all the food we ordered was delicious, it does come in veryy small portions, definitely don't come hungry it's more of a snack and lounge type of restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was just okay. We ordered the breakfast pigs in a blanket, the mini strawberry pancakes, loaded tots, and pull apart bread to share. We weren't fans of the sausage in the pig in the blankets and the pancakes were nothing special. The loaded tots and pull apart bread were the only ones that tasted pretty good. I also enjoyed my Flip the Bird margarita, it was a super refreshing green cocktail. I was sad they didn't have cotton candy for the Daddy Issues cocktail, it tasted alright. Vanderpump Pinky's has officially become my absolute favorite spot in town. The place is gorgeous .....every little detail is beautiful and feels like you stepped into the great Gatsby. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is probably why I keep coming back so often that I'm pretty sure I've become a regular at this point. My go-to drink is the "No Depression More Espresso", and it never disappoints. If you need a pick-me-up with a little attitude, that's the one. I will admit I keep secretly hoping to catch a glimpse of Lisa Vanderpump herself when I'm there. So far I've missed her every time, but I remain optimistic ...one of these visits I'm going to look up and she'll be checking on the place with Puffy in her arms . I will say, if I was basing this only on vibes and ambience, I'd give it higher stars. It's very pretty and a great place to people watch and hang out in Vegas. Our service was super slow which was fine because we had time to hang out but they were super short staffed so the service was pretty bad. We got spritzes, both mock and cocktails given one of our friends doesn't really drink. My husband got the jailbird and thought it was ok. The food was pretty average, nothing amazing. Again, this place is definitely more for the vibes. The pull apart bread was definitely the best thing we got. We tried the breakfast sliders, lobster rolls, cinnamon rolls, and green goddess veg platter. The cinnamon rolls were super overcooked and kind of crunchy.
