Was disappointed considering the references they have. Waited and wasted the whole week. This comment was added in response to David's comment below. Correction - you came on Tuesday around 5:30 pm and not Wednesday. Also I reached out to you on last Friday about the estimate as I didn't hear from you and you never said we serve first come first serve. So this company lies very well to make them look better. Be careful in hiring them for your project.

I met with 4 or 5 other landscapers to discuss our yard, and David and Al were the only ones who showed up ready to measure and able to talk specifics about what we could do. They were able to do a quick sketch right then - that really helped align our ideas with their suggestions. The work took just a few short weeks - killing all the weeds, leveling everything out - laying down mulch and drip landscaping for the selected easy maintenance low water plants, and just today the grass was installed. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out, and I would strongly recommend David and Al for any landscaping work.

Recently he's been threatening me because I didn't want his service anymore and he was afraid of reviews. I think that I will have to notify the police of the situation In case of any negative situations. I have cameras everywhere, but just in case. He's NOT an honest man. His service used to be good, but not anymore. We established in the beginning what needed to be done and the price...but those basics are not getting done anymore. After almost 2 years EVERYTHING IS severely lacking. He only mows the lawn and we have to beg and plead to trim bushes etc......for what we're paying it's just not worth it. He likes to remind me that he only charged me for part in a sprinkler system. I would have gladly paid him labor but he said it was a ' favor' . If I thought it wasn't going to be done properly, I would have preferred to pay. When my family came to visit, the yard was NOTICEABLY poorly cared for. I WAS EMBARRASSED!!! Why? because they failed to mow or tend to the trees and scrubs . At the time I was in poor health yet and still I've had to trim trees and scrubs and still have to pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! HE was angry because I didn't want his service anymore more and he kept threatening me if I left a bad yelp review, so he wrote: ( mind you this is the man that LIES about everything) ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" AND: ~"You better pay or I'll call collections "His workers scraped up and threw away the landscaping rocks because they didn't feel like sorting out the seeds that fell into them. I asked WELL IN ADVANCE, suggesting that they either replace them or I could take it out of the bill..... weeks in advance. Mind you, he's paid under the table ... I have proof. He was concerned about ICE and I told him not to worry that he could stay here awhile etc.. ~"if you post on my page ( YELP)I will take you to court for employee abuse and for making threats-because you *are* threatening me by saying that if I don't do what you want, you'll leave comments." ~Yesterday, I spent money on gas and paid a helper to fetch stone, and I gave it to you as a bonus just to make you happy. But even that wasn't enough. Reminder, HIS EMPLOYEES THREW THE OTHERS, but he was given the option, if I buy them I'll have to pay shipping, if you choose to bring them ..... you won't. ~"you. Now they come late and stay 45 minutes at most I have been I poor health lately yet and still | have to trim and pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! See pictures I'd rather pay and get it done correctly than half done for FREE! I've caught him in so many lies. He won't answer texts or phone calls. So if I need something done or have a concern.....l can never get in contact.. UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH GETTING HIM PAID. He likes to remind me about that one time he cut down a bush but forgets that he's being paid $100 per visit JUST TO MOW THE LAWN!

We are "extremely happy with the work Rojas Gardening Services did on our landscaping!" From…read morebeginning to end, the attention to detail and effort they put into making sure we were happy with the finished project was outstanding. One thing that really impressed us was the amount of effort that went into finding exactly the right materials. He literally drove all over looking for the "blue-tinted stones" we wanted, and then found a smaller contrasting gravel to offset them. The combination came out beautifully and really makes the entire design stand out. They also completely removed our old underground drip irrigation system and replaced it with new "watering rings around the individual plants", which should provide much better and more consistent watering. The entire project was completed in "just one week", and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The plants are still small right now, but once they mature and start blooming, we're going to have a lot of color throughout the yard. Our next step will be adding landscape lighting to really finish everything off. Rojas Gardening Services clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. They listened to what we wanted, paid attention to the little details, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. "Absolutely a 5-star experience. Our job included a lot of prep: removing Bermuda grass with great soil prep so we now have very minimal regrowth that's easy to deal with, he demoed an old fence and half of our driveway for added planting space, and got rid of several old Cypress trees and a large palm stump. The install went smoothly in all aspects. Sergio also went above and beyond building our fence - when the panels we wanted were out of stock everywhere, he drove across the city to get them for us. I'm really picky about hiring people to work on my house, and I can say I would recommend Sergio in a heartbeat. I already want to tear out the backyard so we have an excuse to hire him again!
