She explained everything that needed to be done and why. Based on her obvious expertise and thoroughness, we decided on the spot to have the work done ASAP by Grout Medic. The price quoted seemed fair, and the proposal explained all work to be done in detail. About a week later a gent named Leo from Grout Medic showed up on time to do the work. Leo was polite and considerate, and took pains to protect our new wood flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Leo explained how he would proceed, and took about 4 hours working straight through. Bottom line is that we are very happy with the work. Our shower/toilet room looks like new! The tile shines, grout looks great, and the natural stone floor looks so nice.
