This was a great experience all around after thinking my carpets were going to need to be replaced. My pup had dug up a portion of the carpet and soiled it in numerous areas. I was referred to Robert by numerous "mommy friends" (the best kind of referral). Our renter moved out, leaving our carpets soaking wet (from attempting to clean them 2 days before) and smelling like dog. Robert came over within hours of contacting him to assess the situation. He was extremely professional. Her performed a thorough inspection with a moisture meter, as well as pulled back the carpets to see that the paper tape under the carpets and the plastic-covered padding were both still very wet. He initally recommended just drying out the carpets to see if it would help the smell. He brought over the industrial sized fans and installed them to blow air under the carpets overnight. When that failed to get rid of the smell, he did a great job systematically remediating the carpets over the next several days by cleaning them front and back. While he was there, we also had him clean the grout in the kitchen, and it turned out just as amazing as the carpets.
