Price per adult and child on Sunday at noon.
    Jesse G.

We went on a Sunday. Place was full and there was a wait. We arrived at Noon. We asked the cashier if breakfast was still available. She didn't know but asked another co worker. Co worker confirmed they would still have breakfast. They didn't. The servers informed us that at 12pm they remove breakfast items and bring in lunch items. In a nutshell, it was $30 for unlimited tacos, tamales, and gorditas with a drink. Fruit was limited to melon and watermelon. No salads. Churros and mini conchas for desert. If you have picky eating kids, they have really bad pizza and chicken nuggets. I also had a menudo spill on my clothes because the server gave me a bowl on a plate over the counter and it slid off. Luckily the menudo was almost cold. Next trip I asked if I can get it on the side of the counter. Overall, IMO nothing special to come back to. For $30 Golden Corral would've been better.

Decided to try this for breakfast, bad idea. The food was OK, just not alot of choices. What killed it for me was the price. $32 for breakfast? I mean seriously, that's ridiculous. I had calabacitas, beans and 2 pork tamales. The tamales were OK, not great. The calabacitas were pretty fresh, but no cheese in them which was odd. The beans were good, refried and hardy. Also had corn and flour tortillas, and a fried jalapeño. You can't really mess those up honestly. The tortillas were nothing special to be honest. The one thing i did enjoy was the churros. Very fresh and warm, encrusted in sugar and cinnamon, so good! I would have rated this place a 3 if the price was half off. The service was great, everyone was nice but this place is a rip off.

Cactus Mexican Buffet Breakfast & Lunch on Sunset Road in Henderson is a great restaurant serving authentic Mexican Cuisine. First time here for breakfast. Drinks Included with Free Refills there is a Drink List on the Tables. Specialty Drinks are available for purchase. A good variety of food options starting with a Gordita Station, Stews from Menudo and Pozole, Rice, Beans, Chicken Enchiladas, Green and Red Sauce Chilaquiles, Chille Rellenos, some Breakfast items, Omelette Station at Breakfast time, Fruit and Dessert Station and Condiment Station. Breakfast served from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Lunch served from 12:00pm - 4:00. Lunch items available from Tacos, Fajitas and more. Nice friendly staff and great service keeping up with the cleanliness of the tables, buffet line and everything else. I like that the staff serves the guests at the buffet line. We walked out happy and our bellies full. Looking for a new restaurant to try this is the place.

If you are looking for a authentic cozy Homestyle Cooking like you walk into your grandma's house or a friend's house that welcome you to have dinner or party it's like that type of cooking. . When you first enter you will have to pay first and then they will see you and then you go to the buffet line and they will serve you because there is no self-serve. . The buffet is included with soda juice and coffee. I had their coffee and it was really good with spices and cinnamon. Also we did get a Diet Coke as well. . For the buffet line it went pretty quick and did you serve you and ask if you need more portion or less or if you like a specific piece you would just let them know. . I went during Thanksgiving weekend so they did have something special which they did have a whole turkey. They also had a pineapple and strawberry tamale which was different and homemade and it was on the sweet side like a pastry. They also have your Savory tamale as well with jalapeno and cheese or pork tamale. . They also have your Mexican soup like menudo and pozole which was really authentic and I really like the menudo because it has the beef stomach in it. The pozole has a lot of chickpeas and chunks of pork with ribs too. I also like how the garnish was not self-served so you can put as much onions and cilantro and any spices you need for the soup. . I really like their steak fajita with cactus stir fry it was really great and the meat wasn't dry and it was actually flavorful and had a nice tenderness to it. . They also have a lamb leg or beef leg I wasn't sure what it was but it was really great and I do love the presentation where they do cut pieces out of it to serve you. You do not get the bone but there is a big bone attached to the meat while they're cutting it for you. . They also have your chili relleno which was really authentic and it was a great texture and flavor. They also have your chips and salsa with guacamole and different sauces at the bar where you can self serve. . Overall I really like the cooking because it really reminds me of walking into a friend's house that welcomes you to their party and you get to try their cooking. It's very cozy and a nice selection to choose from. The price was about 30 bucks for an adult and 10 percent off for seniors. Thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day.

It's on Sunset in the same plaza as Todd's Unique Dining. They have a video poker bar from the old business but apparently dropped their liquor license, which is weird. The main dining room seems like a Mexican-style rustic diner, but the music is American oldies. The Chorizo omelet ($15.99) sounded interesting, and it really was a great option. Tender egg, finely ground sausage with warming spices, onions, mild peppers, creme fraiche, a mild salsa on the side, and an optional (for me anyway) not-as-mild roasted chili were a great combo. They offer one side with that omelet, and I chose two pancakes. I went for the Mexican Cajeta Pancakes (+$1.99), which were fluffy enough but not the absolute best. I did enjoy them with the dulce de leche and condensed milk combo more than the side syrup. I also asked the server for an agua fresca recommendation and went with it. The Jamaica ($3.49) wouldn't have been my choice, but the mildly sweet concoction worked great in between bites of chorizo omelet and also stayed sweet enough between pancake bites while revealing more of the tart hibiscus notes. Huevos Avenue is a very good overall restaurant that deserves much more business than I witnessed today, especially considering that Henderson still does not have as many great spots as it should. Check them out for Mexican breakfast if you find yourself in the area.

I don't think there is one bad thing on the menu..it has a plethora of sweet breakfast treats, savory breakfast items and even a whole selection of lunch staples - like sandwiches, salads, wraps and burgers. If you are ever stumped on what to order, just take a look around the walls inside and see all the amazing photos of their dishes hung up for display. Some of my favorites over the years are the S.O.B burger (pretzel bun, tasty sauce, crispy jalapeno bacon, yum!), the snow caps (such a fun take on eating a traditional bagel - lightly dusted with powdered sugar on top), a grilled blueberry muffin (ever had a blueberry muffin melt in your mouth? well order this and then you can say yes), the crunchberry French toast (sweet and filling, mainly to share with a friend or few) and the Tijuana turkey (but as a wrap!). Aside from those, another standout item - if you're a benedict fan - is the brisket burnt ends benedict. It is perfect and every bite makes you love it even more. If you're an OC and been visiting Sunrise for some time, they've been offering a featured menu of dishes they used to carry way back in the day for all your flavorful memories. For our most recent brunch visit, we decided it was an omelette day! I ordered a build your own omelette and my lunchmates got a Greek Omelette and the Turkey Taco Omelette. All were so tasty and fresh and with forkfuls of potatoes in between each bite, they really hit the spot. They have outdoor seating if you'd like to enjoy the weather and bring a furry friend with you (and water bowls for them too!), indoor seating at tables and a handful of higher chairs at a small breakfast bar. Keep in mind, though there is a decent sized interior for dining, most tables are set to probably seat groups of 4-6 though they may be able to accommodate larger parties. They are open every day of the week, with exception of some holidays, usually from 7:30a to about 2:00p and usually very packed on the weekends. With over 1.5k reviews on google and thousands on Yelp just under five stars, Sunrise has been around and in town for the past 20+ years for many good reasons. If you haven't visited Sunrise, met Angie and Andrew or any of the other lovely faces like Troy, Kelli, Carlos, Matt, and all the others, you absolutely need to. I hope it becomes your new favorite breakfast spot as it is for myself and many locals in town!

The Chef pairs this delicious sandwich with a garlic aioli that's going to make you see this is how a smash burger is supposed to taste. We finished off our visit with the Concha Ice Cream Sandwich and a piece of NY Style Cheesecake. It was as expected sensational. What makes this place so special? I believe it's the quiet and cozy atmosphere (everyone is chowing down on the delicious food) and of course the dedication this family has to providing a delicious meal using quality ingredients as well as a desire to offer each customer a wonderful dining experience. Our server was Kelani and she was fantastic. We met the owner - on a Sunday afternoon working in the trenches with his team. I think it says a lot when the boss gets involved and makes the rounds asking customers about their experience while in his culinary care. Will we be back? Absolutely yes! Pink Duck Kitchen is a local Filipino-American fusion brunch restaurant that has maintained solid Yelp ratings and recently garnered a spot on the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Top 100 restaurants of 2025. Seeing as how it's the last Henderson spot which I hadn't tried, I decided to rectify that oversight today. I was thinking breakfast at first, but the Lamb Sandwich ($17.99) caught my eye. After clarifying the form of protein with the server, I said yes to this offering. I'm glad I did because it's a stunner. To start with, the bun is nice and soft. The pulled lamb is so tender and surprisingly free from gamy flavor, and whatever it's braised in does so much work making it irresistibly tasty. Then the tzatziki creaminess, tomato umaminess, and even the banana pepper tanginess really round out the flavors. Even the cucumber slices are perfectly portioned to add some crispiness and flavor. Fries come with the sandwich. I was hesitant since they were thick and also very brown. Fortunately, they were soft and fluffy inside, and there was enough crisp from the potato skins. They were actually a little undersalted too, but when I finally flagged down the server for some ketchup, I unlocked the code. The fries are just about perfect with a healthy amount of that Heinz goodness. I did get a bite of breakfast though. My friend's Ube Pancakes ($14.99) were cited as a dish to try on that top 100 list, and I can see why. There's plenty of ube flavor, and a good balance of a lightly crispy exterior and soft interior. The fresh mango and berries were a great touch, as was the whipped cream on the side. I'll have to have a full dish for myself one day. It wasn't as packed when we arrived as I was anticipating; I guess Sunday brunch invites a late-morning crowd though, since it started filling up. Music was top 40 stuff and not too loud. Really my only issue was the water not being ice cold. I've gotta come back to Pink Duck Kitchen since they have such a fun variety on their menu and they're one of the closest interesting restaurants to my side of town. If you live across town, it's actually drive-worthy for that lambwich alone.

We arrived at 11am, and while the vibe inside was lively and the decor was really cool (modern with Pink Duck vibes), we hit a bit of a snag right away. Despite seeing several empty tables, we were told there'd be about a 15-minute wait. Honestly, that was a little frustrating, especially when you're hungry and can clearly see open spots. We almost considered trying somewhere else, but decided to stick it out. And I'm so glad we did, because from the moment we were seated, the service was absolutely stellar! Our server, gave us great recommendations and made sure our drinks were always full. The rest of the staff we interacted with were equally friendly and efficient, they really turned the initial annoyance around. The fusion dishes here aren't just creative for creativity's sake; they're genuinely well-executed and thoughtfully balanced. $15.99 Fried Chicken & Ube Waffle - This was my dish, loved it. $16.99 Banana Nut Bread French Toast with Carmelized "Banana Cue" We went family style on this and I would order again. $16.99 Pork Belly Burger $15.99 Breakfast Burrito Everything felt fresh, vibrant, and celebrated both Filipino and American culinary traditions without either overpowering the other. The creativity in combining these flavors was executed well. I'd definitely visit Pink Duck again to sample more interesting dishes I saw on the menu. Mabuhay!
