One lady who ordered after us even mentioned I had not received mine as she was getting hers, I had to go up to the window a second time after 5+ mins had passed (on top of the 10 I had spent waiting AFTER the other person in my party got their ice cream, 15 mins total by that point) and no one had updated me or brought my order. They finally told me they were "working on it sorry" and it came out multiple mins later, wrong size and not in a cone like I ordered. It's nice to see inclusivity with non dairy but maybe should be more upfront about how long you'll be waiting for it ...
