The Non alcoholic beverage options are exceptional compared to most bars I've been to. One of the bar tenders, Yahnie, was really knowledgeable with the drink service and really catered to the details of 0.0 and 0.5 of these non alcoholic options. While Cadillac Ranch wasn't exactly my cup of tea, I have nothing but praise for the team here. The service was incredibly friendly and professional throughout our visit. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, making it a solid option if you are going out with a large group that ranges in age. As for the food, it wouldn't be my first choice, though it certainly lived up to the casual, western-themed name. I can't say I would choose to go back on my own, but I could definitely consider it for another family outing. If i could give a 0/5 I would! Unfortunately I was warned about this place before my visit but I still wanted to give them a try on my own. Definitely not worth the gas , time or $125!!! Upon arrival, it was already a 20 min wait I decided to sit at the bar instead. Met with a bartender he took orders and made drinks but shortly afterwards disappeared bar was completely empty for 10-12 mins. Drinks taste PRE MADE appetizer came WITH the entree which is poor time management in my opinion and it's not how we ordered it. Entrees were so unsatisfying I immediately boxed up (just to be nice it was trash) and requested the check. First, lets get one thing straight: I was not expecting fine dinning. The restaurant that has a mechanical bull front and center when you first walk in and is named Cadillac Ranch. I was not expecting white glove service or food that blew my mind. That said, it is a restaurant and the food should be enjoyable and the person serving it, at minimum, should not huff every time she has bring you something (because, you know, its her job) The food was not bad, it was just not good either (which honestly seems to be a common theme with restaurants lately, if this keeps up I am going to have to get my tastebuds checked or something). It was bland and a little bit dry. The best way to describe it is door dashed Applebees. Basically its Applebee's quality (which is about what I had been expecting) if the food sat in someones car for crosstown trip. It is still a cute restaurant which I could see being fun with a group of friends (I can imagine a bunch a group of semi intoxicated college students making havoc with that bull). I'm a chauffeur and had a little downtime while working in National Harbor. After considering all of my choices, I chose Cadillac Ranch and was glad that I did. The restaurant is designed to look like an old Western bar and grill, complete with a mechanical bull! I walked in around 5 PM on a Saturday and it was busy but not overly crowded. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Michelle who was wonderful at her job. She gave me awesome reviews on all of the items that I was considering. I ended up going with the Shrimp and Salmon pasta, which was excellent and paired well with an IPA. Michelle was very attentive and provided me with everything that I needed without me having to ask. This place has the laziest employees I've ever encountered at a restaurant, I sat at the bar, waited 20 minutes for a drink. Ordered my meal , wrong food came out . I had to flag down a table server to let them know it was wrong. Bartender didn't care ! 30 minutes later my food came out . All while my glass sat empty during my entire dinner. First of all the restaurant has a theme for Cadillac and Texas and it is more towards cowboy than automobile. The food there is great. I like the pasta and the wings. The burger is ok but lack of "wooo" effect. The servers are very busy and have to say the food comes in pretty slow. I did not expect all food come in at the same time regardless of appetizers or main dishes. It is a sports bar, so I will let it go. After all, the food is good, and the vibe is relaxing. The bartender was AWESOME!!!!! Food isn't as good as I remember. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the service I received while sitting at the bar. First I ordered a margarita which was tasty. I then ordered blackened chicken nachos and the chicken was sooooo dry and it was literally a pinch of chicken on top of a pound of tortillas. My bartender fixed it for me since I was so unhappy, which I really appreciated. My main issue was when I went to ride the bull. The young lady which was a hostess came to control the mechanical bull. She made the bull go so fast that it was unbearable. The whole time she was on her phone. It was near closing time and I really felt she did that intentionally seeing as it was almost closing time. I've been on this bull on many occasions and it's never operated at that speed from the start-maybe it speeds up as it keeps going but this young lady had it on max from stay to finish. As soon as I got off she grabbed her coat and her bad and sat as if she was waiting for a ride. Upon returning to the bar, my bartender asked how was my ride-I explained that I did t like it and it's never went that fast from start to finish. Bartender says-if you want to do it again I can get another coworker to operate it for you.. His customer service was Impeccable!!! I got to ride the bull again and it was at a totally different speed--- which confirmed exactly what I thought about the young ladies operation. That bartender should be rewarded for his superb customer engagement as well as his service. Great service like that is very hard to come by. We came here for happy hour. It's gets really loud here and it's hard to carry on a conversation during peak hours. They do have a good collection of beers and drinks and the bartenders are very friendly. Parking is available nearby but not free, and can get expensive if you stay more than 1.5 hours. read more

I had the tacos, which barely had any meat, and the other meals all came with fries that looked strange and seemed to be a mix of different types of fries and the amount of fries wasn't enough either. The service was very slow. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to greet us, and we had been in the restaurant for an hour before we got our starters and food. It might be due to a lack of cooks, but it took far too long. We're approaching two hours of being here. The ambiance is nice, and the place has potential. Dang, y'all really live up to the bad reviews. I think the number one problem they have is effective communication. I'm still here and this is the first time I've ever been pissed off enough to leave a review from the table. Sat down and ordered a spicy mule. Server is sweet but came back confused and said "the bartender said they can do it but you can't send it back if you don't like it". I asked if they knew what was going into and she acted like she was scared to ask. So much for the nice bartenders that seem to be the saving grace of this place. For the record, the mule is perfect and tastes like it probably has jalapeño juice or some kind of infused habanero. They could have just said "we're happy to make that. As a note, we would have to make it with _________ and we aren't able to take it back if it isn't what you're looking for, since it's off-menu". Idk, I feel like I could teach a duck to have better people skills. BUT I want to be clear - the server is perfectly sweet and attentive. I think this is an issue with the bartender because the server seemed nervous to even ask. Anyway, the drink is great and I'm sorry the experience sucks so far. Ate at Cadillac Ranch and the appetizer sampler deserved employee of the month because it was the only thing putting in effort. Even then, the meatballs were burnt. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and the chicken tasted like someone whispered the word "seasoning" near it and called it a day. The bun was so soggy it collapsed the second I picked it up like it had already given up too. Even drowning it in ranch couldn't save this sandwich from its destiny. For our to-go order, for group appetizers, we ordered the habanero buffalo chicken wings, which were delicious and crispy and loaded fries which were also yummy! For entrees, we had two orders of Spicy shrimp tacos which I do not recommend, we both took a couple bites & threw most away. The shrimp are tiny and there is more slaw than anything else. My friends and I had about a 35-minute wait before being seated, not bad being that we were originally quoted 45 minutes. The food and drinks are pretty standard here. To be honest, nothing really stood out as amazing or something "I HAVE TO HAVE" again, but with that being said my friends and I all ate our food with no complaints. The food I got the chicken and shrimp pasta and my partner got the sirloin steak. The pasta was minimally seasoned and the pasta noodles were over cooked. The steak was cooked medium but very tough and flavorless, we had to add A1 sauce which isn't typical. I also got the watermelon Margarita with jalapeño flavoring added and that was delicious. It looks like a glass of cool-aid but you could definitely taste the jalapeño so, it's good if you like a little bite in your drinks. Lastly, we got the churro donuts. They were fluffy and dry (lol I don't know how that is possible, but they did it!) the cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce were good, but the "caramel sauce" Tasted like peanut butter. I was a little confused by that one. The atmosphere We really enjoyed the music and watching the bull rides. I met a friend here for a quick bite at 5pm on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised! We had "Kay" as our server who was wonderful! She was very attentive throughout our dining experience. We ordered cocktails that were really good (actually a little strong!). We split the Cobb salad and the shrimp and salmon pasta. Both were yummy! So after reading other reviews I would agree with most that the service is just not good. Our waitress was hardly at our table and we had to track her down to get our check and to pay. The food was ok nothing too special, with that being said we ordered appetizers as well that just never came, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. I'm giving this place two stars only because my server Isaiah was cool. Service was extremely slow and the food is terrible. Our entrees came out before the appetizer and that picture of the bang bang shrimp looks terrible. You can't even tell it's shrimp. The chefs need to go back to culinary school and work on properly plating food. Also the salmon and pasta Alfredo along with the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, they only give you literally two shrimp in your pasta. What a complete waste.
