Incredible TikTok recommendation ! The place is perfectly downtown and offers a great space to catch up on work or with a friend. The food and drinks are incredible and are very filling :) My one complaint is the matcha is a bit lackluster in comparison to everything else on the menu. The espresso itself is great, good notes and cortado is definitely one I recommend. Plus notes for how fast the service is, I waited around 10 minutes and looks cooked to order :) love it

Saw Cafe Olivia trending on social media and wanted to give it a try!! Spoiler: it's sooo worth the hype! The cafe is located inside the Dallas Arts Tower. I went during lunch, and it was pretty busy. There are several company offices in the building, so expect a crowd of corporate professionals during the workday. Despite the rush, service was impressively fast. I'm totally obsessed with the dinnerware and custom drinkware. Everything feels so thoughtfully curated. The food and drinks are definitely instagram-worthy but they also genuinely taste amazing as they look. I ordered the Butcher's Cut. The steak was tender and super flavorful, the crispy potatoes were divine, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I need that sauce recipe because I want to dip it in everything. I also loved the Fig & Rose latte. The flavors and sweetness were beautifully balanced without overpowering the espresso. Overall, I'd 100% come back. In my experience, sometimes, aesthetic cafes nail the visuals but don't always deliver on flavor, but that's absolutely not the case here. Everything about my experience was phenomenal. Definitely give them a visit!

I started off my trip to Dallas with Cafe Olivia and it could not have been better! Their matchas tasted smooth and came out very quickly. The outdoor seating was the cherry on top. This cafe is a must!

loved this beautiful airy cafe! breakfast sandwiches were amazing w/ generous portions. got the cutest coffees too!

While it's a cute spot, it is extremely overpriced and what you're getting isn't even good. Cause my coffee was $7.50 and this is what I was given

Latte was really good, they do have a certain time for brunch. I went after church, environment really nice. Definitely will be back for brunch.

The coffee and matcha are very tasteless and the price is not worth the quality of the drinks.

I got the brie and fig sandwich with sweet potato chips, and honestly, it was the best sandwich I've ever had 10/10!!

I remember the gourmet Eatzi's phenomenon when the chain had a Houston location, which has been closed for almost 20 years. Although I've read Eatzi's may in fact return to Houston, I'll believe it when I see it. What I've always liked about Eatzi's is the high quality and variety of cuisine on offer. For some reason, this time I settled on hummus, but also saw lots of other cool choices, including sushi. Bread is baked in-house and lots of people seem to like the made to order sandwiches and prepared foods. Service here was really good, although I was a bit put off by the long line wrapped around the inside of the store. However, I was able to walk right past it to an easy checkout. Parking here, in my opinion, was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to this Eatzi's location in Dallas, and also hope Eatzi's returns to Houston one of these days.

I rarely leave reviews , in fact, this may be my first one, but this experience was so negative…read morethat I feel compelled to share it. I ordered two sandwiches through the DoorDash app for pickup. The app clearly stated that the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad, which is why I chose that option instead of ordering a different special. When I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait in line before reaching the cashier. When I finally got to the counter, she handed me my sandwiches and then told me that I had ordered chips and potato salad but had not paid for them. I calmly explained that the app showed those items as included with the sandwich. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she needed to call the owner. She then had me step aside while she helped three other customers, leaving me waiting awkwardly off to the side. When the owner finally called her back, she spoke to him loudly (almost argumentatively) about me being there and "claiming" the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad. It was embarrassing because other customers could clearly hear what was happening. Ultimately, I was told the owner said the sandwiches did not come with those sides. At that point, I just took my sandwiches and left. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If there was a mix-up with the app, that isn't the customer's fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what was displayed in the app and clarify the issue internally afterward. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.
