Zero element of ice cream or texture and there was so much crap all over it that it was beyond over the top. Cotton candy in a cone plopped on top??! Just WHAT. Listen, we had a good time hanging out with a friend there that we randomly met up with at Big Sky, but it seems like there are way better places to eat. We'd skip this place. Even going as far as helping remove heinous people from the bar just because their coworkers appeared stressed or ready to get a person out. They've removed locals cards, hiked prices on drafts and other drinks, don't allow their staff (the locals) to be apart of the bar scene off of work, and contributed to the destruction of our local community. I cannot count how many times this season I myself have left or have witnessed people leave due to this new company. It is simply no longer the same energy and it brings much sadness to us here. Nearly finished - they refuse to hire anyone. new whilst their staff very obviously struggles someday managing everything. I went in one day and there was 1 bartender and 1 server for the entire inside room and outside patio. if you've never been, that's a lot of steps during a lunch rush. Additionally, each table can hold a full family. Yet they refuse to hire anyone else to support their staff. All in all, the staff is still lovely. I adore each of them and am aware none of this is their fault. it's ANOTHER company coming into our town and trying to "fix" what isn't broke. The most ironic part of this is when Apres Cru came to town, someone told them, "Don't turn our Big Sky into your New York" "Oh trust us, we don't plan on it. We love the charm of this town" That was in November of 2025. Irony is a funny thing. if you're in Big Sky, give some sympathy to the staff for what they have to deal with. Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.

I had the best time ever at this cute brunch spot! We sat at the bar and got a mimosa pitcher for $30 and get this... it was TWO bottles of champagne! What a deal. Also had some fresh fruit, then the dankest french toast. My partner got steak & eggs and inhaled it. The bartender's name was Malcom and he was a whole vibe too. Have been here often! Great food and Robin is the best waitress in Big Sky! The food is not flashy but that's what makes it good; you must try the chicken fried steak!
