    Huckleberry Matcha

Great cafe outside of Yellowstone. The huckleberry matcha had a good balance, the matcha did not overpower the huckleberry. The smashburger was a great lunch meal and the fries were crispy. You order at the counter and they bring it to the table. Parking- there's a lot with spaces

The food and coffee was very good, we went around 9am and it wasn't too busy and the service was quick. I would definitely come back.

We got a couple of muffins to go so we could snack as we drive through Yellowstone.

Love all the humorous signage around the restaurant, free WiFi, colorful decor, "Tell Us Where You…read moreAre From" maps on the walls. Enjoyed seeing a parent show her children the places on the map they've visited. Shane, our server, also seemed largely responsible for the bar area as well as being one of the servers. Clearly, individuals who appeared to be "regulars" have lively and fun conversations with Shane. It was fun overhearing snippets of their conversations while we ate. Glad the conversations around us were so interesting, because it did take longer than expected for our meals to be served. I am so glad I followed Shane's suggestion that the chicken fried steak was their most popular item. It was, in fact, very good. Love that even the biscuit underneath the steak and sausage gravy was very tasty. The hash browns were delicious Maggie's corned beef hash was very disappointing, made worse by this being our only meal til we reach our next destination tonight. Overall, we loved the ambiance, Shane served us well and we loved seeing the diverse clientele interact with the staff and each other - even the cook came out to greet customers at the bar with high fives all around.

I think it was an hour from being seated to actually getting our food. Fairly expensive for breakfast. I believe the french toast was $18 and an additional $5 for Fruit topping. Advertised as 6 pieces, it came with only 5 but was still a very large portion Coffee was served in huge mugs, which everyone enjoyed. Meals were okay. Those that got the corned beef hash felt that it was overdone.

Back in Livingston, Montana and thoroughly enjoying this beautiful and friendly mountain town. The…read moresmall shop owners are kind, helpful and ready to start a conversation at the drop of a hat. SO REFRESHING! On the main drag is an institutional bar and local staple, Gil's Goods. Worn hardwood floors that creak as you walk, unique signs and hightops to sit at while watching the World Cup, Gil's is straight off a movie set. The place is built for country fun and the local watering hole. Now the shocker, bar type food that can be slightly healthier and very flavorful, lives here. We ordered the watermelon mint salad with cucumber, watermelon cubes, mint, feta, onions and a reduced balsalmic vinegarette. The freshness of the watermelon with the punch of mint and balsalmic bite was perfect for a summer day. A Truly great choice! The crispy Korean chicken sandwich was enormous with Asian pickle, slaw, Korean BBQ and Gil's aioli was scrumptious. The fried sweet potato fries were less health, but sinfully good. It was a bit messy, but I could not stop eating, a two napkins meal. Gil's Goods is not a typical bar, but the food is packed with great flavor and savory selections that make you smile. A very nice meal and must return to in the future. Please put Gil's Goods on your next must try in Livingston, Montana. To the staff at Gil's Goods, awesome meal, fun atmosphere and please don't change.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Gardner market…read more I was hesitant to go there because everyone said it was so expensive but I found the experience delightful. I wish I had gone there earlier in my stay just for the ambience lol. There are many things to question about Gardner Montana ;)However, the Gardner market was not one of them. Everybody in there was so polite and friendly. I couldn't believe it. Every time I asked for something everybody was incredibly helpful and there were some really nice ladies that were just totally friendly. The store is stocked to the brim. It has everything, at my hotel they were saying oh you won't find sunscreen or cream there but you know what they had every possible sunscreen and cream available!!! I was able to go there toward my last day and get things that I really needed like water and some sleeping pills since I was in a hotel that was very noisy! I would highly recommend the Gardner market to anyone and just remember when you're on a vacation things are more expensive because people are trying to make money in a small town so don't hold that against them. I love that market and if I lived in Gardner, I would shop there no matter what.
