The frosting was excellent and definitely the highlight, although the roll itself was a little dry. Service throughout our visit was friendly, polite and professional. The restaurant has a classic deli/diner feel mixed with the polished atmosphere you'd expect inside a Las Vegas casino. I especially liked the distinctive pressed-tin-style ceiling, comfortable booths and open dining room. And there was some entertainment happening outside the restaurant too. While I was eating my matzo ball soup, my was doing very well out on the casino floor. Apparently I picked the right time to have soup! Overall, Saginaw's was a good stop at Circa.
