This popular cafe is located right in the heart of Basking Ridge. It's small inside but there's outdoor seating also. We had a half hour wait for a table inside. The place has a very cozy feel to it and everyone we met who worked here was very friendly. I started my meal with a Vanilla Chai Latte and my wife had a Macha Latte. My wife ordered the Blintzes with blueberries and I had the Paris Morning breakfast. We both loved the food! My dish came with 2 potato pancakes, 2 poached eggs, and smoked salmon. Just delicious! A cool bit of trivia is that Paul McCartney and his wife stopped in here a few years ago. We didn't see Paul today, but we did enjoy the experience!

It was very busy yesterday around 11:30 am. When we finally got seated, the place did not disappoint. We first ordered macchiato, cappuccino, and lemonade, the coffee was strong and great! We ordered two American breakfast and Warsaw breakfast. One of the American was scrambled eggs and the other was egg over medium. The sausage was very tasty. It was not salty and the bacon was a little thick, and it was also not your typical salty bacon. The sausage was delicious and the bacon was nice and crunchy. The side potatoes were so delicious with onions and peppers. I finished all of mine. It was perfectly seasoned and not salty so eating this brunch was such a joy. The side roll was also delicious with butter. It looked like a sesame and wheat roll. It made it even so more enjoyable. The Warsaw breakfast was on a very hot small iron skillet. The Kabasa was delicious and it was typical on the salty side. The breakfast potato was delicious with the Warsaw breakfast, it had small cherry tomatoes with the potatoes. We also ordered two side pancakes. The pancakes were not as fluffy, but it was very good. It was on the expensive side for one pancake. It was around five dollars. Overall this breakfast restaurant was awesome. Small with a lot of character inside. The service was quick and on point.

Ethan and The Bean operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit with a noble mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for folks with autism or intellectual disabilities that give its employees hands-on training, mentoring, and skills development to build their self-confidence and give them a sense of purpose. The Morristown location, just across Speedwell Avenue from the Hyatt Grand Regency, is open and airy with plenty of seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and free WiFi for those who need to get some work done or seek a temporary distraction from those around them. On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! The taste and quality of the beverages - including a variety of organic coffees and tea options ranging from mundane drip coffees to more complex, perfectly executed creations of -cinos and lattes that are available with dairy milk or non-dairy milk alternatives - and the ambiance do come at a price, which are slightly higher than your usual convenience store coffee but in line with the other coffee specialty shops on South Street - but it's worth it to me (as it should be to you) due to the quality of the product and its noble mission. PRO TIP #1: ETB doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking off Speedwell Avenue and Cattano Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday. If you can't find a spot on the street, the Morristown Parking Authority's Dalton Garage (@ 25 Cattano Avenue) are a short walk to ETB.

The chocolate was decadent and high quality. I thought the cake was pricy at $95 but I figure quality ingredients cost more and this was a special occasion. They had an indoor dining room and an outdoor patio. We opted for the indoor dining room due to the heat wave. For breakfast, I ordered a chocolate chip crumb muffin and a pecan bar. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.
