Stopped by here twice now and both times were a hit, I love a good sandwich place…read more The staff has been super friendly on both my visits. They were great at answering my questions and it helped me move around the menu. Let me start with they have hand-cut fries...they have really, really good hand-cut fries. If you have hand-cut fries, you have a friend in me, if they are really good, you have a fan! My first trip I went specifically for the Reuben. It is what I saw that they had and that was my mission. It was a good Reuben, I think enjoyed it and would go back for another. This trip I was thinking Cheesesteak, but the Outlaw caught my attention, a cheesesteak with a twist. I was a fan of the twist. The pepperoni and salami plus the grilled red onions and banana peppers with the hot sauce crushed!

The staff and atmosphere is really good and busy just like you would expect from a neighborhood…read moredeli. The food is beyond delicious . If you are looking for a good Rueben with a fantastic flavor this is one spot you will want to add to your list to try. Been there twice now and ordered both times. Both times were exactly the same. They do also offer breakfast, which is what others in my party ordered both times. They also didn't disappoint on that either. So it wasn't just fluke they got it right the first time. Prices are not out of control either, which is good in this times. Thank you for that. Don't wait go and check it out and leave your own review. **They have outdoor seating go and enjoy beautiful weather and amazing food all in one spot, well worth the day on a gorgeous day**

I was craving a bagel yesterday morning, so I finally stopped by Brooklyn Bagel Company at Ansley…read moreMall after a friend recommended it nearly a year ago. I ordered the Rio Grande with Pastrami and a plain bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend ordering through their website. The place gets busy, and I waited about 15-17 minutes for my food. Not a bad wait, but ordering ahead definetly saves time. The first thing you'll notice is the size. These bagels are huge. I ate my Rio Grande around 10 a.m. and wasn't hungry again until about 4 p.m., so they're definitely filling. I saved the smoked salmon bagel for the next morning, toasted it, and added the salmon creme cheese back on, and it was just as delicious. Overall, Brooklyn Bagel Company is a solid breakfast and deli spot with several locations around Atlanta. After trying a place with "Brooklyn" in the name, I'm genuinely curious what separates a good bagel from a great one. I finally understand why people are so passionate about them. My next order will definitely be the Nova with capers and red onions. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast that will keep you full for hours, this place is definitely worth trying.

We stopped in on a Sunday around 10:00 a.m. It was busy, which is always a good sign, but the wait wasn't long at all. The food was fresh, delicious, and definitely worth it. They also have plenty of seating, so even with the morning crowd, it was a comfortable experience. Thank you, Brooklyn Bagel, for the amazing food and for giving me a little taste of New York City right here in Atlanta. I'll definitely be back!

Hands down the best breakfast and brunch in Atlanta for the price!…read more I love a good diner, and Goldbergs delivers every single time. It's light years ahead of J Christopher's, White Hall, First Watch, you game it. Now you won't get a fancy coffee or Instagram able photo, but you'll get solid food. I've been eating here for years and genuinely crave it about every three weeks...it's that good. You really can't go wrong. Portions are generous especially for the price, service is consistently solid (though wait times can vary, it's popular!), and with so many locations you can usually find one nearby. They're also great about modifying cooking oils for those of us who prefer olive oil or other healthier options. My go-to is an omelette or the nova scramble, with home fries -- big, crispy potato chunks with sautéed peppers and onions -- plus a side of toast, English muffin, or bagel (or swap for salad or fruit). My husband swears by their latkes, too. Classic, satisfying, and a total win for brunch lovers.

Love, love, love Goldbergs Fine Foods in Buckhead, carry-out, delivery, dine-in, all of it's good…read more These may be the best bagels at the best bagel joint in Atlanta. They carry a full selection (more than I am listing) of tradtional bagels, everything, sesame, onion, garlic, poppy, egg, even a blueberry one. They also have a couple of gluten-free ones and a jalapeno-cheese one. The bagels I've tried are fresh, chewy, reasonably-sized. The serve them in delicious breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese (your choice), and meat (your choice). Sandwiches come with your choice of a side, latkes or sliced tomatoes. Order the tomatoes and layer the thin slices onto your sandwich for a messy delight. Order the latkes for a decadent addition to your morning. The latkes are flavorful, puffy, crunchy, and just a bit greasy. They are delicious. Bagels with schmears are stuffed with fresh cream cheese that is rich. We've only ordered them with plain, which is great, but they also have some flavors. I've also eaten quite a few omelets and salads from Goldbergs. Salads are reasonably sized with fresh dressing and greens. The greens are fine, fancy even. Omelets are traditional, well-cooked, large, full of your selected fillings. There is a meat-lovers style one with their quality meats; a spanish-style one with onion, peppers, and red sauce. My favorite is the country omelet that is full of hash browns, onions, ham, and cheese. Goldbergs also has traditional breakfast fare and sandwiches that I haven't gotten to just yet! While I've ordered delivery from Golbergs quite a bit, I've also popped in for carryout, and eaten in. Delivery holds up well. Carryout is easy and quick, even when they are bustling. Eating in is a mix of regulars with staff stopping at tables to chat and people who are there just of the food. Service is friendly and reasonably fast. The waitstaff knows the menu and knows people. They keep things moving without being overbearing or giving customers short shrift. The restaurant is bright and clean. It has photos of patrons and staff throughout the years on the walls. The walk-in carry-out area is separated from the restaurant which makes for a bustling, energetic environment.

Craving a great classic burger!? Fred's got it!…read more Mine was delicious, perfect combo, classic ingredients, amazing flavor. I loved the caramelized jalepeno slices since they added it beautiful hint of spicy sweetness to the dish. The bread has a nice chew and it does not get soggy fast. - CONS: Not that special. I dont know why it's "korean" since it tasted like a normal cheesesteak but with a few jalapenos. I also wish they added in more jalapenos (I got like 3). 2) Garlic Fries with Ranch: - PROS: Very nice texture with a crispy outside and fluffy inside that is not too dense. The flavor comes from the garlic mince that is on top. The ranch is like a mixture of an aioli and tartar sauce (I think they make it in house, correct me if I'm wrong). - CONS: Inconsistent texture as some of the fries were dense but a few had that good hollow crisp bite. Quite oily too. Overall, I enjoyed the cheesesteak but would probably skip the fries next time. I do believe it is good especially the bread. I don't think it is worth all the hype it gets, but it is good.
