I wish there was a stronger presence of the orange aioli, but in general it tasted good! I had placed an online order and I appreciated the staff's attention to my notes, as well as being super helpful over the phone when I called and had some questions. In my head, I had pegged this place as too expensive for what it is; however, I felt that the prices were quite fair. Sure, paying $13 for this sandwich is expensive when compared to a subway sandwich, but it's all about the quality. Loved this place! The setting is beautiful and spacious, great music and nice servers. You order at the counter and then somebody brings you the food to the table. I had the breakfast baguette and added prosciutto. It was delicious! Coffee was also really good. My boyfriend also really liked his sandwich, although he doesn't remember the name. Though a sizable sandwich, it was lackluster in flavor. The roast beef was somewhat thinly sliced and had lettuce and tomatoes. It was good, but was it worth the $12?! Roasted marinated beets: The hubs took a liking to this more than his sandwich. The candied pecans gave it an interesting texture. The beets were rich in color with a slight flavor profile. Their best features include minimal wait times, fantastic service, and high quality, thoughtfully-prepared dishes. For food of this caliber I would have expected much higher prices, however the Shrimp Po Boy was $14 and the Eggplant Bahn Mi was $13. The food came promptly and the portion sizes were enough for even the hungriest of customer. Our sandwiches were delicious, some of the best we've had in Atlanta. Every aspect of the food reflects purposeful thought in creation: the amount of protein, the choice of bread, and the balance of the sauce. Darjeeling tea with milk, should have had it plain, no milk since it was Harney and Sons but it was too hot to drink and hubby didn't want to hang out. I would spend the time just staying outside for :30 and reading, relaxing and enjoying this little nook of a place. We also has a biscuit and jam...hubby is obsessed with biscuits. I thought the scones and croissants looked divine...the cookies could get you into trouble as well. The biscuit was tasty and the jam, well, jammy. Star light, star bright, star provisions at first light. At least that is when I showed up to this quaint coffee shop. Maybe it's not a coffee shop, I didn't order coffee anyway. What I did get was a crispy chicken biscuit, so let's call it a cafe. The biscuit itself was the slightest bit too dense for me, though the chicken itself was moist and had good flavor. I think the pickle and honey flavors that were noted on the menu were subtle at best, and wish they were stronger to compliment the chicken. While I wouldn't come back here for the food, the environment was 10/10. It's a utopia that reminds me of the Pacific Northwest with the surrounding trees and rustic atmosphere. The cafe is not the people watching European cafe vibes. But a great place to mellow out to get some work done, or solve your existential crisis. It's been a while since i've been to this place. I believe they had their location moved from Howell Mill Road across from the water plant? Anyway, the new location seems much larger. It seems like they have more baked goods which are pretty good. The lunch options are light but very tasty. I've so far had the Prosciutto and Parmesan Cheese on baguette and the Italian Grinder. Both were good, but it would be better if they offered some kind of side salad/pasta salad/potato salad on the side to go with these instead of plane potato chips. Maybe I missed an offering here on the menu that I don't know about. I've also gotten to try their French Omelet with brie sandwich. You can add Prosciutto to it for $4, but I don't particularly find that a good value for the upcharge to get 2 slices of Prosciutto added.... They have lots of hard to find cooking stuff, like locally made Olive Oil, some gourmet salts and some preserves. They even had some Bachan's BBQ sauce which is not local, but is great with everything. I'm not giving a 5 star because the pricing seems a bit high. I guess it's the cost of having a swanky spot there on Ellsworth Industrial now, but if they can just reconsider the cost of some of the "extras" it might make it worth it. read more

At the communal table where I sat, two different people in two separate parties, took bites of their sandwiches, rolled their eyes upward and declared "oh my, this is good." I'm taking that as a good sign. I had granola over strained yogurt with chopped apples and dried cranberries and a cafe au lait. (Rolling my eyes upward) oh my, is this good. This is a cute and unique market tucked away in west midtown. They have a nice assortment of fresh breads, cheeses, meats, etc. They also offer sandwiches and other prepared foods. The prepared food is a bit pricey, but they do use quality ingredients. I recommend ordering food first then wandering around the store while you wait to see if there are items along the wall that you are interested in purchasing. I bought an pan epi baguette and it was very tasty. Good for taking home to eat with butter OR olive oil with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.
