I had a really nice breakfast experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, making it a great place to start the day. The service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was delicious, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the latte, which was very good, and the orange juice, which was clearly natural and refreshing. The only downside is that it's a bit on the expensive side, with an average price of around $25 per dish. However, the quality of the food and service makes it worth it overall. I would definitely come back!

Café Bastille is located in Weston in the Town Center. We are fans of Café Bastille from their location in Fort Lauderdale. We are so glad to see that they now have a location in West Broward so no matter what part of town you're in - you have a Café Bastille near you. What impressed me was the service and quality of food were exactly the same. The food is on another level. Their baked goods are so fresh and delicious and their coffee options are amazing. We had a strawberry foam matcha and a cappuccino for drinks. We then ordered the French toast, an açai bowl and the breakfast croissant. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Great new spot in Weston. The food was excellent across the board. The pistachio latte was very cool and genuinely delicious--not gimmicky--and the French toast bites were awesome. The eggs Benedict was on point as well, perfectly done. There was a bit of a wait, but it's only their second day open, so totally understandable. The quality easily made up for it. Definitely a place I'd come back to and one I expect will only get better as they settle in.

Two drinks, two meals, and one croissant cost us about $90. I understand the prices, however, when we opened the croissant sandwich, there wasn't as much filling as we expected. The crème brûlée croissant was the most interesting; it was delicious, with a crispy exterior and crème filling. The matcha mostly tasted like milk. They had impossible sausage you can ask for which was really nice for vegetarians. If you don't mind the high prices, this is a nice spot with great service. We got sat in 20 minutes on a saturday at 11 AM.

Came here for Sunday brunch. This place is popular as I can see. There are no reservations for brunch, only walk-in. We waited around 45 minutes as we were told. Our waitress was nice and she kept checking in us. I know it's not her fault, since she wasn't in charge of bringing our drinks out, but we waited a long time for our drinks. As for food, the wait time was normal. We ordered the monkey bread, pistachio croissant, steak hash, breakfast croissant, and Mediterranean omelet. Everything was tasty. Monkey bread had the perfect amount of sweetness. The steak was cooked well and they gave you a good amount. The omelet and breakfast was delicious. Come here for a decent brunch with good food.

My family and I have been obsessed with this new breakfast spot. Our kids wake up early so we arrive as soon as they open (0800) otherwise we would probably have a long wait. It gets very busy very early but I can see why. It's very cute and has indoor and outdoor seating and the food is amazing. I have been ordering the shakshuka every time I go and I order it with the side of avocado and sausage (which are so yummy!). It also comes with a Jerusalem bagel which I love because it's on the thinner side and great for dipping in the sauce. My husband also loves the Israeli breakfast since it's low carb and well balanced and tastes great. It's great that they carry a variety of drinks including cocktails which I haven't had myself but have heard they are well made and pair perfectly with their food. I will definitely keep coming back!

I like this location better than their original location in Fort Lauderdale. The Weston location is a little bit smaller. I visited right after they opened ordered a chai latte with a croissant!

I visited Cafe Bastille Weston on Presidents' Day and overall had a good experience. The food was beautifully presented and flavorful. I ordered the ham Eggs Benedict with bacon and potatoes (so good), which was delicious and very filling, though I wish it had been a little warmer. My friends enjoyed the French toast, blueberry pancakes with a side of egg, and the Parisian omelette. The drinks were okay. At $10, the pistachio latte was mostly espresso and not as milky as I prefer. The biggest downside was the wait. We were told 40 minutes but waited closer to an hour. It was a holiday, so that likely played a role. I would definitely return for the food, but I'd skip the lattes next time.

I feel like Weston definitely needed a new brunch spot and I am so happy Cafe Bastille picked Weston for a new location. The cafe is super cute and clean. Our server Josh was incredible and super attentive. We got to try 4 different plates and they were all good. I had the blueberry mule which was awesome and the Shakshouka. The eggs were perfectly poached and the sauce had great flavor. We also had the Nutella stuffed French toast, omelette, and burger. Also their food plating is perfection. Everyone enjoyed their brunch and we will definitely be back.

I went there to have lunch but after more than 15 minutes nobody come to ask me if i need anything, never the waiter approach me or hand me a menu, after being ignored even when the place wasn't even busy I decided to speak with the manager to explain the situation and left. I will never be back

The place is packed on the weekends, so be prepared to wait. Once seated the servers are extremely helpful and take your order. It is a family friendly restaurant and very open layout. The food was spectacular and worth the wait. Everything was flavorful and delicious.

Several other guests who ordered after me all got their drinks. Third, ambiance is cold and bland. There's a weird lighting mixture of disco balls and white lights. Strengths they can build on? The girl at the counter was nice and so was the young man who was helping. My lemonade tasted very average, nothing remarkable. It was fresh squeezed lemons and water. Why the high price? HIDDEN COFFEE SHOP…read more.. I heard about this urban legend for years but this morning I had to get to the bottom of it and hunted for it by gps, and guess what? IT REALLY EXISTS.... Located deep in NE Weston, tucked behind a Shell gas station cushioned against W StRd 84, is this coffee shop called Watts & Coffee. This cafe began inside of Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop years ago with a simple coffee machine to support the local bicycle clubs. A few months ago, the bicycle shop was purchased by new owners who placed a semi-secure (EDITED...it is on wheels and seldomly moves except for special events and catering) coffee truck in the front parking lot of the business, which is currently closed and opens at 10am. Of course I took pics, but its so odd that you must see it for yourself to understand. As I drive into the secluded (not scary though) parking lot, I observe bicycles stationary at a bike rack in front of a large food truck with the name Watts & Coffee displayed on the face of the truck and a wide open window with a guy inside. A small wooden table sporting an umbrella for shade to the side with three bicycle enthusiasts wearing their full bicycle attire sitting with their coffee chatting. Still unsure of this place but very curious. I met with the sole employee, Juan, who happily greeted me and discussed the pastries and Italian coffee options. The inside boasted two old time full aprons hanging on the wall, beautiful shiny steel espresso machine and several pastry items in a display case which includes: Pon de Bona, Chicken Empanada, Ham and Cheese Bread, Tequeno, Blueberry and Cinnamon Muffins - most items for $3.99. Some cold drinks offered are Red Bull, Celsius, Izze Sparkling Soda and of course Gatorade. For true coffee gurus they sell a gourmet specialty pouch of Watts&Coffee 100% Arabica for $17.99 - i guess there are flakes of gold mixed inside the grinds. They also advertise a 16oz frothy coconut refreshing drink for $7.99. OK, the shot of the Italian espresso was very hot and delish, not uncommon though, but at a steep $3.99, which is at the higher end for a single espresso. Just a very little coffee shop with a unique twist. I will return soon to try the blueberry muffin. Strong 3.7 star rating during this adventure.

He was very friendly and helpful in picking our items. He was also extremely knowledgeable with coffee/espresso. Love going to a coffee shop that actually knows what they're doing. Ended up getting a Cortado and my wife got the Americano with caramel. Both were DELICIOUS! So good so that I bought a bag of their beans which are roasted locally by a roaster in Coral Springs. The Cortado was smooth and silky with perfectly textured milk. Also grabbed a slice lemon blueberry cake as well as a beef empanada. Couldn't be happier. They have some seating in there which was made out of pallets and wood. Super cool. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee, run, don't walk here.

I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink. Overall such a cute spot, great coffee and a hidden gem in this area. I'd definitely come back with friends and family to grab a drink, walk around the garden and relax.
