This was the cutest cafe in Washington Heights! Decorated with florals all over, artwork, book shelf, along with a green and pink motif. There was a cozy and welcoming ambiance to the place, with lovely natural lighting. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Tres Golpe breakfast. The Latte was served in a clear glass cup with nice design on top. The coffee was smooth and creamy, but the Pumpkin Spice flavor didn't come through strongly enough. For the Tres Golpe, I requested Tostones instead of mashed plantains. The Tres Golpe also came with fried cheese, chorizo, as well as eggs any style, which I got fried over hard. It was a beautiful plate. Tostones were quite bland however and too thick for my liking. I added pieces of chorizo, egg, and cheese on top of them, which helped. The Chorizo was tender, juicy, and well seasoned, while the cheese was perfectly fried, slightly crisp, and full of great flavor. Eggs were also cooked just right. Service was good. I would love to return to try the Pan Seared Salmon, Steak Sandwich, and some other coffee drinks.

I had a nice work day from this cafe. The outside entrance was welcoming. The food was good., service was good, and the decor was so cute. Even the entrance looked like something you wouldn't find walking down that street.

Everytime we have eaten here it has been amazing. Visited today and just got a coffee and was disappointed they were closing for a private event so they didn't have their usual treats on display. I would recommend calling before going just to see if they are open. Glad I was able to get my coffee. The location and environment is beautiful

Cute and intimate café perfect for working on your laptop reading a book or catching up over a meal. Limited seating option but it has high feelings for the face does not feel too crowded. From the service from the employees. All food we tried was amazing, we had the cajun chicken wrap, muffin pancakes, bloom breakfast burrito, and fries to eat. They all had great taste, my favorite was the cajun chicken wrap, it was packed with flavor. And for drinks we had an OJ (felt like it was overpriced $5), tumeric ginger tea, and a coffee. Would definitely come here again!

Found this as a pitstop as I tried to walk from the top of Manhattan to the bottom. Amazing coffee, great breakfast options. The highlight of my meal was the chai latte!

As I get older, all I want to do is sit around for hours and catch up with friends and Cafe Bloom was perfect for this. After a walk around the nearby park, my friend and I came and got chai lattes - she got it iced and I got it hot. For the chai connoisseurs - no, this is not the best chai ever, but still good! The place itself is cozy and cute with ample seating. I like that they also gave us flower coasters with our drinks. It's the little things that count! Service was a bit confusing to me because it seemed like they did waiting service except that to check out and pay, we had to go up to the register and do that. So it felt like a half-hearted waiting situation? We weren't inconvenienced by this, but was just unsure what was the procedure here since it was our first time.

This is a cute spot uptown. Coffee and food are great. Service is a little slow, but it's also uptown, where people are chill, so that's just going to be a given. Would definitely come back again!

This is the cutest coffee shop/restaurant in the area by far! The lady who served us was super nice & friendly and the restaurant itself is super cute for getting a little work done or having coffee with a friend. There is always music playing, so keep that in mind and grab some headphones if you plan to bring a book or laptop. As far as the food... the only thing I would not recommend are the muffin pancakes. They didn't feel cooked all the way through and they were hard to remove from their tins. They however made my eggs the exact way I like them, and the drinks were really good!

    Freshly Squeezed Lemonade

Highly recommend this place! I had a huge craving for fresh squeezed lemonade and Bloom has it! Friendly staff with a smile. Really enjoyed this accidental find but can't wait to return to try their other offerings at some point!

Think vintage wallpaper, little knick-knacks, and warm lighting. It's got character. I ordered the market salad with mixed greens, honeycrisp apples, goat cheese, candied pecans, and sherry vinaigrette. It was a hearty portion - super fresh and flavorful, and honestly more than I could finish (not a complaint!). I also ordered a Diet Pepsi with grenadine; they don't carry Diet Coke, which I almost docked a point for, but the mix was unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommend it. My date ordered the hanger steak and said it was absolutely amazing. Only hiccup: his first glass of wine he got came out hot... like, microwave-level warm. Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. Would definitely come back, especially for that salad and another round of grenadine magic.

The inside looked really nice with some nice pictures on the wall and lots of space for seating. They also have a downstairs that has a bar and plenty of seating. It's $25 for unlimited drinks plus food by the way. Which is sad is a deal these days. Anyway, their happy hour is solid enough for a Monday and was meeting up with a friend I hadn't seen in over a year. Place is actually very cute. There are no tvs which I appreciate and the paneling of the walls and decor with all the flowers is quite tasteful. Happy hour deals 4-7pm Mon-Fri & all night Thursday apparently: Aperol Spritz $8, Hugo Spritz $9, Paloma $10, Mules $9, Draft Beers (except Guinness) $7, House Wine $9. As well as 2 Appetizer Bites for $19.95. Not the best but not the worst. I'm normally not a Spritz kind of gal. I think watering down prosecco or wine is heinous. But it was a Monday and I didn't exactly feel like powering down into happy hour so Aperol Spritz it was which switched to a Modelo later. It was the perfect drink situation on a god awful hot as hell day. We also ordered the fish tacos and what initially were the curry fries but they brought out the Greek fries. I wasn't mad about it. Honestly was torn between the two and I don't send food back unless something really bad happened. But it was essentially a side of Caesar salad dressing with feta cheese and generous amount of herbs on a very sparse and frugal amount of crispy standard cut fries. Now I know why it's a 2 for $20 deal. The tacos were 3 in an order which I guess is typical. They weren't bad but nothing stood out to me. I'd come for the drinks or try something else on the menu.

I can add mustard to every bite instead of all over the sandwich. My son and I split a pastrami and the beef brisket together to be able to sample at least two types of meats. My wife ordered the half corned beef sandwich with a bowl of French onion soup, so we got to sample a bite of each of those as well. Surprisingly we finished everything and still had room for a home made strawberry cheesecake which was amazing.
