Waited for 30 minutes for ONE drink. When we asked at the 20 minute mark they still hadn't started making the drink.

Coffee is good , the lids for the cups make no sense though. No point of having cold foam when you have to drink it through a straw. Definitely need to change it to the sippy cups. The place looks amazing but its not a sit down spot. The biggest downside is I ordered online 26 mins before arriving to Cafe Bottega and my order still wasnt ready. We are loving this place! It's centrally located and easy to find. Great ambience and a big selection of drinks to choose from. The hospitality was awesome and so were all the drinks we ordered. The cool kiosk to order the drinks was so easy to use. You also pay at the kiosk. My kids got the watermelon slushee, Taro oreo Shake, and a Thai tea with boba. I got the milk tea. Good quality drinks at decent prices. Stop by and give them a try. We will definitely be back. read more

The matcha is bland and has no flavor! And also came with a 20 minute wait. not very good for " ceremonial grade matcha" They ran out of vanilla macaron and wouldn't let me exchange for a cake pop because it was a big difference in price (A WHOPPING 55CENT DIFFERENCE) and said if I wanted a cake pop I would need to pay the additional fee. They gave me a refund (which I had to wait an additional 5 minutes) for the macaron and I asked for a card refund and they gave me cash after he couldn't figure out the card way for a refund definitely won't be coming back as it seems the male manager was more concerned about a 55 cent difference rather then accommodating a potential customer. What is this Easy Ice? Seriously? It feels like the goal here is to load up on ice and barely pour an actual drink. Half a cup of ice and maybe 8 ounces of drink not cool. I get trying to keep costs down and profits up, but this comes at the customer's expense. A friend recommended this place to me, and I'm so glad they did! They have an incredible selection of drinks, from classic coffees and lattes to delicious shakes, Boba, and even food. I tried the vanilla caramel shake, and it was absolutely amazing! I'm a huge fan of this place, and I'm surprised they've been around since 2023. I haven't been here before, but I'm definitely going back next week. They have so many drinks I want to try, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got the horchata milk tea. It was pretty good, the sweetness level was well balanced. The only thing i would complain about is the boba consistency, it was very hard and not well cooked. The staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in and immediately helped us out and showed us how to order on the touch screen. I really liked the design of this place! very bad service and food I ordered mint chocolate shake and one rose macaron and one one Oreo macaron and paid $13.60 for the opposite of what I ordered they gave me and Oreo shake 2 rose macarons with mango popping boba instead of strawberry popping boba I not recommended. read more

This little shop just opened up and is currently in its soft open phase. So if you do stop by be mindful since they don't officially open until next week. The owner I believe was the one at the time working the front. He was very kind so service wise 10/10 and explained all the options they had or toppings if it wasn't listed. The space is fairly small so it's not a place for dining in really but for such a small space it's very nice inside. Every wall from the floor to the roof of the space is picturesque. It's definitely worth a stop and while the menu is small now I imagine it will be a little bigger once they fully open. Parking is fairly easy and plenty all around. My drink was very tasty and the owner was very adamant that I love it before I left. It was very tasty and hopefully more people catch wind of this little hidden treasure. read more
