We keep coming back here! It's now a ritual Sunday before football starts . We now get breakfast burritos and coffee. As always the staff is great and helpful with your order and questions. I think the burritos are pretty big I only finish half and save the other for later . This have become one of my favorite spots and will continue to come back ! Thank you

I go to plaza Mexico just for the coffee here, the horchata iced coffee to be exact. It is a life changer I've never tried an horchata coffee that can compete. The workers are really nice as well.

First time here & the moment we entered~ the vibe was positive & decor was cute! Coffee was good & all our dishes were excellent! We had Chillaquellis, huevos rancheros & steak burrito. The portion were big too. This place will be our go to brunch spot!

    Strawberry and cream iced coffee.

Giving it a 2/5 due to service and food management. While being there I noticed multiple health code violations. Cross contamination while cooking on the stove, scooped items from one pan to another. Open to-go food containers on counter top next to cleaning items Cashier was touching the cash register, money and then grabs a muffin (no gloves, tongs, or pastry bag) and walks it over to microwave. I order a strawberries and cream iced coffee and reg coffee. Strawberries & cream 3/5 Reg hot coffee 1/5 (bitter and strong flavored, tastes reused/old)

The perfect breakfast burrito does exist! I asked for a breakfast burrito without all the fillers (rice, beans or potatoes), they nailed it. It had veggies, egg and ham. Light and the perfect size. The hot sauce has a good kick. Their cafe de ola is delicious, even offered iced. They have offerings like choco flan and other pastries. Highly recommend swinging by this spot.

I always thought this was a coffee shop with pastries only, but I was wrong! I tried the breakfast for the first time, and it was delicious! I had the #1, eggs, potatoes, bacon, beans and tortillas. It was fire. Will definitely be going back.

Walked in and was greeted immediately from the crew here. It was a hot day so I got the Horchata Frappe and let me telllll you. PERFECTION. Perfect combination of sweetness and cinnamon. Great pick me up for the middle of the day and the medium size was a bang for your buck. Place gives me authentic coffee shop vibes with vaulted ceilings and Spanish style furniture around the walls. Has a cool little corner seat, but got my drink to go. Overall great experience.

Stopped by because I really like and support this local gem. Sunday morning around 9:30. Line was long. Service was fairly quick and cashier friendly. I ordered a chorizo burrito . I'm not sure if this is grease or butter or moisture, but. It makes for a messy experience. This has happened before. Last time, they drained the filling before putting into the tortilla. I know Cafe Canela reds these reviews... Can you please drain the filling before putting it in tortilla? Otherwise an overall great experience.

Horchata latte, I couldn't stop drinking it to take a photo. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon this by complete accident. I was on the freeway starting a road trip. I searched coffee and found magic. There horchata latte is phenomenal! I got a cheese danish that was divine. There breakfast burritos looks SOOO good! I'll be back!!

And the food wasn't All That. You need some black cooks to put some flavor to it because the food was horrible.

The tacos were incredible, extremely fresh. I had a shrimp taco that was served with a medley of grilled vegetables and it had just enough crunch. It was LOADED with plenty of shrimp. The Korean Asada had a different unique flavor and I would definitely order both tacos again The ambience was great, and everybody working had a smile on their face, and the music was great. Overall, some of the most unique interesting flavors I've had. Thanks Chendo! I'll definitely be back. Wishing this place all good things

Their barbacoa is wonderful, really juicy, and I love that they garnish with pickled red onion. I also tried their Tinga Masala, yes that's chicken tinga cooked in curry! It wowed me, it tasted so good! Their tortillas are hechas a mano, handmade corn tortillas which made it even better. Definitely going back, gonna try their burritos next time! I'm just shocked I overlooked this spot, I live really close and they just opened a coffee stand in the same spot which I also recommend! All the staff are friendly and lively, they were very nice to chat to!

Demanding as Mother's Day, when most places are overwhelmed, they still managed to deliver an experience that felt intentional and heartfelt. Despite the long wait, it was clear that the demand far exceeded expectations, yet the service never lost its warmth. At one point, she even offered me an agua fresca as a gesture of kindness while I waited. I respectfully declined, understanding that a day like Mother's Day comes with heavy volume and pressure, and that delays are simply part of supporting a small business doing its best under strain. What stood out most was the owner's presence. She carried herself like a mother to everyone there serving each customer as if they were family. She stepped away from her own personal time to make sure other families were fed and cared for. That kind of sacrifice and commitment is not just business; it's cultural preservation in motion. TACOZ brings authentic heritage flavors to the city in a way that feels irreplaceable. The tamales, carnitas, and overall food experience were deeply rooted in tradition and full of flavor that reflects generations of culture. People should understand that moments like this are not about convenience they are about supporting something real. On busy days especially, patience is part of respecting the work being done. Instead of criticism, there should be appreciation for what it takes to keep a small, culture-driven business alive and thriving. In the end, TACOZ delivered more than food. It delivered a connection to heritage, family, and community. That kind of experience is something worth valuing and protecting. Keep Going gurl ! I'll be back and so many of your audience ! One person doesn't bring down a team ! Thank You ! *Your food brought tears to my family knowing they will never be able to go back to Michoacán for several reason but was able to revisit them once more !

Both meats were good, but a little under-seasoned for my personal taste. I also tried the Jamaica agua fresca. It was refreshing, but I'd personally give it about a 2 out of 5. On the other hand, the salsa macha was really good and added a lot of flavor to the meal. The place is a bit small for dining in, especially when it gets busy, but the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I'd definitely come back again because I noticed several other menu items I'd like to try next time.
