I had a gift card to use that I forgot about. First time at Cafe de Casa and enjoyed most the baked goods. The iced coffee was not good though because it had a burnt taste to it. The cheese bread was good and I'm sure better freshly baked. The resole with corn and cheese was pretty good. Crispy and cheesey inside. The orange hot sauce is really good and they sell it by the bottle. No seating indoors but seating outdoors Street parking and small lot in back

The cutest Brazilian cafe off the beaten path. They have an array of homemade empanadas. My absolute favorite was the Conxinha (creamy cheese with artichoke)-- it had the best outer crust to it with a light batter and was filled inside with flavor! I also like the I bought it to go and just popped it into the toaster oven. Beware the hot sauce they give you is pretty hot! We had acai bowls to eat there and there's a nice little outdoor area behind the main house to eat at. It's covered and they bring your food right to you! The Original Acai bowl 16oz is a huge portion but packed with tons of fruits and toppings and has a great thicker consistency for the acai. The employees are so friendly and make you feel at home.

Parking is hard, there is only street parking with like 5 spots. We came here for brunch around 10:30 am. They don't start their lunch menu until 11 am. This restaurant is fast casual, so you order first and then you sit down. I ordered the small original acai bowl and the empada de frango. They were both good, but kind of overpriced. The outdoor patio has like 4 covered tables, but smells like bathroom.

It turns out a guy I went to high school lives in South SF and insisted we meet here. It ended up being five of us, but, no matter. He also ordered up a combination for me that's not on the menu; it consists of Brazilian Tri-tip with a plantain. Next came a plate of beans and rice along with a ton of tasty veggies and some kind of potato salad (????). It was all delicious! I tasted The peanut butter Açaí and recommend it highly. They make a yummy Kombucha and some fabulous Salgados (pastries). Don't walk out without trying different coffees. My little buddy, Charlie, has a secret for that, too. One which I figured out was doubling the tip. He samples coffees and other drinks, secret menus and gets the word on the local scene. No wonder they climb all over each other to wait on God ole Charlie! The people here are a delight. Their patio/garden area was a treat and the location worked out great for everyone. 02/25

This is my go-to for an açaí bowl. I was never big on açaí bowls until my roommate recommended this place back in 2020 and sheesh, they load your bowl with a bunch of delicious ingredients you won't find a combination of elsewhere. I order the Sobramesa, which is the açaí bowl with blueberries, bananas, strawberries, granola, Nutella, condensed milk, and milk powder. Anything containing condensed milk is something I HAVE to try. I came here two days in a row because my partner ate a good portion of my bowl yesterday and it was nearly 2pm, their closing time, which left us waiting until they opened the next day to indulge in this deliciousness once again. I have to deduct one star because it takes about 15-20mins until you receive your order, which I understand- presentation is key.. I wish I could deduct a half star. This place is tiny and it does fill up quickly, especially around noon! Be prepared to wait! At the end of it all, it's totally worth it. If you're craving a unique açaí bowl experience, visit Cafe De Casa. I usually order to-go, but they do have a cute little outdoor setting in the back of the building in which you could sit solo or in small groups to enjoy their bowls and pastries!

This is my go to spot when I arrive in San Francisco airport. I usually don't eat before flight so when I land I'm embraced by the fresh ocean breeze... and Cafe de Casa offers refreshing revitalize food smoothies. Today, I ordered a carrot cake with chocolate syrup. The people are super friendly. It's a family owned business so it lives up to the name. Whether you are Brazilian or not the ambience of this place is always welcoming. Park in the back if there is no parking on the Main Street. They recently also added tables so you can dine with a large group of people.

    No strawberries huh...

Bad all around. Arrived about 15 minutes after placing my order, said not ready but working on it. After waiting 20 min, I asked them to cancel my order. Said give me two minutes, your order said pickup was for a future time. Even if that is true, they knew I was there waiting. Of course they got my order incorrect. The receipt confirmed I asked for no strawberries, instead they took out the bananas and kept the strawberries. Paid extra for Nutella, which turned out to be a small drizzle. Acai was sour and now both of us have a stomach ache. Horrible experience, even the staff attitude not great.

Cafe De Casa was an accident find for breakfast nearby our hotel this past weekend. We ended up going twice on this short visit. I got the Acai Berry Bowl $16.75 on both days. I really enjoyed the consistency of their Acai mixture as it's thicker than most places and has a structure to it. So you get a really good mouthful as opposed to other places where it's often runny. I feel like this is how Acai bowls should be. The kids enjoyed their Empada de Frango and Coxinha. I can't say much about it since they ate it all and didn't share any of it. While enjoying our brunch, we saw the neighboring table get their orders and was amazed. Order after order of the steak or chicken lunch would come out and we were just an awe. The steaks were falling off the plate, and there was an additional plate of sides (rice, beans, salad, etc.). The Husband was convinced we needed to return the next day to get an order of the Bife Acebolado (grilled steak plate) and we convinced my sister and hubby to come as well. Unfortunately for us, we arrived at 10 am and it was busy. We were lucky to grab a table, but the devastating part was that lunch isn't served until 11 am. Big fail on our part. So everyone got their ready-made pastries to enjoy. (As we were in line, we saw items disappearing before our eyes, so arrive early if you want a selection.) The Husband and Little Guy enjoyed Abracadinho de Salsicha $5.95 and 2 Esfirra de Carne $5.95/each. The Little Gal had the Carrot Cake with Chocolate $7.70. It had a stronger orange flavor than carrot though. It's a good size cake and probably should be shared as she couldn't finish it. I also enjoyed the Pao de Queijo Grande $4.50 as I just love Brazilian Cheese Bread. (I have a bad habit of filling up on those when visiting Brazilian steakhouses.). They offer a large and small version, and the large one was just yummy. In retrospect, I should have grabbed a few to go, but the line was ridiculously long the whole time we were there and when we left. There is limited garden seating available. Once you place our order inside, you can hopefully grab a table and they will bring your order out. The Husband will definitely be on a mission to experience their lunch at some point. They are closed on Sundays, so that will make it a bit tricky during our weekend visits.

Just came from Brazil and was craving their pastries so I looked at yelp and found this place. Been here twice already, first time to pick up and second time to dine in the back. Food is absolutely amazing, it's better some of the places in Brazil! Unfortunately, we only ordered the pastries again but we saw the lunch plates people ordered and we'll definitely need to come back for them soon!! Love this place!!

my first time trying brazilian pastries and it did not disappoint! the coxinha was super warm and crispy on the outside with soft on the inside. i enjoy the spicy sauce they gave u to eat it with. i tried their green juice and the taste was good just a lot of pulp at the bottom that made the drink thicc.

Café de Casa has the best Brazilian pastries and delicious açaí! The food tastes super fresh, and the staff is always friendly. One of my favorite spots -- highly recommend

Epic Yelp find near less than a mile from SFO. Some of the best coffee ever. Top five coffee I have had. Brazil pasties are unique and hearty. I loved the coconut and mozzarella roll. Sounds a little different but so good. No inside seating. Parking in front or small public lot to side. Outside on a nice day is great. This day was misty overcast and ok. Servers are busy but coffee is made one at a time so not fast. Because it is good and close to a neighborhood and the airport, lots of locals getting their morning caffeine. Obrigado!

This is officially my new airport dining choice when available. I'm not a coffee drinker but they spend an equal amount of love on their matcha and chai!! This warms my heart! The pumpkin spice chai available year round (joy!) and the banana cram matcha (so far seasonal). Both not too sweet. Would like some kind of cream on top - still great as is. Both times I went for the breakfast burrito. Big fan of the veggie breakfast burrito with added bacon :) The chipotle sauce is the liquid gold! I find potatoes and hash browns to be fillers when not extra crispy for texture. Sadly they were filler here but so far they are light handed on the filler so all is right in the burrito. Did well on my request for light cheese as well. Ambiance reminds me of all my favorite cafes and tea shops with the artsy flare, welcoming colors, tons of plants, and some cool jams. Can definitely see them having a local artist showcase or local concert or open mic night. I have one request for the owners, one day please add a cardamom matcha to your menu It's such a great flavor combo! I'll be back again soon!

The cherry on top is the vibe! Good music always playing in the background and the artwork adds so much character. Enjoy!
