    Special occasion donuts
    RoseMary F.

I went to a donut, smoothie, coffee/tea and sandwich shop when I saw a recent post from them. I saw a photo for blue LA (Dodgers) donuts, but they were sold out when I arrived. Not a problem, there was plenty of other items available. They were offering special occasion donuts for Mother's day. If you want the donuts shaped into words from their Letters design, you may pre-order a custom message for any occasion. A deposit is required 48-hours in advance. The menu board featured a message for graduation and Father's day. Plus sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I bought a ham and turkey on croissant with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and mustard. The lady suggested the oil dressing, I'm glad she did, the sandwich was delicious and filling. I also had a strawberry and banana smoothie with whipped cream, a "regular- size" was more like a large, that's the size I recommend. The Cafe was very clean and organized. There are several tables indoors, I didn't notice outdoor seating. The prices and service was very good, I would definitely return to try the shaved ice. Place an order online to minimize your wait. Don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya!

Wanted to stop and grab donuts first office and the selection looked amazing so I grabbed another box for home. Variety of donuts, super fresh and great service. Since my first time here, they even gave me a specialty pistachio donut. Can't wait to try it. Check them out, convenient location too.

Out of this world sandwiches. We ordered a regular ham sandwich and a breakfast ham sandwich. 10/10. The regular ham croissant sandwich has pickles, tomato, onions, jalapeños, lettuce, cheese and ham. Stacked high and lots of flavor. A great kick of spice. Side of banana peppers if you want to increase the heat. The breakfast ham sandwich is super fresh. The egg is fluffy and filling. Great balance. Packaged really well and bread did not get soggy with delivery. We have been coming here for years and the service has not changed. Local small business thriving for decades. Coffee is always great and location is clean and well managed.

Awesome stop for some donuts. I would say the guava cream cheese tasted so fresh! Contrasting flavors melded so well together but the dough was airy and not dense. So many choices! Unique flavor combinations and classics. So good! Breakfast sandwiches also available. Inside tables with cute brick building it's an endearing cafe. So many choices for donuts but this one is really a great choice. Welcoming and friendly service. tap to pay available.

Adorable spot for some donuts, sandwiches, and coffee. They also take card which was a plus. There were a great variety of flavors including specialty flavors and a couple of tables and chairs on the interior to enjoy your sweet treats. Highly recommend.

Café Donuts was a cool place to go! I ordered the maple bar, a cinnamon Hazelnut coffee, a peanut butter banana smoothie, and a Jalapeño , ham, and cheese croissant. All were so tasty! The service here was outstanding! Very nice people. Place was clean inside and out! I love the inside, looks really cool! I will be back again! I like that they open at 5:30 AM!!!

Cafe Donuts offers great service and a cozy atmosphere. I loved the interior--the walls gave off a medieval vibe, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The coffee was good, the smoothie tasted fresh, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was delicious. They have such a large variety of items that I'll definitely be going back to try more. It's a nice little hidden gem of a café!

First time I try this donut shop, haven't bought donuts in awhile, but seemed a little too pricy. I figured price didn't matter if they taste good. I purchased 5 donuts, 3 fills, 1 croissant fill, and a ham & cheese croissant. $18. Got home brewed some ice coffee to have with my ham & cheese. Very disappointed with it, very little piece of ham and cheese. Guess I will not be buying there again. Also didn't like the fact that the lady helping me, mentioned to me when I was looking at a donut, that it was $3.75, like I looked like I couldn't afford it. Bad customer service on my part.

First time here and the everything bagel sandwich was delicious! i love how they put two sausages and the eggs were fresh. the portion size is pretty big too so half of the sandwich already had me full. this costed about $10, but support them anyways! the interior was clean and the staff was friendly. would come back to try different sandwiches, smoothies, and their donuts!

Unfortunately, I left disappointed. One positive is the overall aesthetic. I like the layout and the lighting design, and the globe fixtures give the shop a nice modern look. Unfortunately, when you look closer, the fixtures have visible dust and grime buildup. Some of them are high up, so I understand they aren't easy to clean, but this is where an occasional ladder or professional deep cleaning comes in. The shop has good design bones; it just needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The music itself is trendy and current, but it is much too loud for a work-friendly coffee shop, especially because the space is very echoey. I'm including a screenshot of the sound level along with a short video so people can get a sense of it for themselves. I found it basically impossible to concentrate without earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. Seating is also limited and isn't very comfortable. It's mostly hard wooden benches and plastic or metal folding-style chairs. Nothing egregious, but not especially comfortable if you're planning to sit and work for a while. What really started the experience off badly for me was my drink. I ordered an iced matcha for $6.75 and asked if they could do less ice. I was told that if I wanted less ice, the drink would be less full. I said never mind and asked for it to just be filled normally. When I received it, though, my matcha still had noticeably less liquid than my husband's drink. Since they only offer one size for each iced drink, the difference was pretty obvious. We also tipped $1. The matcha itself was just your standard iced matcha -- nothing special -- and definitely didn't feel worth $6.75 to me. My husband's $8 Butterscotch Cream Latte actually tasted good, but after he finished it, we were surprised by how much of the cup was taken up by ice. The photo speaks for itself. Given that I had already been told that requesting less ice would result in a less-full drink, this really diminished the value for me. The bathroom was another big negative. I tend to judge the cleanliness of a business by its restroom, and this one did not give me confidence. The bathroom door and several surrounding surfaces looked like they had not been thoroughly wiped down in quite a while, with visible grime and buildup, and there were also holes in the wall. Even the glass entrance doors had visible smudges and residue. I'm including photos because these things were noticeable and contributed to an overall poorly maintained impression. There were no paper towels available. Instead, an old-looking handwritten sign was taped over the dispenser saying, "Please use the air dryer. Thank you!" I personally avoid hand dryers because of hygiene concerns, so after washing my hands I ended up using toilet paper and a toilet-seat cover so I could open the bathroom door without touching the handle directly. At that point, they might as well remove the paper towel dispenser entirely. Leaving an unused dispenser covered by an aged paper sign just looks lazy and poorly maintained to me, especially in a customer-facing bathroom. Aesthetically, I also wasn't a fan of all the taped-up paper signs. The front entrance has a large paper sign taped directly to the glass saying "PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR GENTLY. THANK YOU!!!" along with several other smaller notices, and the bathroom has the aged handwritten sign taped over the unused paper towel dispenser. These are small details individually, but together with the visible grime, holes, and neglected surfaces, they made the shop feel more makeshift and poorly maintained than the otherwise nice design deserves. It clearly seems to be a popular spot, and my husband had far fewer complaints and enjoyed his latte. I also think the overall layout and lighting aesthetic have potential. For me, though, the underfilled matcha, ice-heavy drinks, standard-at-best matcha, loud music, limited seating, uncomfortable chairs, and overall cleanliness and maintenance made this a disappointing first visit.

Had I known how amazing this drink was, I would've ordered the larger size. I drove away instantly regretting the small cup with my first sip. I literally wanted to turn the car around but everyone was crabby and wanted to go home. Since then, I have ordered a Cortado from other places. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to come close to the Cortado from Tierra Mia Coffee. *dulce de leche latte - 4/5. This was too sweet for me but it was good. My husband ordered it which is out of the ordinary for him since he always sticks to a mocha. I will definitely be going back to Tierra Mia whenever I am around. I will for sure order the larger Cortado next time and I can't wait to taste that deliciousness again.

Severely overrated, omg. Wife and I came in for a sandwich…read moreand boy was this place underwhelming. First red flag we noticed is that they use Lavazza machines for their coffee drinks. Lavazza might as well be the sugary gimmicks Starbucks can pull off on their best days. You're paying for the name, not the quality of your drinks. Next red flag was the counters behind the 'baristas.' They were stocked with buckets of sugary ingredients like some store bought cookie butter stacked on top of some other store bought 'dubai' butter. That seemed a bit unsanitary and, frankly, kinda sloppy. Last red flag were the sad, sauce-soaked paninis we got. In fact, they were probably the worst paninis we've ever had. Our chicken chipotle avocado panini was drenched in what clearly tasted like store-bought chipotle sauce and the chicken just tasted like reheated chopped breasts (I mean I wouldn't blame them, they're a cafe, not a kitchen.) The mango habanero panini was even worse in that it was more drenched in what also tasted like store-bought habanero sauce, making the panini a dripping mess. But the choice of using what tasted like candied dried mango slices in the sandwich was awful. The flavors just did not marry and it's likely because this is what happens when you have a great idea, but use crap and cheap ingredients to craft something. Maybe they are better known for some other dishes, but the fact that they use store-bought sauces on their sandwiches is pretty tacky. Overall, this place is all hype and no heart. Just a steady flow of clout-chasing customers akin to those that frequent Starbucks as part of a lifestyle. Don't fall for the hype. It's okay to not like something that the masses do.
