I can only attest to the goodness of their iced blueberry matcha latte because the other iced drinks are very mid. I stick to what I know works. Give it a go.

We saw the Sick One enjoying some desserts and coffee at Cafe Dulce.

I saw the line so I decided to try this cute bakery/coffee shop. I asked the gentleman behind me what he suggested and he recommended the roti and the donut holes. I went with the blueberry roti and the matcha blueberry drink with oat milk. They were both delicious and now I understand why there was a line. I would come by anytime I'm at the Japanese Village.

Came here for coffee as I wait for my dinner reservations and friends to arrive. I ran into a friend and she picked out a few treats to try and take with me. The mochi twist was delicious and I knew it would be because I like mochi donuts. What I didn't expect to be delicious and likely my favorite treat here was the dinosaur churro. If she didn't insist I think I would choose that last or gave it away. BUT I did try it and fell in love with it. I did share other items selected by my friend who was with me and did not get to taste them. The baristas were fun and friendly as they prepared our coffee. I was in deep thought waiting and one asked if I was okay and I said I was very good after coming back to the present. I'll be back for more dinosaur churros, coffee and other yummy treats.

Superb customer service from the barista and staff. I got lucky and was the only one in line; usually this spot gets so busy and has a line out the door. I ordered one of their drinks; it was really good but strong! I needed it for the ride back to San Diego. I did try a few of their sweets; they were good. Cafe is spotless, clean and tidy. Great space for enjoying your drinks, people watch and chill vibe.

Located in the Japanese Village Plaza. Delicious pastries and drinks. Clean space with limited seats inside but some seats and tables outside. Friendly staff

Such a cute cafe in the Little Tokyo area! I just popped in quickly to grab a Vietnamese Coffee, line was long and out the door but I was able to order and receive my drink in about 10-15 minutes. All the people working inside were very nice and very quick. The donuts and pastries looked so good! I will have to come back and try the creme brulee donuts when they are in stock. The cafe food looked really good too! I was not able to find out if they validate parking though, I was in such a rush. Vietnamese Coffee is good, very strong and bitter tasting if you like that! Will definitely come back to try other drinks as well.

Yes, yes and yes. Delicious pastries and fillings. The hazelnut peanut butter pastry has a light and fluffy filling that perfectly compliments the pastry.

There's paid lots to get here and you'll have to walk into the plaza. Inside is quite small so the line can extend out the door and the waiting area is narrow with limited seating. It's definitely best to take things to-go. The staff are nice and helpful. The drinks arrive at a decent time and the line moves quickly enough. I got the blueberry roti and it was really good! It had the right amount of sweetness. The cookie crust doesn't easily collapse. Also, there's a good ratio of compote to bun so it's not a gooey mess. You really get the taste of blueberries. Same, with the blueberry matcha latte. You get the taste of blueberries. Not so much the matcha. But it's still good and perfect default sweetness level. Definitely worth a visit!

While my husband and I were exploring Little Tokyo in LA on a Sunday morning around 9:00 A.M, one of the few places that was open was Café Dulce, right next to the Little Tokyo parking garage. The café offers a wide range of baguettes, croissants, meringues, brick toast, and other pastries that are made fresh on site! It was really busy when we visited early Sunday morning. Café Dulce also serves a rotating selection of specialty coffees. There is Vietnamese style iced coffee, Hong Kong style milk tea, Masala chai latte, and other drinks. There is also plenty of seating inside and outside as well. My husband and I ended up eating outside at the patio with one of the tables that was available. It was great to be able to eat and have a coffee while looking at all of the different stores. Current hours for the Café are the following Monday - Thursday: 8:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M Friday - Saturday: 8:00 A.M - 9:00 P.M Sunday: 8:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M We ended up getting the following Coffee Brick Toast (Original): This was good. It was slightly sweet, and soft bread on the inside. One of their baked goods that looked like a dinosaur egg. It had sugar on the outside, fried, and the dough was soft on the inside. It also had walnuts inside the bread. It reminded me slightly of a malasada. It was delicious and my favorite item at Café Dulce! I enjoyed my time at Café Dulce. Some of their offerings are quite unique. I'm from Las Vegas and was visiting LA. I haven't seen anything like some of the baked goods offered at Café Dulce before! I highly recommend if you're in the area to stop by!

First time here, parking can be tricky, expect to walk, and expect a line depending on the time of day you go. Located in the corner of a shopping center so a little tucked away, can't be seen from the street. Short line that moved quickly, breakfast food is available, as well as their fancy donuts and dessert breakfasts, we got a matcha latte and a Vietnamese coffee, both full of flavor, great size for the price as well. Lots of seating inside and out while you wait. Drinks came out quickly. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend annnd will definitely be returning.

This was awesome! The service was phenomenal and quick. The barista took his time to make sure my drink was beautifully made but did it so effortlessly and so entertaining. I loved how he made my drink and handed it off gently. 10/10! The dessert display was SO hard to choose from. The red velvet cake jar seemed like a great choice and it was. It was so smooth and soft. I also got a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. So incredibly moist. The fact I got all 3 for less than $15 is pretty great! The shop is so cute and just the perfect place to dine in alone or with a friend. Definitely a must try. Mental note for next time: Bestie, Please try the brownie!

Based on my memories, this LA location keeps it consistent with a similar taste and texture as the NY location. 3.5/5 Chocolate Chip Walnut: This cookie was tall and slightly undercooked in the middle. The middle was a bit on the squishy side, and crunchy on the outside. Due to the undercooked quality, it's not a cookie I'd get regularly, though I am a big chocolate chip cookie fan. 5/5 Rocky Road: This was delicious. I'm not usually a marshmallow fan, but the addition of this ingredient formed a nice chewy consistency that I expect from a cookie. Chocolatey tidbits were well melted into the cookie texture and produced some fudgey notes. The cookie sizes are large and potentially shareable, and feel like an every once in awhile treat.

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off.
