I'm a fan of their cold noodles, where they add a few drops of wasabi oil, followed by a healthy squirt of vinegar into their chilled beef broth. The slight spice, vinegar, broth, sesame seeds, and sliced Korean pear make for a wonderfully refreshing bite. The cold noodles are stretchy with a slight chew--just make sure they cut them (or you cut them yourself). Their grilled mackerel comes with a nice, smokey exterior. Butterfly after they bring it out, and then remove the internal skeleton, and you'll have nice meaty chunks. Their porridge portions are very larger. Seemingly sharable, and tasty. They don't have pine nut porridge though. The galbi tang has a great, garlicky bone broth. Within, you'll fish out large chunks of galbi that have been stewed for hours. Served with white rice. The banchan collection is reasonably varied and fairly executed. If you want something hot as a beverage, you can request their barley tea, though sometimes they'll just provide you with it in place of water. They also offer BBQ, but their bbq galbi tends to be fatty. Anyways, definitely give many items on their menu a try, and they will happily provide you with recommendations; they know what's good to eat.
