I love this place! I popped in for a quick lavender honey matcha and it was easily one of the best matchas I ever had. The staff are so sweet, inviting, and kind, and the menu is pretty extensive which is awesome. I will definitely be back soon!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This a a cute spot to drop by to do work, school work or chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have an area for kids to play and a bathroom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The furniture does need to be updated / repaired.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's definitely not somewhere you go for the look.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food and coffee was tasty and staff really kind and at.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Pretty gross the last time we went in and also their drinks just aren't good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also forgot a coffee and then it took them a while to confirm instead of just making it. Won't go back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute & cozy coffee shop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stopped in for a quick bite with the kiddos while i handled some business. Service was amazing, the food hit the spot , & the coffee was just what i needed! Would def recommend stopping by if you're in the area

I used to like this spot but the last few times I've been here it hasn't been great. Today I ordered avocado toast and here's what I got ... 6 half slices of untoasted basic wheat bread and random avocado mush around the sides. As much as I want this place to succeed because of its great location, I likely won't be coming back!

This was my second visit here meeting up with my dad on a quick trip to Atlanta. And I have got to say, I love this breakfast place! It's in a really neat little shopping area with plenty of parking and lovely green spaces. There is outside seating and ample inside too. It's dog friendly meaning you can actually bring your dog inside which is rare. There were so many people with their dogs. They have plenty of drink options. I got the chai tea is it was great! Yelp game me a 15% off cou one for checking in so make sure you do that and use it! I got the French toast the first time and sweet potato Pancakes the second. Both were yummy. The sweet potato pancakes would be perfect for Someone that doesn't want really sweet breakfast. Next time I'm trying the pastries. There is a large kids section and what I think might be art from local artists. Love this place!

I was being serviced at the nail salon across the street and stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. The cafe offers both inside and outside seating though; I favored outside as inside seemed hazing and smokey. I liked how they had an area for children to entertain themselves as the cafe is extremely family friendly. The cashier that took my order lacked "that" personal touch. It could just have been personality or the fact it was in the end of the Saturday morning rush. With it being a coffeeshop and all the noises that comes with it, I wish the young lady preparing the drinks used her outside voice to announce when someone's drink was ready. The food and drink were delicious. "The Reg" consisted of bacon, egg, and, cheese in a buttery croissant. It was actually quite a filling sandwich.

I was in the area and needed a "pick me up." I heard Cafe Lucia had good sandwiches and lattes, so I decided to stop by and see what they were about. The cafe is very spacious. There were patrons doing work while enjoying their drinks/food. I walked right up to the counter to browse the menu. The employee was very helpful and gave me a couple recommendations. I went with the Turkey Pesto Sandwich on a croissant and the Caramel King Latte. The sandwich was delicious! The latte was just ok. I would go back to try more food items and their specialty drinks. The cafe also serves mimosas, beers, and wine.

After being seated just before 3pm, it took almost an hour to even get beignets. I had to ask for water for our table because our waitress was all over the place and forgot. Our silverware had only knives (2 in one) no forks. Our orders were the simplest thing (avocado toast, eggs, bacon, coffee) and we didn't get the beignets until almost 3:45pm. It wasn't even busy the way I've seen it be on other weekends so the delay for a such a small party seemed odd. Multiple tables around us had theirs before our waitress even remembered to bring fried bread? Wild. I asked if the egg that was part of my meal was boiled, they said it was poached and surprise -- it was boiled. So they didn't know the menu. My food was obviously put together quickly (after complaining about the wait to the manager) and was so bland, I don't see the point in coming back. I know they have better dishes, but the simple ones shouldn't be that complicated. The whole situation made no sense from the beginning to end. It's ironic that the manager said we would be in great hands as we got seated, because my experience was anything but great. Two stars because they were at least polite about it, but that was ridiculous.

I was greeted right away and had the option of a table or patio seating, although it was a nice morning I chose to stay inside to dine. My table was right by the bar. Other guests were sitting at the bar having a lively conversation, but not too loud where it disturbed others. All staff was helpful and friendly Saniya took great care of me. Started with Caramel Coffee-J added 2 hazelnut and 1 vanilla cream.. no need for sugar.. this coffee was divine. Scanned over the menu.. I decided on the Sunrise Spinach Scrambler--scrambled eggs, spinach, bacon, onions, topped with Monterey Jack cheese..I added mushrooms. Nice blend of everything scrambled just right. Omelette and Scramblers served with choice of grits or potatos and a English muffin. I got the grits.. they were nice and creamy. Of course I added a little butter and Sugar (don't judge me..go judge a pageant, lol) Nice spot for Brunch they offer spiked coffee drinks and other . mixed cocktails. Plenty of seating inside. Got to the table and the cushion we sit on was so torn up on the top. This should have been our first warning. Next they brought a high chair. I cleaned it with a wet wipe, which started as a white wet wipe and ended up being gray and nasty and I only wiped the upper half of the highchair. I had the Shrimp Benny which was served on grilled focaccia bread, but it came really soggy and had a large piece of an eggshell in my poached egg. The shrimp was nicely cooked. Spouse had a gravy biscuit dish and it barely had any gravy and ordered an upgraded grits bowl that came with burnt bacon and served lukewarm and fried chicken tenders that was so hard that they couldn't be eaten. The men's bathroom was disgusting. The sink was full of water and wouldn't drain. We will not be back and we will not recommend it to friends nor any enemy

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

The hostess was welcoming, and we enjoyed waiting by the lake before being seated. When our table turned out to be directly under a cold air vent, the staff happily moved us to a more comfortable spot. The onion soup wasn't what we expected based on the menu description, and my salmon arrived much rarer than anticipated. After sending it back, it was cooked perfectly, though the flavor was just okay. My husband loved his entrée, and the complimentary birthday dessert was a thoughtful touch. Despite a couple of hiccups, the beautiful atmosphere and attentive service made for an enjoyable evening. I'd definitely return and try something different next time.

The combination of wood-grilled beef, roasted poblano, melted cheddar, red onion, and cilantro aioli is top-tier. It's honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, with the smoky poblano giving it the perfect kick. The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.
