    Food

i've been to this restaurant at least about five times mainly for breakfast. I ordered chicken twice the first time it was good the second time horrible no batter fries greasy soggy. I tried to call down to be reimbursed or to express the issue that I had with the Food they never answered. I've literally called 3 or four days back to back. They wouldn't answer the phone. This happened on January 18 here I am today which is July 1 ordering food and to come talk to Mr. Andrew Chang about. about the bad service which is the owner of the place. He downplay everything that I said would not reimburse me my money because he couldn't pull it up in his computer but mind you everyone that works there knows me and they know that I pay for it, but instead of reimbursing me, he asked me to leave his place because he couldn't figure out what card that I use which I gave to him showed him my card. He wanted me to prove to him that I paid when he knows I paid there is a Spanish guy that works there that knows that I paid and there's also an asian lady that works there as well. They all know that I've paid this is not my first time coming down there, but instead, I guess it made him feel good in front of customers by asking me to leave instead of reimbursing me my money the food is horrible his attitude Andrew's attitude, which is the owner is terrible. I would never recommend anyone going down there in anything everything is really really greasy the cook never changes his gloves. He use the same gloves for everything. I'm in the Food service as well and we know to switch out gloves. If you really took the test the food handlers test if anyone decides to go there check out the cook pay attention. He never switches his gloves out. He touches his hair. He runs his hands through his hair. You know brushes, his gloves on his pants, never switches out and that's a hazard itself. I would never wishes on my worst nightmare.

What a great place for breakfast. Ordered the French toast and the classic platter. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was super clean. The cherry on top, the prices were WAY better than what the hotel wanted to charge. Glad I found this place. Thank you.

I am a big yelper so with 5 stars, I def had to go and check this place out. First off, I do want to say, I came here for breakfast, but it seems as if they have an intensive lunch menu, unfortunately I won't be able to try as I am here for a training and lunch is provided. With that being said. I had the 2 eggs (cooked well), bacon (crispy per my request) and the hash brown, to my surprise the hash brown was not frozen, it's the type of hash brown that you would purchase at a grocery store and warm up via oven/air fryer. Their espresso machine was out of order, so a bit bummed. However, their drip coffee wasn't too bad. Was a one person show so lucky it wasn't too busy, so we got our food pretty quickly. Other than that, just your average cafe food.

The place was very spacious and incredible servers who were very friendly. I would definitely recommend for a morning break. The food did take a little bit longer which means it's fresh unlike some breakfast places. I really enjoyed the k toast but would've liked a bit more flavor in the eggs. Overall I would come back to try other items on their menu.

    Breakfast plate in a box

It's the courthouse cafeteria and, for that, not bad. Since the customers are relatively captive and usually pressed for time, they must strive first for efficiency. You come, you order, you get a box for what you ordered, and out you go. You'll come back if the box contained what you ordered and was eatable. They exceeded that expectation and therefore also attracted some external foot traffic. I would say the breakfast plate was exactly what I expected, taste-wise, and also the Americano. I was hoping for better serving ware and utensils. Like a real plate and metal knife/fork. But they couldn't be bothered to separated dine-in and to-go customers. To be fair, I was the only one sitting down to eat.

Got delivery via DoorDash. Ingredients were fresh and good quality, but the "Maddie Melt" did not come grilled, so def wasn't a "melt" (and yes, I did specify hot in my order). The Courthouse Club was exactly as described.

Andrew is the best! He's so open and welcoming. His energy explodes in a good way to attract people. I would love to live in Seattle just to come here and feel the positive energy. We tried the Korean street toast, recommended here on Yelp! I ordered three one with sausage, one with bacon and one with ham. My husband and I shared. (Obviously took home leftovers it's so filling) My girls had hash browns and fries( not my choice for their last breakfast here) but hey I wanted a pain free meal . So good and must try. Our first visit last week we had the court house sandwich. All choices were amazing. And don't forget to order your hot cocoa! Mahalo cafe Madeline for your excellent service

This is seriously the best Korean fried chicken in Seattle! The sauces are incredible, the wings are hot and crispy and tender, and all around it is an amazing meal. I could eat this all day

Yummy, casual lunch spot with friendly, fast service and plenty of indoor seating. You have to try the Korean spicy fried chicken sandwich - it's super juicy with textures of a crunchy coating and cole slaw, with just the right amount of spice, sauce, and buttery bun ratio.

Wow! What a great greeting this fine Monday morning. They greet everyone like they know them. I sat in the lobby and was able to observe it. The breakfast burrito was yummy. The coffee was PERFECT! They have a coffee expert in house. He put a lot of love into it. I do love my crew at Starbucks, however this could be my favorite. Check it out!

Cafe Madeline serves up a solid Korean street toast and coffee. I was searching for a breakfast/coffee place on my most recent trip to Seattle and this restaurant was just a few blocks from my hotel. The Korean street toast was well-made with a Korean omelet, Krispy bacon, and ketchup sandwiched between well- buttered bread ($10). They also had a solid mocha. I couldn't connect to their wifi so might not be an amazing place to sit and study, but that may have been more due to my technical ineptitude than the lack of wifi.

The food here is amazing! They have everything from coffee, drinks, bakery, sandwiches, and lunch in one stop. I got spicy pork over purple rice with all the toppings. The staffs are super friendly and welcoming. This is the gem spot to eat delicious lunch and get some coffee on a busy day!

I really liked this place! It has a lot of variety. I picked up a basic sandwich and was happy with it. I'd come back.

Korean Street Toast sandwich is SO good. So good I almost forgot to take a picture before taking several bites.

They served the coffees with a little shortbread cookie, and these little details really elevated the whole experience. Also, the cappuccino was so foamy, and it hit the spot immediately. The breakfast menu was also fantastic. The TPC Breakfast plate included sausage, potatoes, bacon, bread, and some scrambled eggs. There also was an option to add Beecher's cheese on the eggs, and I'd say it was totally worth it. Most importantly, the Dutch baby was as good as they'd advertised. It comes out on a piping hot skillet which kept the dessert warm till the end of the meal. The service was very quick even though they were entirely booked out for the time we were there for. I appreciated the patience from the servers and their helpful directions in picking the menu items. I will warn you that we had to reserve our spot months in advance. This is probably because the restaurant is great but pretty limited in seating space. However, it was definitely worth the wait, so don't be discouraged. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL.
