I love almost everything about Biscuit Bitch. We were there on a busy Saturday morning in July. The wait for our food took over an hour. It's nice that they will text you when it's done, so you don't need to hang around. There's plenty to see and do in the area. I don't recommend coming here if you're starving though, as I imagine there's almost always a wait. The service here is hilarious in a good way. They yell a lot and swear, but it's all really funny. Also, be aware that there is practically nowhere to sit except on the the sidewalk or at one of their three tables. You will want to take your food elsewhere. During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. I decided to get the Bitchwich with sausage, egg and cheese. The biscuit was massive, hot and flaky. It had the perfect texture to it and the sausage was seasoned wonderfully as well. The egg was very good and I also ordered a side of garlic grits. They were very flavorful but I wish they were a little softer. The price tag of $8 is a steal for this sandwich in my opinion! I also got a side of their jam and it was heavenly but very sweet so if sweetness isn't for you, I would skip this. The place has a great aesthetic but fair warning, they aren't afraid to throw colorful language around but what can you expect when you are eating and ordering from a place with this name. I have been here several times during my vacation and been to the one on 1st st near Pike Place Market. You can order ahead of time or go and order from the kiosk there when they open. They have breakfast sandwiches, grits, and biscuit and gravy. They do offer gluten free biscuits and also mushroom gravy in place of sausage gravy. I've tried their sandwiches and one of their biscuit and gravy plates and they were all excellent. I did try the garlic buttery grits and they were okay. I'm not a fan of grits so don't trust what I say if you do like them and want to try. I did asked for pickled jalapeños and a side of Callahan's habanero hot sauce (super spicy!) to go with each meal. It's more of a take out area but they do have some seating outdoors if you want to brave the cold windy weather or go find someplace warmer. There were quite a few people in line that day when we arrived, so there was a small wait, but between chatting amongst ourselves and with other 1st time visitors, the time went by quickly There isn't much seating in the area, so many people took their food to go. We happened to luck up and get seating in a small archway next to the restaurant as the crowd thinned out. I had the egg, cheddar, and grilled Louisiana hot link Bitchwich with a side of cheddar garlic grits. My sister had the bacon, egg and cheddar Bitchwich with the same side.
