Excellent food. Went for late lunch around 2pm. Quiet & clean. Friendly staff. Carbonara sauce was very flavorful. Will be back again.

I did not go to the restaurant yet but my meal today was door-dashed so you know how that can go. I was captivated by the fattoush salad from the reviews of others so I decided to give this place a try. I loved my food and ate every bite of it. The salad was great and not overpowered by the herbs. The pita chips were crunchy and thin so it complimented the texture of the salad. I had the chicken au poivre which was amazing!!! The flavor takes to you to a paradise and every bite was creamy and fresh!! Don't judge me but that was also my first time eating a green peppercorn. I kept saying, " what is this tiny ball of spring time I keep biting into haha". My fiancé enjoy his beef shawarma but he did insist that next time he would rather have the chicken au poivre. I will make my next trip to the actual restaurant for my second review.

The food to price ratio is ridiculous..... what happened to this place ? I mean I understand inflation and all but this is nuts......

Great atmosphere, service was a little bit slow but they were busy! Their hummus is always on point!

I went with a friend to Cafe Maurice on a weekend. It wasn't crowded since most orders were takeouts. Our waitress was attentive and our food wait was fast! As for the food, I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma, the flavor profile was on point with its creamy and tangy sauce and tasty grilling flavor (from chicken)! I ordered steamed vegetables for nutritional purposes, there is not much to review on this side dish since it is not a seasoned dish, but I liked that it was not overcook. The spinach pie appetizer was something new me and my friend wanted to try. I was expecting traditional pie crust, but this dish is made with a more bread-like crust. The spinach inside is very tangy, unsure what acidic element was infused with. I didn't think it paired well with the yogurt since it amplified the sourness of the dish, but perhaps that is just my tastebuds. Overall, it wasn't bad, just not a future preference of mine. The complimentary tiramisu was delicious! The layers were perfectly cooled and NOT frozen (which I've experienced in other places), so I give them props for thawing this dessert properly.

Yellow curry, rice, and grilled shrimp. Also Falafel with hummus.

Disappointing to see all three 'vegetable' soups made with meat stock. You've lost your vegetarian customers.

She had the tomato and ate the whole dang bowl! She was very pleased and loved that it came with crispy, crunchy bread. I got the French onion and I always struggle with the annoyance of a cheese pull in a restaurant with white table cloths lol but once you get past the cheese it has a deep beef broth and the soggy bread and perfectly caramelized onions are totally worth it. Now to where I took a star off... she got the grand mere chicken and thought it was just okay, but that the potatoes were inedibly salty for her... they were VERY salty but I enjoyed them with my dish, the branzino, as it was so oddly seasoned. The fish were all cooked perfectly but the shrimp/scallops had no seasoning. The risotto and sauce also lacked seasoning but the branzino was salty... it only all worked if you had the branzino in every bite (or some of those salty potato's ). Also thy sauced the crispy skin making it not crispy at all, what a missed opportunity! The rose was soooo good.. I don't remember the name but the bottle was $50 - doesn't come by the glass. Totally worth $50. It's sharp but sweet at the same time. Originally I wanted to try the pear martini but they were out of the pear part of it... worked out! We weren't blown away by anything other than the wine, which I'm sure it at other restaurants. Great service, funny and attentive. Loved how empty it was, helps the ambiance as the tables are pretty close together. I really want to love this place! Maybe next time, if there is one.

He had the fried chicken filet on top. It was recommended by the waitress. It was absolutely seasoned to perfection! My father in law had a salad and it was served on a plate but long slices of cucumber was used as a wall for a bowl. It was the first time I have seen it but it's a really pretty presentation and way better than any salad I've seen that was creative. My father in law Loved it. I had a huge bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. It was great! No complaints! There was enough for two on every plate. They also bring out some sliced bread freshly baked and they served us a 2nd basket, Thank Goodness because the two men with me inhaled it! They made a plate of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some Parmesan. However, I am a traditionalist.I prefer it without balsamic. I love every balsamic I've had but this dish. Your balsamic is good but I would prefer tasting only the olive oil with seasonings and Parmesan. Now that's a preference and not a complaint. I'm sure if I had asked for a plate of just olive oil the waitress would have provided it for me. The waitress we had was training another girl. The new girl doesn't know how lucky she is to train with our waitress. Mature, thoughtful and very much on top of everything. None of us ran out of our drinks. I am not a Karen but she absolutely took care of us like we were in an 4 star restaurant. Now, for my only critic. The restaurant was freezing. The only thing was that it turned my dish cold. Believe me when I say the dishes were amazingly hot! It also stayed hot for a lot longer than any restaurant food I have had! But the air was blowing straight into my plate quicker than the other two. I know you can't turn it up but maybe redirection away from the tables? I forgot to mention my father in law had a dish with shrimp and I think ravioli. He loved it as well! Superb food! It is in a strip mall like structure. They have done a wonderful job inside for what they have to work with. They have a row of single tables along a long divider in across from those in front of all the windows are four tops. I didn't go further in to see around the wall. They did have some big family curved banquettes on another wall.

The manager did provide me with a 1/2 off appetizer coupon, however, I don't think I'll be back. First, the building is in a cute, interesting area. The inside is kinda blah but it didn't bother me. Now... the menu... it's like a condense Cheesecake Factory menu. From arancini to enchiladas to butter chicken... I think the lack of focus affected the quality of the food. The arancini were so salty they were inedible which was such a bummer because they are pure, classic arancini - it could've been great. I tasted the butter chicken and the spices were not cooked out, at all, however my guest was happy with it. She doesn't eat Indian food, ever, fyi I got the sea bass. The tomato sauce around the dish was SO salty and tasted like campbells soup. The fish and risotto were okay but tainted by the Red Sea surrounding them. Unfortunately there just wasn't any reason to go back. I'll keep checking back at their menu but from the reviews it seems it's mostly stayed the same for like over a decade.

First, I know a lot of people don't like feta much but this tasted nothing like feta. It was like that super duper cheese taste on cheap pizza... spectacular. The mushrooms weren't really picked but still good, loved the pesto.. I didn't use the flat bread but it was great on the bread I mentioned above! I wasn't expecting this to be so good, it's crave-able. Heard the steak was good, they also got the loaded baked potato.. no complaints.
