I got a plain with half sausage and jalapeno as well as the grandma. If you think these are burnt, well, you may just be used to convection oven pizza. This char from the wood fire oven was perfect, just how I love a well-done pizza. The crust is thin, the ingredients are quality, and a beer to wash it all down was just the perfect compliment.
