Lovely place for lunch. I got it to go. Ordered the chicken Caesar salad and iced caramel coffee. Both were wonderful. Coffee was made perfectly, not too sweet. Didn't get the veggie sticks as advertised, they asked for tip up front before I got to try the sandwiches we ordered and sandwiches were not that good or had anything special about them. Only 2 sandwiches and fries came to over $25. Not even many fries provided. Many places in the area have better and fuller sandwiches for a lower price. I feel robbed. read more

Very small (seats about 10) deli-type cafe. Good selection of burgers, hot & cold sandwiches, finger foods, etc. Two friendly ladies take your order from a small counter that separates the dining area from the kitchen. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which turned out to be a tasty adaptation of the classic. Rolls were toasted and served inside out, stuffed with sliced pork tenderloin, ham, salami, Swiss cheese and pickles. The spread was some sort of Dijon mayonnaise. Very fresh and satisfying. Excellent little spot to grab a quick bite! The food here is very good. I usually stop in for some breakfast sandwiches/wraps and occasionally stop buy to grab lunch when we are heading out of town. The staff is very friendly and the will remember you! If I forget to ask for hot sauce or don't ask for it; they put it in the bag all the time as every time I ordered early on I would always ask for a side of hot sauce! I have yet to try their dinner specials but based on all of the other food I am sure they are quite tasty too. Thank you Cafe' on Broadway for cheffin up some awesome grub!!!!! read more

Great shop! Everything is homemade and reasonable. Not a lot of room to dine in but there are a few tables. Baked goods are always from scratch and delicious. I recommend the garden pita...absolutely delicious! The Slate Belt is chocked full of Italian and Chinese places...Cafe on Broadway is a great alternative! read more

This is a really fantastic small town neighborhood deli (and I should know, I travel all around the region!). The food was top notch (I had the Ceasar Wrap, the salads looked amazing too) and the people were great and very friendly. The veggie straws are a nice touch, I love those but also revert to the typical selection of chips at deli's. The coffee cake was mind blowingly good as well! Go see them and support your local cafe's and deli's!! read more

Great find on our RV trip! Tasty chicken Caesar salad wrap and hubby had the bacon cheeseburger with a chocolate shake. It all was yummy. Locals were there so that's always s good sign. Nice and friendly staff. Fun seeing the Appalachian trail hikers cruising around. Glad we stopped! Would've given 5 star if they served a cold beer! That's the only thing missing. read more

I tried their special of the week today: Caprese Grilled Cheese. The basil was so fresh I was mentally transported to my grandmother's garden. I usually get the Gourmet House Burger which includes a juicy beef patty, a couple handfuls of fresh spinach and balsamic vinegar on fresh bread. Their salads are the best i have ever had (House salad w/ House dressing). This past weekend, we had breakfast here and their sausage is unlike any I've had...it tasted homemade and has a bacon-like flavor; the pancakes are as big as your head, and the Greek Omelette was delightful. read more

This is my favorite place to go. I come to The Cafe with my girlfriend very often. All the food is local and fresh and the women are the sweetest in town. Cute little hidden gem in wind gap. Food is homemade and delicious- so refreshing to find a place that serves yummy made from scratch foods.

It's a little on the small side so don't bring groups expecting to be seated as their expertise is takeout, but the food is absolutely to die for. I've had the gourmet house burger several times and it is one of the best burgers I've ever had, all of their food has so much flavor and you can just tell it's very fresh. Also, the service is fantastic, the mom and daughter are super friendly and it makes the experience much more enjoyable. Would heavily recommend. read more

Stopped into Café on Broadway after spending two days on a liquid diet, saw the reviews and thought it would be a nice place to try on the way home. Sure glad we did! The food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly. He ordered the Pastrami Cheesesteak and a cup of coffee. Looked wonderful and he was happy he tried it (was going to order his default Buffalo Chicken Wrap he gets anywhere we go), was a good size sandwich and came with veggie straws. Had a nice amount of pastrami and was flavored just right, with not too many toppings. He said the coffee was really good too. I ordered the Cuban Panini, sans the ham, and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. The sandwich was to die for, and not just because I hadn't eaten for two days. Nicely griddled bread, not too much pork loin, yummy yummy.Even our cat got in on some leftover action (since half my sandwich and veggie straws had to come home with me). Went to Cafe on Broadway yesterday and was pleasantly pleasantly surprised. I had been here once since it opened and it was okay but nothing to write him about. This visit changed my mind!
