Now, Tulsa has a great coffee scene but the matcha scene is lacking a bit so we definitely wanted to try theirs out. Our barista told us that all of their syrup are housemaid and you can definitely tell. Both the banana matcha and lavender matcha were amazing. As a whole, we can't wait to go back and try more matcha and coffees!

The restaurant next door is closed on Mondays and at first I thought French Quarter Coffee was closed too. I pulled on the doorknob and it opened to a large, quiet space with a friendly barista tidying up the coffeehouse. I was told that they were open, but not the restaurant. Good thing that the coffee shop was what I was interested in. Two iced lattes to go and a friendly chat with the barista and I was out the door. There were a few baked goods in the case, but none of the selections looked fresh. They looked day-old or more, and I opted not to get one to accompany my latte. Pastries and baked goods are best freshly baked. A quality brand of packaged biscotti and cookies might be better options for a longer shelf life. Nonetheless, this little town of Claremore, on Route 66, is lucky to have this small business coffee shop as an option.
