Started off with the Smoked Wings, Great smokey flavor without being over powering. The house salad was large and very tasty with house made dressing, The pizza had a great crispy thin crust plenty of toppings and cheese but the sauce was too sweet! I will go back for the BBQ, and our server Sonny was quite Entertaining!

Good food, very generous servings. Pulled pork has yummy smoky flavor and not overly sauced. Love the fresh croutons on the salad. Everything is reasonably priced. Best part of the dining experience was the phenomenal friendly service from Toni!

I'd been to Cafe Telegraph a few times over the years. However, this was my husband's first time. He had a craving for a big bbq pork steak and the Fred Flintstone 3 pounder did not disappoint. This thing is huge. It comes with two sides. He went with a baked potato and baked beans. I ordered the Lutheran South White Fish grilled. You can order the fish breaded/fried or blackened as well. My sides were a baked sweet potato and vegetable medley. Big plate as well! We both thought our potatoes tasted a little off. The veggie medley is made with fresh broccoli, cauliflower and squash. Grilled as well. Highly recommend this side. Of course, my husband had to take home part of the pork steak. But, we still made room to split a piece of apple pie. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is hopping with live music on a Saturday night. There are quieter areas in the restaurant if you prefer that. We loved that the menu items are named after churches in South St Louis Area. We will definitely be back to check out more menu items.

This has been our mystery, last night, we finally solved the mystery and found our way inside Crossroads. Shockingly enough, the little mystery wedge bar, was incredibly awesome. It might even surpass Shottzie's as my favorite South County Hang...well, if the pizza compares which I am sure it does not. The bar is really nice. Hardwood floors with matching wooden tables and wide bar stools with foot rests. The beers are cheap (only $2.75 for a Bud Light) and the wait staff is friendly and funny. They are also way on top of the ball and ready to serve you. The place has a very Cheers type feel to it. It's clearly a neighborhood bar and the people hanging out there are clearly regulars. Normally, this bothers me because I am not a regular and I get the stare down like I don't belong. That did not happen in this bar, everyone was nice and accepting. Who does not love that in a neighborhood bar? There is also a nice little patio that's fenced in from the hazards of Lindbergh Blvd (bonus star for that) and they have all the great little arcade games you could want. (some random bean bag throwing game, golf pro, etc.) Massive bonus stars for not being that smoky, having a pool table, having a stuff Spuds MacKenzie doll on the bar, and the pull tab clock on the wall. FANTASTIC.

Beer selections were very limited unless all you wanted were AB products. I asked for various common decent whiskeys, scotch and popular craft beers and struck out on all. Finally asked for captain and coke and told the soda system was broken. This is I got nice ice water. Ordered garlic parm pretzel bites. They dumped so much table salt on them that they were white color. We even tried to wipe them off and it was impossible to eat. We then tried party ryes. They must have been out of party rye because we got two pieces of marble rye cut in 1/4 with the topping on them. Tasted good but don't say on your menu that it's on party rye bread. My recommendation is fire the kitchen manager and invest a few bucks on a decent liquor selection. All in all the quality is that of a lower level south city tavern struggling to keep the doors open rather than an Oakville " pub".
