Very pretty interior and wide selection of goodies to choose from. However, service was incredibly slow, where it took over 20 minutes to get my drink. I got the red bean latte which was mild in flavor, which could be improved with a bit more red beans. It's a nice and comfortable place to hang out at but just make sure you aren't in a rush. My family was talking about how they visited this place a couple of weeks ago and wanted to take me here. First off, I loved how spacious the cafe was...perfect if anyone is planning to do some work here. The environment was very calm and peaceful. There wasn't a long line, so we ordered quickly. The server was nice and we got our drinks/dessert in a timely manner. The tart was delicious and sweet. A perfect dessert for us to all share. All of the drinks were good, but the only thing that got me surprised was the hot apple cider. I was expecting it to be actual cider, but it was just a tea packet that was apple flavored. I fully could've made this myself at home. Other than that, it was an overall good experience. Planning to come back and get something else. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

It was a little overcast and gloomy that day so having some coffee/tea and a bite of dessert made it better The Noms The strawberry shortcake cheesecake hands down was the best. Not too sweet but perfect if you want a little something to end the meal with Tomato and egg quiche really flavorful and the acidity in the tomato made this a perfect breakfast item to share In Conclusion I would definitely come back here again for the cheesecake and company ;)
Delicious homemade baked goodness and beverages. The interior is clean, well lit and seating is spacious and comfortable. There are also outdoor seating patio umbrella tables. A parking lot is located in the back with an 8 car capacity, but only 2 spots are slotted for the Cafe. There is a unisex bathroom that is very clean and heavily scented that for a second you think you wandered into the fragrance section of Macy's. We had the scone, matcha latte and cappuccino. The scone was heated up, moist and flavorful. The matcha latte was a little on the heavy side as the barista may have put too much matcha powder but nonetheless it was tasty though a little gritty. The cappuccino was on point They appear to specialize in tart cakes which can be pre-ordered. The smaller single serve tart pastries are visually appealing and priced lower than other cafe and bakeries offering similar item's. A must try Cafe as the staff is pleasant and friendly and the beverages and pastries are delicious.
This cafe is super calm and cozy, there are pillows on the chairs which I loved. The latte was a bit bitter to me and they didn't have soy milk which was a shame. However, the tarts had the perfect amount of sweetness. I prefer the strawberry banana tart over the mango one because the mango was a bit too sweet. There's only one person working the store, but there weren't a lot of customers so we didn't have to wait a long time. I would come back here to study and do work.
It's a small Korean own pastry shop with quite a bit of interesting selection. I only see one person making drinks and serving pastries here. The service is a little slow. today I am trying a few pastries with their signature Korean red bean latte. I must say I enjoyed the pastry more than a drink, it's a cute place to hang out.
I've been here before and it was good but not it's gone downhill. We got 2 French toasts and they were so raw it was inedible. We literally felt nauseous and could not eat either of them. Everytime I've been here there is only one person working in the entire cafe; so they have to do register and make the food and serve the food. Management needs to hire more staff bc one person doing everything results in poor quality food and service.

The drinks were pretty good, finally adding some interesting options instead the boring cold brew i had to get everywhere else. One thing that made the experience a little weird was how diligently they checked my vaccine status, triple checking and even clicking through the Exceksior app to make sure it's real. It's part of the job but just a little too much for me personally. Would still go back though cause it's a solid spot.
Was in the area to swing by Veranda which happened to be booked for Mother's Day then stopped by Bayside Diner. During the walk, we passed by this adorable cafe and made the pitstop after lunch. Very quiet for midday on a Sunday. Most patrons were on their laptop and headphones. There were so many baked goods and dessert items on display that it took quite some time before we could make up our mind. Service was really nice and friendly. So welcoming - I really appreciate that in this day and age. They had a Mother's Day special - 10% off more than four tarts. So we got a mango bingsu ($15.99) and five tarts. We brought the tarts home to eat but ate the bingsu there. I love that the person was thoughtful and gave us several small plates to share the bingsu. $15.99 sounds real steep at first but wow, the portion is LARGE. Great sharing size; best bingsu I've ever had! Their shaved ice is unlike any other I have tried. It's almost like thin, sliced noodles that melt in your mouth with a chockful of flavor. The toppings were great- mochi was delightful and the mango is super fresh. She also gave us a small portion of the soft serve which was good. The tarts are expensive but after trying them, I get it, because it's unbelievably fresh ingredients and the crust is really good. Chocolate tart - so good. Better than some cakes I've tried. Good alternative to a chocolate mousse cake. Mango tart - SO good. I'm sensing a pattern, stuff is good here. I really enjoyed this. Considering that I ate it two days later, this was still SO fresh. Good balance of cream to crust to mango. Matcha tart - really good too. Lots of matcha powder on top but the matcha cream inside is very well balanced. The crust is just the right amount of crunchy without cracking your teeth. Yuzu tart - good but I can do without this next time. It was just okay. I think I usually like my tarts with added fruit or stuff on top. Strawberry tart - good but a bit too sweet for me. They make larger cakes but you have to place the order in advance. Definitely looking forward to trying more for special occasions. Adorable outdoor seating by the side. A few parking spots in the back but it is fairly okay finding parking in the neighborhood.
Stumbled upon this place through Groupon! What a hidden gem! Perfect little coffee shop! Private parking lot, indoor and outdoor seatings, what more could I ask for? I like my coffee like I like my man, strong. Got me shaking! Their coffee got me jittering! Great selections of delicious fruit tarts! They're super airy and light! Fruits were super fresh too! What a delight! I'll def make sure to try all of their tarts! We will be back!
My friends and I love to have a bowl of Bingsu after Korean BBQ and Cafe Terrace popped up when we searched for options in the neighborhood. The decor is simple, bright and clean with modern furniture and lots of greens. The ambiance is cozy and perfect as a place for working remotely since there is free wifi & power outlets available. There is a great variety of tarts in their display and every flavor looks so appealing. We were not there for their tarts but ended up having a Yuzu Tart and it was really good because it's light & refreshing. We also tried their Matcha Bingsu and it was also decent but just too sweet with condensed milk at the bottom. We plan to visit again for other tarts like Tiramisu, Milk Chocolate Ganache or any flavors with fruits. However, we won't recommend thier Bingsu.

Tiramisu tart - 5/5 Chocolate tart - 3/5 Price was $7.50 + $1 egg = $8.50 + tax Currently there's a 20% discount between 4pm to 9pm. Tiramisu was pretty good. Chocolate was inferior when eating them side by side. The place was pretty packed although spacious. A good place to study or hang out around with drinks. Didn't see many people getting desserts. read more

Cute little cafe I stopped by for a break. Cafe was quite spacious and clean. Coffee was fine and the staff was kind. Next time I would try a pastry, they looked quite good. If you need coffee in this area, would give this place a chance! read more

Chicken jalapeno sandwich -- so damn good. I would have to say it's literally a pop of flavor in your mouth ! this cafe overall is just so warm, friendly & not super loud and noisy. A def must if you're ever in the area ! read more

Tarts The tarts aren't too sweet and it makes a great dessert or even a great snack with coffee or tea. I wish the flavors were a little stronger but there is no complaint in the taste of how they were made. The tart itself were so good. Price It is a bit on the pricer side for dessert each about $6.95. Location There is parking around the neighborhood which makes it convenient coming here when your around this location! read more

For drinks I tried the Yuzu black tea (special drink) and iced coffee. I was disappointed to see the tea was made with a tea bag making me thinking the drinks are a bit of an afterthought here with the focus being on the tarts. Comfortable seating abounds in this modern looking space as well as outside tables. What is with all the loud pop music in cafes nowadays? Depending on where you sit it could be a little difficult to talk over. Small parking lot and entrance in the rear makes it convenient to satisfy your tart cravings. read more
Woowwwww. This is my new favorite Sunday funday evening study spot. How gorgeous are their tarts selections??? And they are MASSIVE. Good for groups or small groups. There's so many tarts to choose from. Most popular: potato quiche, sweet potato, and grapefruit. Don't get the mango unless you know it's in season, otherwise you eat into a sour fruit tart. Tarts: 5/5 Chestnut latte hot: 3/5 espresso is overpowering Limited free parking in the back lot with a back door entrance, but there's street parking available as well. There's not alot of available seating since it's so popular. read more

One star for the variety of food available and one star for having a parking lot, but I got a violation for parking in THEIR parking lot so do with that what. I also needed to use the WiFi, was told I must purchase something for the password since it was on the receipt (I was going to do this anyway) and when it wasn't connecting, I asked for help and the person at the counter just said "well the WiFi is on so..." so I ended up using my mobile hotspot instead since I already bought a coffee. Also, in my several hours there (I had a lot of work to do), the two workers at the counter disappeared many times. There were several occasions another customer would shout "hello?" for someone to come out and no one did for quite some time. I wish I was willing to come back and try some of their sweets since there was a lot to choose from and they looked delicious, but due to the poor service and stupid parking fiasco, I will not be coming back. read more
3.5 stars Got four tarts here to add to our Mother's Day celebration. The tarts are beautiful!! But definitely on the expensive side. I was hoping to get the fig and peach tart but they were already out. All the tarts were ok but they weren't toooo memorable. The honeydew was sweet though and berries were fresh. Stopped in to try a few of the tarts. The tarts looked wonderful, and there was a great selection. The mixed berry tart was the star, and was absolutely delicious. Both the brownie tart and Oreo tart had a bit of an aftertaste that I can't quite place, which overshadowed the flavor of the tarts. read more

This place is so cute and a great spot to hang out with friends after dinner or study at. It's spacious and great place for groups to gather. Everything at the cafe is homemade. They are best known for their dessert tarts. Most dessert tarts are made with almond flour as one of the base ingredients so if you are allergic to nuts, you might prefer trying their Mochi waffles instead. I tried a yuzu tart and would highly recommend it. There were pieces of yuzu in the custard part and it was refreshing. Each tart cost about $6.95. It is slightly overpriced in my opinion but at least I know it was made with care, in-house, with real ingredients and fresh. This place popped up on my feed recently and after looking at the pictures I knew I had to try them out. I came by after work near closing time and sadly a lot of the tarts were already sold out. I ended up getting four different tarts: banana, Oreo, mocha and the mixed berries tart. The Oreo tart was good and not too sweet. Since it was the end of the day, the Oreo pieces were a bit on the soggy side. The mocha tart was also okay. Loved the chocolate pearls on it. Not sure if I would get this one again. I did quite enjoy the mixed berries tart. The berries really complemented the pastry cream filling. But my favorite out of the four tarts that I ordered was the banana tart. I loved that they carmilized the bananas which went so well with the milk chocolate ganache and chocolate pearls. Highly recommend getting this. Overall, I liked this bakery. I am planning on coming back and trying some of their other tarts. Definitely will make a point of coming earlier in the day instead of at the end. P.S. after my visit I found out that they have loyalty cards. For every ten items, you get one free. Unfortunately, I was not offered this which is annoying since I purchased 4 tarts on my first visit. read more
Holy Cow! The tarts from Cafe Terrace is amazing!! I was instantly drawn to the pictures on Yelp and decided that I had to make a stop here. The cafe itself is super cute, wide open space and beautiful decor. I had a hard time picking just four tarts, but after much deliberation, I went with Grapefruit, Honeydew, Yogurt & Tiramisu Tarts. They were all amazing!! I loved how the filling for each tart perfectly complemented the toppings. For example, the honeydew tart's filling tasted like a honeydew popsicle. All of the tarts were light and fresh. I ended up eating one after breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was the perfect dessert! I also ordered two drinks from here, the grapefruit tea and the fruit tea. Both were beautiful to look up, but were just average in taste. The tarts are definitely the star here, can't wait to come back to try the other flavors! read more

Cafe Terrace is a local spot that just opened up a few months ago. They sell coffee, tea, lattes, lemonades, cookies, muffins, bingsoos, and a wide assortment of tarts (fruit, deco, and dry). All tarts can be made into cakes upon pre-ordering! No indoor seating allowed atm, but the interior of the cafe is really modern and decorated nicely. There's also a clean bathroom for use My friend and I tried the honeydew and green tea tarts. Checking out, we didn't have any cash on us, so we were subject to the 4% credit card surcharge. The tarts came out to be $7.81 each, which is pretty hefty for a tart. However, I'm intrigued to return and try more tarts because I love sweets haha. The honeydew tart was refreshing, topped with fresh honeydew balls, sugar powder, and pastry cream. The green tea tart was very powdery on top and had a cool paste in an inner layer. These both were light desserts that weren't too sweet, with A+ presentation. Next time I return, I'd also love to try the sweet potato latte! On the side of the cafe, there's an outdoor seating area with ~5 tables and ~10 chairs. It's decorated with big umbrellas, mini fences, faux grass, and potted plants. My friend's dog enjoyed pawing at/playing on the grass with her bone. There's a shared parking lot behind the cafe too! I go here all the time and I do feel badly for the previous post, it's a great cafe! They recently added a bread section so if you're looking for a quick bite there are many Korean cafe essentials available. New local spot for Coffee/Teas and desserts. Simple tarts and seasonal options is the way to go. The family favorite is the Oreo tart... Classic and simple, tastes as it sounds. I tend to order seasonal fruit desserts when available - it's the best way to get a taste of what's in season. I have not tried the regular coffee since I'm a fan of lattes. I can recommend that! Very new and very clean inside. Great quick stop and go during this Pandemic. Hopefully I can return and sit in next time to take in the ambiance. read more

Disappointed Thought this place looked like a cozy cafe. Went in and ordered bulgogi sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich as well as some tarts Found out that the food is pre-made and sitting there. Not usually a problem except the sandwich had mold in it when opened. The pastries were hard and stale and the drinks (which were the only thing made fresh) was so sweet as to be indigestible (yuzu and peach-ade). The entire order was inedible and had to be discarded. Truly a disappointing experience. read more

Stopped by after having dinner. The interior is super cute & very well lit. The tables are set up so every other table can be occupied and there was hand sanitizer available throughout the space. When I asked the worker he recommended the Yuzu & Honeydew tarts. My friends and I ended up getting the Yuzu tart for there, and I ordered some tarts to take home. (BTW They closed at 930pm) Yuzu: It was a light citrus-y flavor. Enough citrus flavor to be a great palate cleanser after a heavy meal, but If you like super tart things it doesnt have that mouth watering punch. Honestly a solid 9/10. Yoghurt: If I'm honest kinda disappointing. I thought there would be a nice tartness like frozen yoghurt but it was just kinda ambiguously dairy-y. I would say its more like a greek yoghurt flavor but again not that distinctly flavorful. 2/10. Grape: The grapes were fresh & sweet and it had a vanilla custard base. I also thought this would have a tartness of green grapes but it was just sweet grapes. Good but not necessarily special. 4/10. Lotus cheesecake: Its the perfect cheesecake texture where its not too airy and not too dense. There was a nice amount of lotus flavor without it overwhelming the cheesecake flavor. 6/10. I think if I go back I would try the Matcha or Honeydew. All the fruit here seems super fresh and all the tarts were nicely crisp. read more

I really enjoyed the matcha tart, but wasn't a fan of the Oreo tart which was on the airy side. I'll probably come back to try the egg tart to see how it compares to bakery tarts, but I think they are pricey compared to other pastries and desserts around the area. read more
I LOVEEEEDDD this place The tarts are AMAZING and the worker/staff are kind :) I bought 7 tarts in total and they were all fantastic Personally recommend the honeydew tart and the berry white chocolate one A bit pricey to buy a lot of but they do have a select few flavors that are on discount each day it seems I got coffee to pair which was decent and went well together Only really major downside is the outdoor seating is not heated at all, just exposed seating outdoors. Once the pandemic is over though, the interior looked spacious and very roomy! read more
Very cute cafe with a terrace seating area outside. The yogurt and peach tarts were really good, would definitely recommend that. The pumpkin almond tart has an odd flavor to it though. Would love to hang out here and try all the desserts and fruit teas when indoor seating is available. read more
This is one of my favorite spots to study away from home. The cafe is exceptionally clean and well lit with many outlets, making it easily a go to spot for studying. I arrived here fairly early during my exam season, close to when they opened and there were already customers here. There are a lot of tables and they checked for vaccination as well before you're seated. They have a two hour limit I believe when it gets busy, but it was fairly empty throughout the day when I went, so I was able to stay and enjoy their array of tarts as well as study. I was super excited to come here because their tarts looked so mouthwatering beautiful. The first thing I tried was their spam and egg kimbap (5/5). It was still fairly warm when I grabbed it and the rice was so soft and well seasoned. This was the perfect breakfast that I paired with an Iced Americano (3/5). Im unsure if I am not yet accustomed to Americanos because this one was super super sour. I am okay with bitter drinks, as I typically take my coffees black, but the sourness of the beverage was too overwhelming and I could only stomach a few sips before tossing it. It did get the job done and kept me awake. I tried their melon tart and red velvet tart as well. The melon (3/5) was not bad, the fruit was fresh but there isn't much between the fruit and the hard tart crust. The crust was really hard and difficult to eat as well as no real sweetness or flavor. Not a favorite, but the fruit was refreshing. The red velvet tart (2/5) was also just okay. The tart is hard and similar to hardened play dough. It is a bit hard to eat and tasted a but of cardboard. The presentation was gorgeous but taste did not do sit well with me. As for drinks, I had the Grapefruit Lemonade and the Peach Iced Black Tea. The grapefruit ade (3/5) was very sour and fizzy. The two did not quite complement one another and was hard to swallow. I personally do not like grapefruit drinks so it was even harder to stomach, but my sister enjoyed it. The peach iced black tea (1/5) was pretty awful. It was a tea bag thrown in some water and handed over. When it was handed to me it had yet become tea as it was trying its best to steep. It tasted like water with leaves. No flavor, best I could describe it is stale? Would not recommend this one. Overall, I would still recommend this cafe for studying or catching up with friends. It has a warm and inviting environment and the staff were great and super helpful as well as kind. The free wifi and abundance of outlets were the real winner, also the kimbap! read more

What a cute place! Cafe Terrace is a bright, open layout cafe, decked out right now in festive holiday decorations and Christmas music. Perfect for an afternoon of studying or a cozy coffee date with friends. It can get a bit loud depending on how busy it is but customers are respectful. There are plenty of individual tables so I never felt crowded or rushed despite hanging around for about two hours. There is some limited parking in the back lot, although it shouldn't be hard to park along the streets. Try to bring some cash as paying with credit card here comes with a 4% surcharge. All of their tarts and quiches are made fresh in house every morning, and I definitely recommend getting one (or two). I tried the honeydew tart, which was as juicy and delicious as it looked. The sweet potato latte I got was unique and naturally sweet, just didn't love the left over pieces at the bottom of the cup. Definitely adding this place to my list of study spots for future reference, with the ulterior motive of trying a different tart each time! read more
