I would say this is one of the best banh mi I've had in Minnesota. I'll definitely need to go back.

Parking is a bit tough in this part of town, but there are some street parking spots available on nearby streets. The space itself is tucked between a few other establishments. It is small, with tables for groups of two and four, which is perfect for the students and staff passing through. The staff is always very helpful and friendly when I stop by! This spot is known for its Bahn Mi and Rice Bowls! I always get a Bahn Mi, which comes in small (plenty for one meal) or a large (perfect for leftovers or to split). The pork is my favorite, which is always tender, flavorful, and piled high! The sandwich also comes with a plethora of traditional veggies, including carrots, cucumber, jalapenos, and cilantro! The crusty, crunchy bread really makes this sandwich! I like mine with pate and mayo for a bit of creaminess! Never hurts to add a side of their freshly fried cream cheese wontons! The serving size of everything is also a great value for the cost. Truly one of my favorite slightly hidden gems in the Stadium Village area. Will be returning regularly!

I split the vodka…read moresauce pasta and lemon pesto burrata pasta with a friend and they were kind enough to pre-portion the vodka sauce on separate plates for us which felt like above and beyond service. They weren't able to do that with the burrata pasta due to the burrata ball on top which was completely fine! Both pasta dishes were tasty but the lemon pesto burrata blew me away. Every bite was absolutely incredible and it's such a unique dish that's hard to find somewhere else or replicate at home. I completely recommend giving it a try. The focaccia bread appetizer was also amazing! We added & paid for a few extra pieces to accommodate the size of our group and everyone absolutely loved it. The drinks were also really well done & strong without being overly stiff. They were really well mixed and tasty. Our server was so sweet and helped make the experience so special for us. I cannot wait to come back!

I…read morereally enjoyed and would recommend the red curry duck stew-- I loved the eggplants and bamboo throughout and the duck meat was very tender. The curry was flavorful but not too salty which I do feel like lots of Asian American/fusion dishes can become around here in Minnesota. The Hmong sausage was well seasoned and grilled and paired well with the sticky rice. The sausage reminds me of Taiwanese sausage but is heftier and more substantial. It was cool to be at the bar and see into the kitchen. Service was very quick overall and the bartenders gave some great suggestions for drinks. Tom kha lemonade - refreshing, somewhere between a tom kha soup and key lime pie almost. Was debating between this and the 3Leches botanical drinks (maybe one of these another time!) Overall would come back again but perhaps only on days when we are okay with splurging it a bit more. ;) The outside was nice but today was a bit too humid so it was nice we were able to get a seat inside. Definitely would be back when in the Cities for their cafe next door when they hopefully have more of their specialty pastries in stock (we eyed the coconut pandan croissant but they were out! Got some of the scallion danishes though excited to try those!)
