The problem became when it took 50 minutes to receive a sandwich, two bowls of spaghetti and a chicken parm. When the table that was sat down next to us 25 minutes later had their food come out before ours‍ To top off the night the "manager" was completely dismissive and rude. When I asked to speak to the owner or a way to get ahold of him I was told they couldn't do that. We asked for the manager to come over to the table so we could settle things but instead she sent a server. What a coward!!! Details are in the video recording that I have in case I need it.
