I started with the revuelta & birria pupusas, which are made fresh every day--you should have seen the cheese pull! Next, I had the chicken taco on a freshly pressed handmade tortilla. The star of the show was the best enchiladas I've ever had. The tortillas were incredibly fresh, stuffed with slow-braised beef ribs. There was a hint of sweetness that made me fall in love, especially when paired with their homemade hot sauce. I finished with the tastiest tres leches cake.
