    Deconstructed tiramisu
    Nagi V.

Amazing! Homemade pasta! OMG! Hubby, my service dog, and I had a great time! The food selection was amazing, offering both lunch specials and a full menu. They also have a Happy Hour menu from 3:00 - 4:45pm, with drinks at $7, beers at $6, and 50% off the Lunch/Hour menu. Ashley, our waitress, was very welcoming, professional, friendly, and helpful. The dishes were well-portioned and delicious! The ambiance was nice, and the room temperature was comfortable. There's outdoor seating, but with FL sun, my dog and I couldn't sit outside; it might be better on cloudy days or cooler months. The food is fantastic, with vegan and gluten-free options for people like me. As a complimentary starter, they serve fresh-baked bread with butter and kalamata olives in a mild infused EVOO oil sauce--yum! For starters, we ordered the bushettas, which were deli-style, according to hubby. I had to pass because the bread wasn't gluten-free (an area for improvement). We both ordered the grilled octopus, which was incredibly delicious and the portion size was good. Their beer selection is okay, but the wine list is impressive. The best part of the desserts was their deconstructed tiramisu! You gotta try it! They have their own bakery, and showing your receipt gets you 10% off their fresh baked goods. In other words 10/10, I will come back!

Carbonara - literally the best I've ever had.

Will definitely return for the food. Literally everything - pizza, pasta, salad - was impeccably made and the taste was divine. The service however was poor. Seemed like servers were manning the bar as well as the dining room and outside area. Might have just been a scheduling issue? Either way - food was so exceptional we will return.

We love coming to Cafe Milano but today was extra special! The food amazing, Tyler and his service on point. We enjoy the ambiance at Cafe Milano. We all had specials, ravioli with short rib, seafood, fettuccine, and pasta. Never disappointed!!

Lovely little spot. Sat on the patio. Beautiful day. Aperol Spritz have a wonderful mocktail, and also the bruschetta.

This was a great experience and worth the drive. From the drinks (Expresso Martini and old fashioned), to the last Lemoncello. The service Yaima was awesome. We were treated like royalty. I highly recommend the restaurant and server. Make sure you ask for her . The lobster linguini was delicious, frutti di Mari as well. The dessert to die for. The Octopus appetizer is a must. Don't forget the bread. The atmosphere was great. We sat by the window and got to see the beautiful 5th Avenue.

Caffe Milano is one of my favorite spots--I come here often because the food and atmosphere never disappoint. Their meatballs are incredible, the burrata over heirloom tomatoes with pesto is absolutely delicious, and the calamari is always phenomenal. I was very disappointed to see the eggplant Parmesan removed from the menu, as it was one of my go-to dishes--I really hope they consider bringing it back. You cannot leave without trying the tiramisu--it's a generous portion and absolutely decadent. Their happy hour is also spectacular, making it one of the best times to go. On my most recent visit, my drink tasted a little watered down, which isn't the norm (their mojitos are normally to die for!). Service was also a bit slow, though I was dining alone so that may have played a part. Overall, despite a couple hiccups this last time, I truly love this restaurant. The food, the vibe, and the consistency are what keep me coming back.

Came here on Sunday night for a happy hour meal. We didn't know it was happy hour but were pleasantly surprised. They have 50% off multiple items and they offer a full size dishes for 50% off and $5 drinks, which is very nice. We had charcuterie plate, salad, seafood risotto and bolognese, 3 drinks all under $75. That was truly the best meal we had in our life for $75. If you catch happy hour, you will be back in 2017 prices. Service was super friendly and attentive. They came to check on us multiple times. Ambience is nice as well. Very modern and spacious. Weirdly they only have one bathroom for each gender. I think they need more than one for each gender. Charcuterie plate was beautiful and tasty. Risotto with seafood was amazing. Unfortunately i often times disappointed in risotto but not this time., Great place! Definitely recommend.

I visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday dinner. Despite it being a very busy Friday night, the overall service was excellent. Our server was attentive throughout our visit. I enjoyed a glass of rosé, which complemented their outstanding bread service, including olives and high-quality olive oil. For an appetizer, we ordered calamari that included some zucchini, which was perfectly fried. My husband noted that the marinara sauce it was served with was exceptional. For my main course, I chose the rigatoni carbonara, which was very rich and creamy. Overall, both the service and the food were very satisfying. The atmosphere was lively and bustling, (a tad loud) as expected for a Friday evening. I will absolutely be back!

This restaurant has some of the most delicious and authentic Italian food I've ever had. My husband brought me here for an early birthday dinner and I loved it. The service was wonderful. The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye - really pretty interior. The table they sat us at wasn't my favorite, it was so close to the host stand area, and also very close to the other 2-person table right next to us. The cramped feeling at our table was really my only complaint. The food itself was incredible, I had the seafood pasta. If we visit Naples again I wouldn't mind stopping through here, maybe for lunch/brunch next time to try out a different vibe.

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.

Our server Mike, did an excellent job taking care of us. We started off with a couple cocktails. I had an Old Fashioned and my wife had the Not Bogged Down. For dinner I had the Chorizo Encrusted Red Snapper and my wife had one of the specials which was the Tripletail. She said it was the best seafood dish she has ever had. For dessert, we split the special Crème Brûlée topped with diced fruit. We enjoyed the dessert so much, we purchased one for a sweet family of four sitting next to us. Our server Mike and the owner, Barry, helped make that happen and we appreciate it.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team.
