I was quite disappointed with their service today. I came in today (6/21 Sunday a few min before 9pm) with my family, and I asked for one sample. The employee gave me a strange look, and said "that's ok I'll let you have it today". ??? It says no samples after 10pm on weekends. Is Sunday not a weekend? I pointed it out to him and he kept trying to brush it off, saying he'll let it go this one time. Looked at my phone and after the back & forth it was 9:01pm. Tried this new ice cream place in the middle of downtown Redwood City. They have a ton of flavors. We tried the straciatella and the chocolate hazelnut. Flavors were great, creamy and rich. I appreciate that they have all the classics as that's what we mostly go for, there are other ice cream stores close by with more exotic flavors that rarely appeal to me.
