I didn't see it on the menu but they have oat milk so I got an iced oat milk latte (16 oz $5.10). I don't know how to describe it but it tastes different than other coffee. Almost like it's sweet but it's not? Honestly it's growing on me but not the best one iced had. They made it incredibly fast which is a big plus.

Caffino is a decent alternative to starbucks. The main pros are that it's a quick drive through with no line, close proximity to home and work, and quick service. Cons: not many customization options, not considerably better than starbucks, expensive specialty drinks I ordered the iced vanilla and iced black and white mocha. Overall, the drinks were a little sweet to me but decent flavor otherwise. I would give this place a 3.5 star! Nothing extraordinary but definitely not bad coffee at all.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker and I'm not a big fan of the chain shops. This place is a godsend to someone like me who isn't the biggest morning person. Luckily, it's right by my office and it's a quick pit stop in the morning. The ladies that work here are incredibly nice and always in a good mood. Love little places like this.

I remember seeing an early Caffino built in Davis years ago. Never went. This has been near my work and residence for years and i never went. Short on time to an appointment i drove through. Chai latte on the move. Flavor seemed a bit on the weak side. Was nice and hot though and it was fast. I think the ratio of milk maybe a bit high. The one guy was slammed with four cars while i was there so it seems they get their share of business. They should take the Dutch Bros stance and have a tandem..

convenient little drive thru coffee/tea stand in the middle of clarkwood shopping center. the drive thru part is really small, since you can only have one car on each side. i do appreciate that they have a walk-up window so i can just walk over (or park further away and walk over) and place my order. i had wanted to get a small tea, but was told that a cup of tea is $3, regardless of size (S/M/L). since a large was too much for me, i passed altogether, since i felt $3 was too much for a small cup of tea. maybe i'll come back when i need a large cup of tea. i instead ordered a blueberry scone ($2) which was big, compared to scones at other places. while the center was filled with lots of blueberries, the scone itself was rather dry and crumbly. since the staff member gave it to me in a bag (that was sitting on a shelf with all of the other pastries), i was left wondering how long those scones were sitting in the bag. usually, most coffee shoppes keep their baked goods in a display case, which allows the pastries to stay fresh longer. convenient coffee shoppe, considering it is the only one in clarkwood shopping center, and very close to where i live, but i am not impressed with the offerings here. i would rather walk or drive further to another coffee shoppe.

The service and selection here is just as good as the location in Milpitas. Drinks are always freshly prepared and held to highest quality standards. Compare any of their specialty drinks to Starbucks, and you'll be won over in a heartbeat. Some of mine and my friends' favorites are the iced mocha, the spiced chai, the caramel fresco, and the oreo frostino. So delish. read more

Little small shack type operation. I love hot chocolate from Caffinos it is the best. I also love the drive up factor, no fuss, no muss, get your hot drink and be merrily on your way. Every time I have been there, there has always been 2 people working together. I like that for safety's sake especially for the employees whom all seem to be fairly young people. Cute, quaint, little place with a big store name sign on top. When you see it you'll know it. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place, and mainly because of the employees. They are so quick, friendly, and have the best customer service. Honestly, I don't even LOVE the coffee. I just love the service I get and the fact that I am in and out in usually less than 1 or 2 minutes (a huge savior on my way into work). I have been trying to go less (for health and money reasons) but this place is the best! read more

The coffee is always made to perfection. Every single employee is friendly beyond measure. Their Carmel Lattes blow Peet's out of the water. On top of all of the above they have these great punch cards so that every 10th beverage is free!! LOVE IT!! read more

I literally made a yelp specifically because of my experience at this place this morning , after years of avoiding "yelp" and making one these people this morning changed it lmao the lady who took my order Ana was in some kind of rush , I pulled in and she told me to wait then I looked away and next thing I know she's knocking on her window to get my attention literally that fast . I place my order , a very simple one but wasn't simple to order that's fine tho , however I do believe I was over charged and when I asked about it there was a bunch of mumbling and then the hear the guy there say " she tried to save you money " right I saved money on a 5 dollar cup of coffee literally one cup of simple coffee ,4 dollars and some change I wanted this to be my new spot so bad but that's obviously not going to be the case god bless them . read more

A nice alternative when you don't want to deal with the hordes of teens ordering ENORMOUS milkshakes for breakfast at the Peets on Castro or the Cuesta Starbucks. I've never seen it busy, and you don't even have to get out of your car. The espresso drinks are just fine, and competitively priced. To top it off, the staff is super friendly, always female, and quite cute! read more

I can always count on getting my coffee here. They are quick and super polite. I stopped going to Starbucks due to waiting to long. I go almost everyday before work to grab my cup of coffee. There coffee is organic and delicious. Customer service is great and would definitely recommend coming here. By far one of my favorite places to order coffee and love that it's a drive through. I've been lucky enough to get the same woman the 2 times I've been here. She makes delicious coffee!!! None of that Starbucks bologna. She is quick and kind and I just couldn't get over how great my beverage was done. The Peets by Chase is slow, no one knows what they are doing. I recommend this drive up/ walk up. read more

Swung by after making copies at FEDEX. Was in a dash and needed caffeine fix. Coffee surprisingly decent and chocolate croissant was delish. I loved that the server complimented my nail polish and asked if I'd like to eat something for breakfast. Great service, fast, good coffee. read more

My last 2 orders of classic caramel on separate dates (both small and large) have been watery tasting. They also forgot to provide the 'jacket for my extra hot drink one time ! It is really disappointing and very frustrating! I guess they have been cutting back on the espresso on the drinks. I don't think that's right. read more

My absolute favorite coffee place! Being somebody that's generally speaking always a little rushed, I love that it's a drive through, but it's also nice that there is a walk up window. Good prices & they're super fast. The coffee is SO much better than Starbucks. Love love love all of the people that work here, they're always so polite. It's a must try! read more

We would sometimes stop here in the mornings before I'd get dropped off at work. I like their Chai Tea Latte and it was convenient to go through the drive through. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. They have a large selection to choose from too and you can get hot or cold drinks as well as bagels and breakfast pastries. read more

Drinks are good, but you can tell the staff is under-appreciated and under-paid considering there is just one person on shift with no real breaks. Even though they make minimum wage + few tips, two of the main workers Alyssa and Keith always provide me with fast & friendly service! I don't know who runs the place but they should really invest in certain things that would help the employees...like one of those blender power-washer things I've seen at other coffee shops. read more

3 stars for service. Great service from the female working there. Took 2 stars away because the taste is mediocre. Tastes like something u buy at the grocery store fridge. Stumbled upon Caffino by accident and am so happy I gave it a try! Had their iced coffee and it was amazing! It was strong enough and had a great flavor to it. Love that they have the option of almond milk along with their organic coffee options. Will be going there again when in the neighborhood. read more

This place is very convenient. Prices are average, staff is friendly and service is fast. Sometimes so fast I wonder how long the espresso has been sitting, but I don't notice a difference in taste so it's fine with me. I usually have my 4 kids in the back seat so it's a great place for us to be able to drive thru. read more

What a great little gem in Mountain View! I was in need of a quick caffeine pick me up in the morning and thought Caffino was the perfect place with its drive through convenience. There was a bit of a wait so I was surprised at how quick and prompt the service was. Once I arrived at the window I was greeted by a very nice lady who offered suggestions as to how I should get my iced coffee. I wanted to try a flavored coffee and she made it with the perfect amount of sweetener and flavor! The service was pleasant, prompt, and the coffee was delicious and just what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to this Caffino, thank you for the awesome service! read more

Not coming again, I ordered a small cappuccino thinking they know how to make one. I was given a tall glass of hot milk with a bit of coffee that I can barely taste. Come here if you like your frappuccino style drinks, but you're better off going to mcdonalds for that. read more

This place is small and unassuming as it is a drive through coffee shop. The employees were polite and efficient, and my iced mocha was great! I like my coffee drinks slightly sweet, and they definitely delivered on that aspect. I think my mocha was only $4.75, and it appeared larger than the typical 16 oz drink (maybe it was 18 oz?). I was visiting my friend for the weekend, but if I lived here, I would come here regularly. read more

I have been going here since returning to CA in 2003, even though the owner has changed hands a couple of times, the service and friendliness of the staff hasn't. To have someone call one of the employees "stupid" is beyond reprehensible! The person to whom he was referring was probably new when they went there, because she is as fast as the other employees now and just as friendly. The management is also new to this store and he is fantastic! Once you go to them with an issue, you can rest assured something will be done ASAP. All of the employees are friendly, courteous, and professional. read more

I usually ask for the popular pot unless someone in my party has a preference, like the Turkish one. That one is nice and strong so that is a good one. The Dubai chocolate cheesecake is pretty good and my favorite cheesecake. It has a crunchy base, not your normal graham cracker. They heat up the savory pastries for you. I like coffee and going to coffee shops so I would recommend trying this place out if you haven't been.

Lowering my rating because the service was subpar, and the Ube flavor was nonexistent in the Ube Black Sesame cookie. The Gingersnapperdoodle was still yummy like before, but had a more sandy texture than last time.

I've never been to a Caffino and was excited when I pulled into here a few minutes ago . 5:55pm technically . And the lighted sign said open. Drove up to the window and there was closed sign on the window and a blonde gal inside looked straight as my friend and I .. and turned off the lighted open sign ! It wasn't closing time and she was just so blatant about it so for a first impression it was the absolute wrong experience . Not sure if I will ever attempt to try this again. I love this little shop! It a fast small coffee shop but its drive thru. I go to work at 6 am n there is .ever a huge rush or line. The service is fast and the coffee is soooo Yummy. Service is always fast and friendly. All the baristas pay attention to detail. My favorite drinks are the oreo cookie fresco and iced vanilla latte and if im feeling like having something else besides coffee, i get the mango iced tea. Awesome place! read more
