Maruwu has something for everyone - tea, latte's, cheese tarts, soft serve, gelato... so many options. It's been about 2 years since they've opened in Palo Alto, and lines are still out the door even on weekday evenings. Indoor seating is very limited as it's also a popular spot for people who like working from cafes so I'd recommend doing it grab-and-go rather than trying to do a catch up session here. Here's everything I've tried: - Cheese tarts: regular, matcha, taro - Latte: ube matcha - Soft serve: matcha, matcha & ube, matcha & hokkaido milk - Gelato: matcha no.3, matcha no.3 & hokkaido milk This place ain't cheap but so worth it. The cheese tarts definitely add up if you're buying multiple but they're so good - super creamy and flavorful, dont taste artificial at all.
