TERRIFIC SERVICE BOTH TIMES I CAME! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, given a menu, asked many times by workers if I needed any help. Friendly workers, great hospitality, and FRESH food! I was served a hot flatbread, burrito, and the cake was very fresh! The coffee was extremely flavorful and my top favorite in the area now! This cafe is very clean, has a lot of options on their menu, yet, they serve it all top tier! I really recommend everyone gives this place a try, there is an item for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

I had been seeing this place on social media a lot, so I wanted to try it out for myself. We tried their chocolate banana cloud, savory brunch croissant, and their Italian sub. Everything was really good. I would definitely go back to try more. There is some indoor outdoor seating available. When we went, it was pretty busy, we got lucky and found a table. You are handed a menu when you walk in, and order at the counter. You pick up when ready, and someone cleans your table when you are done. There is plenty of parking available as well.

Food is good. Service is quick. Ambience is music and receiving outside. Parking. New decoration and the beautiful walls. It's good convenient place for a coffee. We ate Philly cheesecake and we loved it.

It was amazing everything was nice the vibe the customer service provided by Grace and Kelsey was outstanding! The food they provided was excellent as well.

worked that perfect because we came there while we were charging the car. It was literally right across the parking lot. Somewhat healthy place. Good customer service and fast food. It was good. And they had some fabulous looking cakes.

We planned to grab breakfast but the Caffe was so packed that we grabbed a chocolate banana latte and a strawberry matcha to go instead. By the time we left the line was to the door. Both drinks were absolutely delicious and we plan on coming back soon! The credit card machine was down, they were short staffed for the rush, and the place was packed, but it was still a decent experience. They just opened and are still figuring things out. The remodel looks fantastic and the patio seating looks great for warmer days. We can't wait to try again on a less busy/broken day!

Walking into this cute cafe; I did not have any idea how good it was going to be ! We grabbed a pre made club sandwich and for it to be a grab and go meal; it was honestly done so right !! I ordered a mocha banana cloud iced coffee ... one of their specialty drinks and it was just sooooo goood ! Those baristas know what they are doing ! 10/10 will be back again !

Overall not a bad place to get coffee, but I wouldn't get the food here again. Got both the meatball and the Philly and they were just okay. The sweets looked good though. They told us they are from the other roseins. The staff was nice. The store was new and clean which is to be expected.

I'm excited that Caffe by Rosine's opened in Sand City -- it's such a great addition to the area, and I love that we have more local cafés popping up. It's convenient, the space is cute, and I'm all for anything that brings more variety to our coffee/quick-bite options. I recently tried the Chili Egg Puff Roll-Up ($10). Flavor-wise, it was actually really good -- the baked eggs, green chilis, jalapeños, and spicy crema have great potential (just like the menu describes). But presentation-wise, it fell a little short for me, especially given the price. I think with just a few tweaks -- like adding more spicy crema on top, a small garnish, or even a simple side -- it would feel more complete and worth the price point. One positive: it does come with two roll-ups, which is nice -- but I think it would help to actually note that on the menu so customers know what they're getting for the price. Even though this dish didn't totally wow me visually, I still think the café has a lot of potential. I'm definitely planning to come back and try more of the menu. Definitely keep coming for the coffee. It's a nice new local spot, and I want to see how they grow from here.

Tried Caffè by Rosine's this weekend and had high expectations bc of the reviews i've seen! After my visit it might be hyped up a bit due to social media. The service was GREAT. The oreo cheesecake was delicious. The drinks were okay and too sweet, they do look pretty though. The breakfast sandwiches do not come with any sides which is a bummer and the portions are very small. The to-go case looked loaded with so many salad options, I think you're better off grabbing something from there instead of the menu! I would go back for dessert and maybe give Rosine's on alvarado a visit!!

A Monterey must. A cute and quick cafe with great service and tasty food. We stopped by to get a quick caffeinated pick me up. We ended up sweets togo. OMG the cakes!! I can't even start to explain those. Had such a great experience we came back the very next day. The owner greeted us personally and had us suggestions on what to eat for breakfast. Make sure to stop by when you're in the area.

Checked out the new Caffe by Rosine's spot in Sand City! It's in the old Starbucks location next to Target, and it's such a cute setup. The staff were super friendly, the place was spotless, and they've got plenty of outdoor seating. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The babe got a breakfast burrito and an iced mocha, and I went with the stacked morning biscuit and the chocolate banana cloud drink. The biscuit was soft, buttery perfection, and that drink... absolutely amazing! They also have a ton of grab-and-go options like sandwiches, lasagna, soups, and more. And of course, we couldn't leave without grabbing a slice of cake to go! Such a great spot -- definitely worth checking out!

I've been coming here since they have opened! I go every couple of days and every time I met with a hello and very kind workers! One time they let me order when they were about to close and one time they remade my drink after I had slipped in the rain... I always get a cookie butter latte it's so rich and sweet and so worth it. Occasionally I get a slice of their very moist and rich cakes and it never fails to reach my expectations! The ambiance is always so nice, so busy! they are going to be so successful!!! Don't hesitate from stopping here, it's so worth it!

The food just lacks flavor, and there's nothing that really stands out. Honestly, it's the kind of breakfast I feel like I could make at home. Check-in was easy and prompt. It was quite busy for a Friday check-in but there were 5-6 workers checking people in so it went pretty fast. They were providing water bottles to those who were waiting, and also let people know that there were s'more kits to use at the outside fireplace facing the golf course. You may have to drive to where your room is as there are various buildings in the hotel, so perhaps wait to get your luggage out of your car until after check-in. There looked to be quite a few kids at the property as well as they had some ping pong tables and life size chess available near the main building. The room itself was really spacious and clean. Nothing was really wrong in the room. Perhaps the AC wasn't the best (maybe we were using it wrong), but there is a fan right above the bed which was VERY cool/strong once turned on. WiFi was a bit spotty throughout the stay. TV in the room had Google cast which was nice.

I left the comforts of my beautiful home in Calabasas to see the beautiful beaches and forests of this area. My partner and I have auto immune conditions that our doctor and therapists told us to get away and go to nature to reset our nervous systems. We drove up and arrived around 9pm after several hours on the packed road. I was so excited to stay at this property. Upon arrival I asked if Hyatt members received perks. Instead as my card was charged $700+ I was told we get two free bottled waters and 5 points toward the stay. We were then told to drive to our room carry our bags in. No bellman no assistance nothing. We were sent to the farthest room in the entire establishment, in building Z by the loud freeway on the first floor. The room was awful. We were met with a cracked sink rusty bathroom fixtures hair in the shower and wifi that did not work. The bed sheets and comforter were thin the wood was chipped. I called the front desk and spoke to Priscilla who was very kind and completely understood and was empathetic. She moved us to another room and said security could help us carry bags. By the time new keys and security came it was 10:30pm and we were sick and exhausted. We went to our new room which wasn't much better. There was something on the wall the sink was rusty but the worst part were the kids upstairs making noise all night. Someone called security around 11;30pm/12am I did not get to sleep until 12:30am. Unfortunately we were then woken up by the same kids very early. I called down to front desk again. Taylor was the front desk supervisor at the time and she apologized and asked me what I would like her to do? Did we want coffee? No we want to get out of here and be refunded for this completely stressful and disappointing trip. We could have stayed in Calabasas for this. I truly hope someone from Hyatt makes this right. I would hate to leave a review for my large social media following and never stay in a Hyatt again.

Because we got there closer to lunch, I opted for a double burger over the breakfast options. I asked for medium rare, but they definitely overcooked the temperature of the meat. The burger was good enough, but didn't blow me away. Nothing groundbreaking, just a burger at a small local joint. The garlic fries were just alright. The potato salad was just ok, tasted more like a mass produced one rather than homemade, if I had to guess. The breakfast stuff was alright, based on reactions.

Second time eating at Wave Street Cafe, and it definitely won't be our last!…read more Overall, the food was amazing. My husband wasn't a fan of the grilled chicken, but everyone else's meals were delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, the eggs were great, and the thick-cut toast was fresh and so tasty. But the real star of the meal was the Cinnamon BUN Pancakes... WOW. They were absolutely delicious! Soft, flavorful, and honestly some of the best pancakes I've ever had. I couldn't get enough of them. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for being so close to the beach. Great food, great location, and a place we'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend! My picture does not do it justice

You waited for things but not long at all. The food is very good for what this place is. The corned beef is shredded and the flavor is excellent. It is not greasy or wet. My wife asked for poached eggs and they came out perfectly done. The tuna melt was very good as well. The bread seemed house made and had the perfect crunch, the tuna was the show, clearly fresh with not too much mayo. Had a little dill, celery and some tomato. Very nice indeed. Even the onion rings were above average. I certainly will recommend and return
