It contained pastrami, onion crunchies, avocado among other things. You pick your bagel, but I think the right choice is the Everything Bagel. The food, I ordered a croque monsieur. The dish was SO BEAUTIFUL. The ham and cheese were rolled up in a bread and it was twisted together like a roll. Then, the egg was light and fluffy, cooked in the shape of a dome. The dish looked like a piece of art. It reminded me of Moscow cathedrals, with the eggs acting as domes and the main tower body made up of the croque monsieur. It's not often that your unplanned second choice for you and seven friends works out, but in this case it did. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly (I had a sweet potato duck parmentier) and the interior is spacious and beautifully designed. Since the cafe just recently opened there were only three options to choose from and I went for the plate of the day at 10e consisting of veggie soup, small salmon tartare and salad and strangely, a handful of Tyrelll's veggie chips, which I love but don't quite constitute restaurant fare. We each got something different so we could try a variety - scrambled eggs for mom, baked eggs with goat cheese and mushrooms, and Toulouse sausage. Omg delicious!
