They use a local coffee roaster from Avon. The only issue we have ever had is when we order online, they tell us our drinks will be ready in a half an hour, but ends up being about 45. So we are sitting waiting. I'm not sure if they just don't give pick up/online orders priority. Never had an issue when I walk in to order.
