I liked this place a lot-solid 4. I noticed that I have a cult following or I'm lowkey viral on Yelp..so I'm if you're a regular here-thanks! Right in the river that goes through Honeoye Falls...or maybe this is Mendon. There is a parking lot close by which I didn't know about so I parked on the street. It's super easy to get to. When you walk in there's a bar and there are two dining rooms, it's not a huge place but there was no wait. My friend and I were seated in the little dining room by the falls. It's very...intimate there are three tables and honestly, I felt like if I spoke at my normal voice level-I'd annoy the other diners. It's cozy...we made friends with the other table., Our server was friendly, she did call us guys though and we clearly not and that kind of grinds my gears a little. I didn't say anything to my friend but she also mentioned the use of the words guys.,it's a little burger bar joint so I know it's informal and that's nitpicky but I feel how I feel. She was on top of filling waters, the food came promptly. She set the check down without asking if we wanted dessert maybe they do t have any...I don't know but that was a missed opportunity. The food was really good. I got pizza logs...they are the same exact pizza logs you get anywhere else. The burger...mmmmm. I got the bacon blue. I asked for crispy bacon a well done burger, no lettuce or tomato. As you can see by my photo-it had lettuce. My order was repeated back to me so that's kitchen's fault. Easy enough to pick off. I would have like more blue cheese dressing...I couldn't tell if it was in there. This isn't the kind of bacon that gets crispy but it was done enough for me. The burgers are thin. Butter toasted roll. It was a nearly great burger! I had cottage cheese as a side and it was extremely 'creamy'...I can't say for sure but I feel like some milk was added to cut costs and stretch it because it was like soup. I wasn't able to each much of it. This place was so close to a five...and if you want a really good burger-this is the place. read more

The best part of this restaurant is the view from the patio. You have a beautiful view of the falls. The outdoor seating is also shaded from the evening sun. Overall, the food is a very solid selection of American and Italian food. Portions were also pretty large. The service was very accommodating. We had to make a few swaps to accommodate my allergies, but made it work. read more

The view was incredible. The food was generous and homemade. Fresh bread. My blackened haddock sandwich was done with a perfect blend of spices. My husbands Reuben was perfectly grilled with hand sliced thick pieces of corned beef. Nice options of chips or salad with that. The picture says it all! read more

Was in the area with friends and stopped in for a quick snack and drinks.. located right on main busy street. Parked in walking distance behind some other buildings. Cute walkable neighborhood. Lots of indoor seating, we ordered mozzarella sticks, onion rings and chicken wings for the table. All came out fast and delicious. Food was perfect for four people to enjoy as a snack. I found this spot looking for brunch spots nearby Rochester. The restaurant is located on beautiful grounds with a stream and waterfall in the back. Patio has great views. We had their beet salad and fish fry special. The beet salad was good, especially the dressing which blended perfectly with the salad. The fish fry was also quite good, large fish fillet and the batter was smooth. The service was attentive. I enjoyed this restaurant a lot and probably will be back soon read more

All three meals for terrible no seasoning tar sauce on one of the meals skin on fish. Service was good.

They have just recently started serving Breakfast and boy am I glad I decided to give the place another try. The menu is great and competitively priced . Had homemade hash and eggs friend had the Irish special which he couldn't stop raving about another friend had steak and eggs which looked and tasted more like a dinner steak done too perfection.. will return for sure hope they dont change a thing. read more

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat in the Rochester/Bloomfield area and this place had good reviews on Yelp. We decided to check it out. The little town is lovely and you get a fantastic view of the falls from the back deck of the restaurant. We were greeted by a male bartender who was very friendly but the women behind the bar was very gruff and unfriendly. I asked if we could sit outside and she said no there wasn't any tables. I looked and they had an open table and seating at the railing. I came back and told her this and she looked bothered and said ok but you have to order here. I said that's fine we will. They had a steak special which looked good and hamburgers. We ordered the steak and hamburger. We got a beer (beer selection on draft is pretty good) and sat outside at the railing overlooking the falls. It was a beautiful night so it was enjoyable. The male bartender brought our food out and was very pleasant. The meals were very tasty. I would have given this a 5 star if not for the vibe that women brought to our experience. When we were talking to the male bartender she would butt in and give her opinions and was very negative. read more

We have been wanting to get to keep TK's and we're excited to hear about the restaurant reopening in a great location tonight we went there and it exceeded our expectation. Todd K. and his staff did a great job renovating the dining area and a bar area in the kitchen staff is great very helpful and the food was excellent. Todd (the owner with his father) greeted us at the door which is nice to see the owner/chef so hands on. The food steps out of the ordinary with interesting ingredients and flavor touches. The staff attends to customers without being interruptive. On occasion, the staff are overwhelmed with the number of parties that arrive at the same time on a weekday. No worries unless you are needing to rush your meal. The bar is often packed and correspondingly noisy. If you are looking for speed and quiet, look elsewhere. We got there and it was off to a great start. The worker led us to the patio, where there was great seating and a stunning view. We ordered and took a seat drinks came fast. I ordered a poutine, and my buddy got the chicken finger basket. Unfortunately, the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, which was disappointing, especially since the place was nearly empty. According to my friend, the chicken was dry and tasteless. As for the poutine, it was a disaster chunky gravy, an overwhelming amount of cheese, and barely any fries. It didn't look appetizing, and somehow, it tasted even worse. Honestly, it might have been the worst thing I've ever had at a restaurant. On a positive note, the waiter was very friendly, and the view was amazing. But overall, I would not recommend this place. read more

If you haven't been here recently, give it another try. My husband & I were here when it first opened, and there was definitely a learning curve with service & timing. Nothing wrong with the food- my daughter is a vegan & they made accommodations for her dietary restrictions. Just a little disorganized. Like I said: learning curve. My husband had been there for lunch & his only observation was the service was a little slower than he's used to (99% of his lunches are pizza slices) However, I went for lunch with my brother a few weeks ago. Guess they have a new chef- he came out & asked us about the food- told us he made his own croutons for the Caesar salad I'd ordered & explained some other things about our orders. Super nice guy- very personable. Our bartender was friendly & funny- we joked with her about sports & such- she was attentive to our drinks ( beer fro my brother, iced tea for me). Overall, a great experience. Not over the top pricey either. As I read the older reviews, I'd say: give them another shot. Every restaurant has a learning curve, and some have bad days. It's a great spot to look at the falls but it is a small place. All four of my kids worked here in its old incarnation, so I know refilling supplies is tricky, and the kitchen is quite small. But I think it's still pretty decent place to catch a small-town vibe with your meal. read more

Had really high hopes for this one. We've now tried TK's 3 times and I just really want to like it, but it's hard. Ordered the chicken riggis and it was too spicy (delicious, but too spicy for me--not their fault) so I asked for a side cup of their Alfredo sauce to "cool" it off, which they supplied for a $10 up charge! The side was no more than 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce. Ridiculous, IMO since the meal itself is $25. Next time we went, we were a table of 6 ( there was only one other table seated at 5:30) we waited 10 minutes to get greeted by our server, there's no wine list, drink menu, on tap list, NOTHING! So it's frustrating when the server has to go back and forth to the bar 6 times to ask if they have a certain wine or beer. It took us over 30 minutes to get our 3 glasses of wine, a beer and 2 sodas. One of the women in our party suggested a drink menu and the server insultingly said they won't do it because they rotate too often. Not a good answer. At least lie and say you'll pass the suggestion on to management. The food is overpriced for the service. The chicken French was very good. My husband got shrimp scampi and there were only 7 shrimp with a ton of pasta. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and not one person helped him. It was funny when we left, there were no tables (it was just past 7:30) and all the staff was perched at the bar waiting for people to come. Not a good sign. Absolutely the worst experience eating out ever. Our party of four plus another table were the only people in the restaurant to begin with. It turned out that we did not even get our food after a hour and 10 minutes . We went there to enjoy a nice dinner at a place we were excited about reopening. We were told our order got lost and the manager showed attitude and made no effort to correct the situation. I felt embarrassed! We walked! We're so happy to finally see a business making use of this location. The scenic view of the falls is a perfect backdrop for a meal. The food here was excellent and the menu has a wide range of options, including a kids menu for our son, and there were also some intriguing specials. We orders a few drinks and appetizers before our meal. My wife loved the pesto chicken sandwich, and my pork chop was delicious. My picky five year-old even raved about the fresh fruit with his meal. Everyone agreed that the food was great. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Our waitress was extremely attentive and eager to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, one significant drawback was the noise level. The weather kept us inside and the restaurant was VERY loud. There isn't any fabric, carpeting, or soft decor to absorb the sound in the front dining room. On a Friday night, it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation. We were seated away from the bar, but given the lively atmosphere, we spent much of the meal yelling across the table, and it did detract from the experience. Overall, TK's is a great choice for a weeknight or weekend dinner. I can't say enough about the incredibly friendly staff. If you don't mind a bit of noise, or can get a table outside to take in a view of the falls, it's definitely worth a visit! read more

We had lunch today (first time) at T.K.'s today. Lisa was our server. It was obvious that she is the best at her job and loves customers. Excellent service! I ordered the chicken with vege's over rice. Sheer perfection. Amazing. My friend had a chicken patty on a bun with fries. She loved her meal as well. The fries were excellent. There was a pina colada special which neither one of us could have today. But the drink was huge and we will be returning here for the Pina colada and the food, and the service. The place was impressively clean and so was the ladies room. The view of the falls was beautiful. Both of us gave T.K.'s a def. 5 out of 5. So grateful to have discovered T.K.'s!! read more

We arrived a few minutes early to meet friends for dinner, and had a cocktail at the bar, which had a small town local favorite feel. ( At one point almost the entire bar left to walk across the street for the Fireman's Ham and Turkey Raffle, and then returned.) My partner started with the chowder and I had a salad with a Caesar type dressing, which may have been the house dressing. Ask the server, it had a special name and was quite good. I had a taste of the chowder, which was rich and flavorful. I enjoyed a pasta dish for my main course; an Alfredo with chicken that had the option to spice it up, so I did and I wasn't unhappy with that choice, it was just right. Portions are large! I will be enjoying the leftovers for lunch. My partner had the Chicken French, and he was impressed with the flavors. I had to taste that too...YUM. We finished with a rich and creamy butterfinger cheese cake, and I did a desert coffee. We were treated to a green tea and Jamison whisky shot by friends, that was a house special, so ask for that one too it's a memorable delight. The server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.. I would like to go back and sit in the room looking out over the falls and then when the weather is warm again, enjoy the outside seating. Very disappointed, for the price of their food, it was gross. We ordered a few items and the oil everything was cooked in tasted old and disgusting, ruined the food.. it ended up hurting my stomach-as I am sensitive to bad and old/reused oils. Twice they forgot our bread on or to go order and only once when we dined in was the food decent. Except the fact that they serve cinnamon butter with bread and pasta..?? No regular butter.. who wants cinnamon butter on their bread when they're having pesto? Their bread was not fresh as they claimed, it's ever so slightly old/stale. Their wings are okay, except last time they barley had any sauce. Their lunch menu, took my daughter here for lunch and ate a steak sandwich, it was not good and my child wouldn't eat it, I only ate some cause of the price. Really tried to like this place. Great location and vibe though, and although it's the most decent place in the village, we won't be going here again. read more

Stopped in for lunch on their grand opening day. I ordered the poutine and took an order of Jameson Ginger wings to go. The poutine came out super quick and was by far the best of my life, with a gourmet beef demi glacé taking it over the edge. Lovely staff and decor to accompany your meal overlooking Honeoye Falls.
