We went on a Sunday morning with my family(5 adults and 1 child)! We were greeted by the staff immediately and seated right away. We all fit into one big booth. I ordered the Grind Plate special with eggs, sausage, hash browns and french toast. It was a lot of food and very delicious. I was able to share with my daughter and a few other family members took some french toast! I had a beautiful and tasty hot chocolate! My family members really enjoyed the seasonal coffee. Had a good experience. Server was polite and fast. Food was good. I had basic pancakes and sausage and my friend had a breakfast "plate" (the ubiquitous Rochester dish). We stopped in before playing golf at the county course in Churchville. Review subject to update as I usually only give 5s upon repeat visit. read more

The only reason for not rating 5-stars is the noise level is very high. There's nothing to absorb talking from tables across the room. Fixable. Otherwise, breakfast/lunch (egg plate/club sandwich) was well prepared and tasty. The home fries were especially good. Not old potatoes and nicely seasoned. Service was friendly, just a bit forgetful. We'll add this to our breakfast rotation. read more

Great new diner. Was in the area for business and decided to stop in for bfast. Had the Hash plate which is 2 eggs, homemade corned beef hash, and toast. It didn't look like much when it arrived, but it was packed with flavor. Smokey flavor in the corned beef and the addition of onions and peppers really rounded it out. Great bfast dish. Place is very clean(sparkling new). Chelsea was my waitress and was great, even let me overstay my welcome to do some work. Recommend. read more

Went here for breakfast. After about 45 minutes we had to ask where our food was because it wasn't crazy busy. We checked in 2 more times after and they kept telling us it was up next and it'd be out. They blamed the long wait on Grubhub and take out orders. After an hour and fifteen minutes they stopped to our table to tell us they must have lost our ticket. No solution or remedy, just a "sorry this has only happened a few other times". Not surprising after our experience. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time and won't be back. read more

Like the food but terrible customer service. We paid extra for pancakes and the order was missing. Those were for my son. Not only that but the rye toast (my favorite part) with the steak and eggs was also missing. Who wants to pay over 20 for one meal when half of it is missing? Called to ask what happened and got put on with a manager. She wanted me to go back online and reorder and credit me half? What? WHY exactly would I have to pay more money for something I never got? She said they had nobody to deliver what was missing. She blamed it on the DoorDash driver. Said they are shady. Great way to manage and run a business. I would double check your orders before sending them out. The manager said she did but clearly she did not. That or don't trust DoorDash. Either way, as a business who uses DoorDash you need to take responsibility regardless. The customer is not to blame for whatever issues you guys have. The way that was handled is just ridiculous. She didn't even apologize. Just immediately said "that's weird" "I checked it myself and it was all there." Well, you were wrong. 70 on two meals and half of what we ordered wasn't there. Zero responsibility and didn't resolve the problem. I will never order from here again. read more

Was disappointed, will not return. Initially was told a 15 minute wait- was fine with that. We waited around 30 minutes, which again, is fine. A table that was sat after us received drinks and placed their order before anybody came up to our table. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, and were not seen/checked for over an hour. Our food was given to us after an hour and 15, and there were no apologies. Multiple tables seated after us received their food and left before we got our food. Honestly ridiculous, and felt invisible. read more
