Kudos! Great dining experience. This establishment truly loves to feed people and the atmosphere they cultivate must be experienced first hand. They make you feel valued and in turn give you good value for your buck. My dinner companion and I had the the family combo, (two folks with healthy appetites) and we were unable to finish. The waitress, as well as the owner made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The enthusiasm of the proprietor and waitress was infectious, most folks that were dining that evening were cross talking and friendly! A fellow diner who noticed we were disappointed at not being able to purchase beer with our meal complimented us with 4 bottles gratis! The seafood was served hot and steaming, plus it was fresh and pleasing to the palate. You'd think you were at the shore as opposed to a strip mall on a major highway! I ordered over the phone to pick up. It was ready in 10 minutes which was great. The crablegs was cooked perfectly, but very small. I had a pound, but I'm unsure if it was really a pound. Looking for something spicy that could be delivered. This came up in on Yelp with delivery by Grubhub. It seems like they may be associated with Seafood Boil in Dunellen as some of the pics on Yelp are of Seafood Boil's menu. As I am a fan of Seafood Boil I figured I couldn't go wrong. We ordered chicken wings n fries, fried shrimp, white rice, and a combo with shrimp, clams, mussels, and sausage with potatoes and corn. I asked for cocktail sauce and ketchup but got none of either. The spice level was really good. I like spice and the medium is perfect for me. My only complaints are that the sauce was extremely oily and kind of ruined the flavor as the seasoning was all stuck on one side of the bag as it had separated from the oil, and not getting cocktail sauce. Wow! This was the greatest seafood ever. Perfect seasoning. I am hoping this restaurant has great success. I had past it several times coming home from work wondering what happened to the seafood store that use to be there. I found out the owner of that store turn it into this restaurant. I bought the $49 family dinner that was comprised of Snow Crab legs, Clams, Shrimp, corn, and red potatoes. I also bought the Hush Puppies and Cajun fries. There are tons of side orders. On top of it all I had a choice of a free half pound of Mussels, clams, or shrimp due to buying a certain $$ amount of food. The amount of seafood you get is unbelievable! For those of you that remember Fresh Catch this is the same owners. They gave the place a makeover and seem to be doing great . They were fairly busy when we came on the weekend . The menu isn't big but if you are coming here it's all about the seafood. They have a few fried non seafood items fries and wings. We tried the combo $50 we picked , snow crab legs , crawfish and shrimp and it comes mixed with your choice of sauce we got the Louisiana one and comes along with corn, sausage and potatoes. We also got a pound of shrimp in the garlic sauce ( not spicy for my younger daughter) also came with potatoes and corn. We also tried the fried calamari which was nice a crispy and some Cajun fries. All in all we enjoyed our meal. Service on the other was a bit slow even with 4 waitresses and the owner taking orders . Our meal was just under $100 for the four of us which wasn't bad. Ordered take out from here yesterday and the food was so good and so fresh! I got the Louisiana Cajun crab leg boil bag which came with potatoes and corn, it was a good portion for the price. Let me start by saying, I've lived in southern areas and visited others where they a known for having the best seafood in the county. So I saw this place one day while running errands and finally made it there last evening. We were seated in about 5-10minutes as they had to clean a table. After being seated it took about 20minutes for anyone to address our table. This is where I became annoyed as another family came in after us and was addressed and eating before us. After about 20minutes the older came to our table, mind you the 3 young girls were just standing at the register the entire time. So we ordered, and 10minutes later we flagged someone down to ask if they could bring our drinks and fries our while we wait. Drinks came but no fries. Another 10mins we flagged another person down for the fries again. To speed this up, we get our food. My one complaint on the food is that the corn was overcooked so I did not enjoy it. They said drinks was a free refill, but no one came to ask us if we needed one the entire time. My main advice to the owner is to hire individuals with actual restaurant experience or train the existing staff on restaurant customer service. If I was going on the food alone my ratings would be higher but the entire experience was not great. read more

This place should be called a Cajun Crap. We ordered 7 items through grub hub. The order came to over $75. The driver arrived with only 3 items. The restaurant was completely inept at helping us. They suggested we call grub hub. They would not refund our money but offered to re send it and wait another hour for the cold soggy food that was left behind. To make a long story short, we ate French fries for dinner and the kids got last minute pasta. This was the 1st and last time we'll order from them and use Grub Hub. read more

Unexpected treat. Not a lot of Cajun restaurants in the area. Not your typical Cajun (Jambalaya, Gumbo, etc.). It's more of a Seafood restaurant with Cajun seasoning options. We started off with the Fried Calamari. Very tender and not greasy. We then ordered a fried flounder platter. A lot of fries and 4 smaller pieces of fish. they were good but small. We also ordered the Medium Seafood combo. You get your choice of 1lb of Shrimp, Crawfish, Mussels and Clams. Then you choose the sauce it's boiled in Cajun, Asian / Garlic and one other. We chose the Asian / Garlic because some people did not want the spicy. It was really good. It absolutely fed 2 really hungry adults. By the way they give you plastic gloves to eat and peel the shrimp and other seafood. We did not use. We should have, it was messy!! Service was really good. They were so attentive.
