Overall experience disappointed me enough to go out of my way to leave this review. Now, I adore seafood boil so this was disheartening. We came in at 6:45-7; we ordered cajun fries, a seafood combo, garlic noodles, & some steamed rice. Canjun fries to start, was the only thing that tasted good. Garlic noodles were bland and consistency was too soft; I expected from the reviews stating "stand-out" garlic noodles it would taste exceptional, but instead they're noodles with a whisper of garlic. The seafood boil was probably the worst. They definitely gave us the scraped leftovers of the pot, poured in boiling water, and called it a day. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR. We kept trying to dig into the bag and giving it an absurd amount of chances to eventually discover better flavor using all my faith, only to be left so dissatisfied. It was supposed to be a mix of Canjun and Garlic Butter flavor, but the better description compares to orange water with chopped vegetable bits. No richness, no gloves given, flavor and viscosity similar to water, and the seafood definitely wasn't fresh either as it caused our stomachs to feel pretty sick after. I felt so shocked I experienced a seafood boil that could hold no flavor especially when you consider all the seasonings and preparation that goes into it. The basil clams were surprisingly good combination. Clams had lots of pieces in there and there wasn't any loose pieces. French fries and sweet potatoes fries are a must buy. The Cajun seasoning is better on the chicken wings than the fries. If you're not a fan of seafood, there is garlic noodles and Cajun fried rice with diced Louisiana hot links. Garlic bread is made with fresh bread, and there is a generous amount of garlic to dip into your sauce. They provide gloves and buckets to put your shells. Staff was attentive to our needs asking how we liked the food or any additions to our current course. They have a couple big tables for parties of 6 or more. Boiling Crab (BC) is still my favorite but when I don't feel like driving to the South Bay, I'll come here. I'm not a fan of their combo sauce. The third time I had it was because my boyfriend was visiting town and I HAD TO HAVE HIM TRY IT. So far I have had their crawfish boil and seafood combo A with their house Cajun sauce. BOTH SOOO AMAZING!! Not overcooked, delicious sauce, the seafood was juicy, and it came to my house still hot! My friends recommended this place so I was excited to try, and we all ended up ordering the get down and dirty with the white shrimp. I got mine with the house cajun sauce which was so good and packed with flavor. We also shared a cajun fries which could have used a bit more flavor but were still tasty. You can taste the seasoning through the shell in the meat. It was salty so it made me pretty thirsty. Oysters $33 dozen: best oysters ever!!
