Garlic noodles with veggies only so tasty this is a modification it usually comes with shrimp

The people there are very nice they are happy to explain the menu to you and make modifications to the dishes if they can. I ordered garlic noodles which comes with shrimp normally but I wanted veggies only and they were happy to do that

Kungpao Chicken over Rice

My usual Thai spot down the street was closed so I gave Cajun Seafood House a try. They are located inside new Hollywood plaza in LA's Thai Town neighborhood. Street parking is nearly impossible, but the plaza has plenty of parking for only $3. It's a great night option for Thai food, restaurant hours are 10am -3:30 am. I ordered the fried fish fillet as an appetizer, it was light and crispy; and went well with the dipping sauces. I also had the kung pao chicken over rice and the beef pad see ew. The king pao chicken was delicious; it was just the right level of spicy and the marinade was super flavorful. This is the best Kung pao I've ever had. The beef pad see ew was ok, but not great. The beef was tough, chewy and did not taste fresh. I would definitely be back to try the seafood and the soup. Cool late night Thai restaurant, I'd stick to the seafood.

Food is amazing. We've came here so many times and it's never been like today! I strongly love how this is a family owned place. Service was amazing as well. Prices were very good. The ambiance was very nice and overall perfect!

This place popped up on Grubhub. They delivered a little late, but it was raining and dropped off by a really old man. They do their own deliveries so I totally understand due to the circumstances. The food was absolutely delicious!

Horrible text the owner or someone who works at restaurant sent me
Barbi M.

Please don't order from this business. Awful unkind owner or person working there. Had the worst experience of my life. Last night, I ordered through Grubhub. However this place does their own delivery. I received the food two hours later (more than an hour late). The driver called and demanded I come outside and get the food, when I asked for contactless delivery. The food was cold and disgusting. I contacted Grubhub to complain and they issued me a refund. Which was great. I would never order from them again. I normally would not come on Yelp to complain. However, I felt I need to let people know so they do not get mistreated too. So I woke up this morning to a text from someone at this restaurant saying horrible things to me and cussing me out. Wow! I'm so shocked. This person's business is going to severely fail, I would never wish that on someone but WOW please see the attached copy of the screenshot from the text.

2stars is exaggerating.. after we sat and got our drinks we found old shrimp on our table... There was stuff in my water.. the egg drop soup was very gooey... sooo strange Pad see ew was.. best way too put it like grocery store sushi.. ‍‍ I would deff not recommend this place.. There is no customer service, no one is personable or concerned. Overall not a good experience and food was less than average. Only came in because because our typical Thai place was closed for the night won't do that again

I ordered fried rice combination with BEEF (though I asked for no beef) chicken, pork and shrimp.
Mr David A.

I ordered fried rice combination with BEEF (though I asked for no beef) chicken, pork and shrimp. What I received was TWO pieces of shrimp, probably eight pieces of chicken with BEEF and 0 pork. So essentially I was charged $16 with a dish full of rice and the cheapest meat on the planet, which is CHICKEN, With NO PORK and what you're asked them to take out. That is highway robbery... I'll Never go back again.......Maybe once more, to see if this was normal.... I know everybody is struggling, but you just can't do that to people. Terrible.

Actually pretty good! Note: my friend and I went for weekend lunch buffet so didn't go for the cajun boil. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, its difficult to make a decision, even when it's a buffet! The Thai sausage okay, maybe slightly oilier than ones at other restaurants but just as flavorful. Curry was great. The food felt like it was made to order which was nice. They do cater to a more mainstream crowd as well, serving crab rangoons and Chinese dishes that you'd find at Panda Express, so there's definitely a dish for everyone. Really enjoyed the ruam mit (kind of like sweet dessert noodles) but disappointed they ran out of the mango sticky rice and fried bananas. I think server noticed my disappointment so gave me a complimentary thai tea which upped my spirits! The server was very accommodating and allowed us to order half-sized dishes. Looking forward to going again, hopefully with mango sticky rice!

Where are the marketed $5.50 deals? They've change the parking situation to valet for $3. Also, the lunchtime is now shorten from 11 to 3 PM.

Fresh and yummy

It was Saturday night, we came to eat dinner. We ordered pineapple fried rice, padseeew and Cajun seafood. The portion was enough to share with groups. All seafoods were fresh and easy to eat.

The Food Gods we're smiling on us today. As we were driving to find a good place for lunch, I asked Audra, "I've never seen a Thai buffet". When we came to the Hollywood Plaza and started to walk around, we found the Cajun Seafood House that also serves Thai food...All You Can Eat for around $20! One of the owners coaxed us inside to try. We didn't want to order too much food and waste it. He said that you can order anything off the Thai menu except for the whole fish and whole crab. They make smaller portions of each menu item; just big enough for two persons. The food is cooked to order and just the right size dish for two people. We ordered the Tom Yum soup, duck fried rice, combo fried rice, beef panang, yellow curry chicken, pad see ew, pork leg over rice, beef salad, beef noodle soup and mango with sticky rice. I think that was it...But the best part is we ate it all and maybe wasted a bite or two of the noodles. It was all delicious and served hot! The servers were over the top friendly and couldn't ask for more. Ambiance: 7/10 Cleanliness: 8/10 Bathrooms: 8/10 Service: 10/10 Value: 10/10 Would I Return? I Will...

I really don't want to leave a negative comment, but I have to. The food was delicious. We had: Pan fried mussels Tom kha gai Rad na Pacific seafood platter Ruamitt So about a couple hours after we ate my son got really sick and it turns out he has food poisoning. My tummy has been turning this morning and I'm having some symptoms, but I only ate one piece of seafood and he had mostly seafood, so obviously that was the cause. I'm not going to give one star because the food was delicious and service was great.

Gang Noodle
EV N.

First time here, came late night & loved that there wasn't a long wait. We were able to get seated fairly quickly, service was quick, staff was pleasant. Love that they have lots of options to choose from on their menu! Tonight we decided on Gang noodle & crawfish, both dishes did not disappoint. Will definitely come back again to try other dishes out.

Some restaurants come and go. Musso & Frank Grill is forever…read more Every visit feels like stepping into old Hollywood. It reminds me of San Francisco's House of Prime Rib, but with movie history, leather booths, and a timeless elegance that's hard to find these days. Start the evening the right way: order a martini served with the iconic metal sidecar shaker. Then lean into the classics with the Roquefort stuffed celery or the French onion soup before moving on to the legendary flounder sand dabs or one of their perfectly cooked steaks. The service is polished without being stuffy, and the atmosphere makes you want to slow down and enjoy every course. This is one of those rare places that proves some traditions are worth preserving. If you're looking for a true Los Angeles institution, Musso & Frank absolutely lives up to the legend.

Finally got around to eating here, and overall I really liked it…read more The creamed spinach was perfect. I also had the asparagus, which was a little underseasoned, but cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise was excellent. The chicken parmesan tasted great, but it had zero crispiness, which was disappointing. I ordered the 12 oz. filet. It seemed like a no brainer over the 8 oz. since the smaller one was $60 and the 12 oz. was only $68. Pricing wise, I can't imagine ordering the smaller one. I ordered it medium, even though I usually prefer medium rare, because I was sharing it. It came out rare, so I had to send it back. The waiter explained that the larger filets are so thick that it's difficult to raise the temperature in the center without overcooking the outside. As someone who cooks steaks, I understand what he meant, but it's also a steakhouse that's been around for 107 years. I'd think they'd have figured that out by now. A reverse sear would solve that, but clearly that's not how they prepare them. I am not going to give them notes (outside of this anonymous review), they are doing great. The steak still tasted good. It was tender, as you'd expect from a filet, but it was a little underseasoned, and the crust was really only on the top. For a steakhouse, it was definitely the biggest disappointment of the meal. The cheesecake was perfection. Perhaps the best I ever had. Service was outstanding. I also loved the dining room. It has such a unique atmosphere, and you can really feel the history. It took me decades of living in LA to finally make it here, and I'm really glad I did. I don't think it'll become a regular spot for me, but if someone wanted to go, I'd happily come back. Seems like a great spot to take someone visiting LA for their first time, especially if you've been on Hollywood blvd that day. Some of the food was genuinely outstanding. I just expected more from the steak at a legendary steakhouse.

Especially if you want great gumbo and cornbread. Things to know: First off, the food is delicious. Second off, this place has an A rating for food inspection. The place is a registered business (or else you couldn't list yourself on Google Maps) Besides... you live in LA and have survived danger dogs. That A rating should help you feel relieved, either way. If not, the smile you receive as you get the food hopefully will. You have to go up a few stairs on the left to get to the spot. Don't worry, there's signs that'll tell you where it is. Parking situation is a rough during rush hour but you should be able to squeeze in the street. You get some beads with your food, which is cute. Sounds like a fun thing to get if you ordered delivery while you're drinking at home (or work) with friends. So yeah, the food is great. It's super well made. The quality is what I was hoping for from a place that specialized in gumbo. Much like how I would expect the ramen to be good when they serve nothing but ramen. 100% recommend getting the cornbread with the gumbo, btw. I totally ate most of it while I was driving home so I'd say I recommend getting extra. (they're conveniently bite sized. I couldn't help. Lol)
