Love the food here and have told and discussed it with many! Try the D3 if you want the healthy version, meaning steamed shrimp, scallops and your choice of fish(I get the Ocean Perch). The wings were bland and lacked seasoning, plus the wings were really large; I can only assume growth hormones. Next, I only had about 15 fries and they tasted just like fried fish. Smh. This place stunk in a lot of ways. I walked in at 1st opening, placed my order and waited, waited, waited. Then the food came. The french fries were good, the fried shrimp was alright but the oysters were fried to death and tasted old. I tasted my friends fried fish ...it tasted freezer burned on the edges. The placed smelled so badly of a bad fish smell it ended making us sick to our stomach. They need better ventilation. We all left in a hurry. My friend got sick to her stomach as she was walking to her car and later on had to go to the doctor. It pains me to say that I really don't want to chance eating there. read more

Each combo was a different fish, catfish was tasty, tilapia (my husband enjoyed) and I had the whiting (light taste but got stabbed a few times with some bones). The shrimp are very lightly flavThe hush puppies were light and tasty but the fries I could definitely do without, they were not flavorful and were soggy from the takeout trays they are served in. This is literally the only place in town to get quality seafood. It's better than the seafood center on bell fork, and significantly better than the marinara. Portion sizes (scallops)could be better, but everything is grade A quality. I'm in love with their fried jumbo shrimp. read more

The food here is absolutely delicious. They offer traditional fried seafood with fries and coleslaw and also healthy options with steamed shrimp, corn, and broccoli. I had the steamed shrimp with old bay seasoning with corn and broccoli and it was well worth the wait! The only downside is the lack of seating in the restaurant. There are only five tables so, if you are looking to dine in there may be a wait to get a table. read more

Went there today around 11 am 08/25/18. I have been wanting to try this place since getting an oil job, at Liberty Tires. Went into Cajun, And I was the only one there, The girl taking the order never raised her head. she asked for my name, which was printed on my shirt. I ordered the 5 Jumbo shrimps which was $5.00. They forgot the JUMBO. all I got was the tiniest little shrimps. I also ordered the mild Wings, again $5.00 and unbeknownst to me, They put on some nasty smelly sauce on these little chick legs, NOT CHICKEN, They were little chick legs and wings. Soooooo good! Three of us were in for lunch, ordered a shrimp po boy, 2 crawfish po boys (all with fries) and 2 orders of hush puppies. This is a walk up to the counter and get your name called type of place and everything is served in to go containers but they have plenty of seating if you want to stay, which we did. Food was incredible! Everything was perfect and so tasty. The hush puppies were easily the best of ever had, fries were fantastic and the po boys were as good as anything you'll find in NOLA. read more

I love this place but I find they are stingy when it comes to putting napkins or salt and pepper on the tables. They make you pay extra for melted butter when dining in. They have one bottle of ketchup that you must share with 6 other tables. You have to share one bottle of season salt to go on your food with 6 other tables. I was hoping and assumed this was a black business with Authentic cooks, but it's not! All I saw was Chinese people and a lot of black customers. Sure this sells much better than Chinese food; very clever. Not hating but they could at least fix up the place. It looks like they put in a kitchen only. They didn't even have bulbs in the light fixtures outside. It's a complete mess. The food was ok, nothing special but I wouldn't go back as the place is so tacky. And the girl had the nerve to try and charge me .50 more for an extra tartar sauce; when the 2 I received were both half full and tiny. I was excited being this close to the water for some exceptional seafood but not much better than I could get back home in central NC. Yes, I was disappointed but not totally as the food was ok.
