BF found this spot in our own neighborhood and wanted to try it. We came to order for dinner to take home. They have their own signage, but it shares space with Tyler Market. Once you walk through the automatic doors, just head on back towards the kitchen area, where your order will be taken and made to order, probably by the order taker. While your food is being made, you pay at the market's registers. We ordered 2 lbs of the cajun shrimp ($16 per lb) at mild spicy level, an order of the fish and chips ($14.95), and an order of fried shrimps only ($12.95). Our cajun shrimp order included two free pieces of corn on the cob, which we appreciated. The fish and chips order includes 8 pieces of fried fish and the fried shrimps only order includes 15 pieces of fried shrimps. The fish and shrimps have different breading from each other and yet, both tasted delicious. I suggest dipping your fish, chips (fries), and shrimp in the sauce from the bag of cajun shrimp for enhanced flavor! We opted out of the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce for the fish and shrimps, and trust me, the sauce from the bag of cajun shrimp is a must try substitute! Mild still had plenty of spice and garlic. Portions of the three items were more than enough for the two of us. The plaza that Cajun Shrimps Inn is in doesn't have a lot of parking spaces, but we didn't have trouble with spots when we arrived on a weekday at 6 pm to order to go. Street parking is also an alternative. BF and I didn't care too much for Boiling Crab as our past visits left much to be desired. I always see this establishment popping up on my Yelp food search & I was curious to see how Cajun seafood would taste from a small neighborhood supermarket. On a whim I called for togo and got the mixed seafood tray and it was massive. It was more than enough for 3 people. This place is located inside the small market. When you walk into the market, it's straight ahead and you'll see the big menus above. I ordered through UberEats and went there to pick up. I honestly wasn't expecting much because I've never heard of this place before or knew of its existence if it wasn't for UberEats. I ordered 2 lbs for shrimp and 2lbs of clams, with 2 corns. The older asian gentleman in the front was very polite and friendly. He even gave me more corn for free. All the seafood tasted fresh and the mild sauce was indeed mild. The sauce wasn't too salty and had a good amount of garlic. The shrimp was a bit smaller than I hoped, so that was the only thing I would complain about. I loved that they packed all the limes, salt/pepper containers, and hot sauce. They were generous with the limes. They even included plates and utensils-- had everything we needed. Upon delivery I was impressed with the neat packaging. The fish and shrimp plate was easy to identify. Unfortunately the individual shrimp flavors were not easy to figure out. I was able to identify them by the additions requested in the bags. On to the food...The fried shrimp were a nice size and tasty. The fried fish was a bit bland. The order of seasoned fries, sadly lacked seasoning. Our shrimp in the bags all had the same flavor and seemed a bit hard/ overcooked. It's lack of butter, and garlic ( just a bit of garlic and it's minced not fresh ) instead they put some kind of herb or too much thyme we don't know what it is just doesn't take like Cajun shrimps. The service was excellent, serviced by two brothers, but I think the owners changed, it wasn't the same owners as it used to be. It took about 30 minutes to make once I ordered and it was total worth it. After trying Cajun Shrimps Inn, twice, through UberEats, I finally decided to stop being lazy and share my two cents. Both experiences were great. I've ordered the shrimp, clams, seafood tray, and fish and chips. I really enjoyed the flavor of their sauce, as it's flavorful, has a lot of garlic for some crunchy goodness, and isn't super greasy. I had the sauce in mild, which is not actually spicy, but happens to be perfect for my preference. (Ability to tolerate spice went downhill after entering my 30s. ) I love topping a bowl of jasmine rice with spoonfuls of their sauce. In addition to the delicious food, I appreciate how careful and thoughtful they are with the preparation and packaging of the food. My orders arrived piping hot each time, and I loved that they included plenty of all the essentials to accompany the meal ( i.e., lime, salt & pepper, cocktail sauce, plates, napkins, and gloves.) They also left me a handwritten "Thank you!" on both of my orders. It's a small little spot located in a mini grocery mart. It is next to a laundry mat. Looks can be deceiving with the area don't write this place off because the meal was pretty tasty. I got their 1 pound shrimp order and french fries and everything came piping hot to my home and packaged with care. The portions are huge for both the shrimp and the french fries, and I was pleasantly surprised that they included free corn on my order. WOW! I have to say that their Cajun shrimp was DELICIOUS!! I am a huge fan of boiling crab and their Cajun shrimp, but this small business is honestly BETTER than boiling crab. I placed my order through Ubereats and I love how well they packaged my food. They wrapped my shrimp in foil so that it would be warm and once I opened it my food was hot, as if it was freshly served! Perfect temperature. This aint it bro :( the breading is not tasty nor does it look like some of the pictures. Reminds me of tasteless chicken tender breading. Sometimes theres no meat in the bread. So I just ordered a bag of clams and lobster meat with corn on the cob through DoorDash and i am so infuriated on how dry and cold my food was and it definitely wasn't the door dashers fault because it tasted so cold that it seemed like they didn't even cook it right. Ordered 1 pound of shrimp, 1 pound of clams, and the seasoned fries. Shrimp was a bit mushy and not veined, Clams were frozen clams but it was still pretty decent, and seasoned fries was pretty good. I would give the place a 3.5/5 but would just round it up to 4/5. It's alright but nothing special, it's conveniently close to where I leave. Oh my God found this place right before our big move to San Bernardino and I have to tell you I will be coming here for the grocery store and the restaurant inside Cajun shrimp is so amazing!!!
